Of course I catch a flat tire on a holiday! I called this store because my dealership referred me Thanksgiving morning. I was checking to see if it was open to tow my car there and the guy who answered the phone was not professional at all. Answered the phone as if it were his personal, "yeah hello"..I had to ask if it was the business then I asked if it was open..his response was "uh...no it's thanksgiving" why else do you think I'd ask if you were open at 1:30 on a Thursday you nitwit. It's nice to come to a place that isn't ready to just rip you off. I came here after visiting another repair shop about replacing my front and rear brake pad from Groupon. First place I went they tried to tell me all my rotors are bad and it would cost me 250$ for the front and 250$ for the rear to fix it. Came here and they took my Groupon and looked at my rotor. (The first place just looked at it with tires on and said they was bad.) they put my car up took the tires off and showed me the problem. Just needed my front change. 75$ each. Recently I purchased a Groupon of a 4 wheel alignment for $39 at this business. I called today for an appointment and was told they could see me the same day so I took advantage of it. I arrived on time and they immediately began working on my car. They said it would take about 45 minutes and they were spot on. I was able to observe them work on my car and felt comfortable about their effort. At the end and after the test drive, the manager Bruce reviewed the report on their adjustments with me and provided an adequate explanation. Was very pleased with the customer service and work done on my MB, I was originally scared that they did not know how to work properly on foreign vehicles but ended up very satisfied with the work done. Don't bring your car here unless you want to experience more car problems in the future. I was hit by a truck two months after getting a brand new car and brought it here to have the body repaired on the drivers side along with a bumper repair. When I got my car back I had: - A hole in the ceiling upholstery. - Deep engraved scratches on the hood of my trunk from sanding the adjacent drivers side panel. They "fixed" this by coloring it in with a marker. - Issues with the gas tank cap not securing properly. - Window issues since the drivers side door trim wasn't re-installed properly. My dealership had to order new trim for me under warranty because it was too bent out of shape. -Battery issues 3 months later because they failed to secure the connection properly. The electronics in my car would shut off while driving for a few weeks and then eventually my car shut down and wouldn't start. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I got here. I've learned my lesson and will take my car to the dealership from now on even if it costs a little bit more. read more
