My car was sitting in the lot for 4 days before they got to it. I had a question regarding the price but she Lured me in to bring in the car in the shop and would refuse to give me price over the phone. After fixing the car now I am 100% sure They used the wrong parts or they didn't put the sensor back ,as I need to push the brakes and the clutch to start the car .while previously I only had to press the clutch which is Ford standard!!!! They ruined my car and now I have to take it to the dealership to get it fixed. There is no owner to contact to make a complaint. I am a senior woman and so many people treat me as if I'm not as intelligent as they are. They look at age as a disadvantage, not that I have had a lot more years to learn more. He helped me figure out that it could be a recall on my truck and after contacting Ford and the dealership was able to have the over $3000 worth of work done for free. Therefore even as a cost of not getting the job he was very honest and helpful. If I have any other problems with my three vehicles I will definitely go back to the shop.
