Javier also went over what upgrades were available and which ones he recommended. The price Javier gave me included critical upgrades, I got to keep my own transmission and was two-thousand less than my own mechanic for a stock transmission swap. After about 10 minutes they moved the car inside the bay, the mechanic opened the hood, and then proceeded to take out the cabin air filter inside the vehicle. I protested IMMEDIATELY to the 'photographer' that all I needed was a FIVE MINUTE Emissions Test! The mechanic put everything back in the way it was, and THEN proceeded with the Emissions Test. I was FINALLY able to get out of there after spending 30 minutes on a 5 minute Emissions Test! Before leaving, I told the 'photographer' that they should begin to ASK THE CUSTOMER before they start doing anything other than what was requested. It's obvious that this place uses 'Emissions Testing' to get more business with engine and cabin air filter replacement, windshield wipers replacement, etc. The price was fine, but I'll NEVER be back.
