Since I do not, the next best thing was finding LA Auto which is Woman owned and Operated to fix my ride! LA Auto was brought to my attention thanks to the Projects feature in the Yelp App. I sent out a request for a job or service and Yelp broadcasted it to businesses to reach out to me concerning the service. I had initially had a different mechanic before LA Auto that was going to do the job, but a price change occurred before the vehicle was in their possession. Decide to nix that mechanic and go back to the drawing board acquiring estimates for the job. By this point, I had already ordered and picked up my parts directly from the dealership so they would match my vehicle. All I needed was the labor to complete the repair. I was really intrigued that there was a Woman owned and operated auto shop in Houston, so I decided to reach back out to the shop about an estimate for labor. My inquiry was Friday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Liz, the Owner, however, was in contact with me in and out the entire weekend asking for pictures of the parts to ensure they were correct for the vehicle based on the VIN as well as making sure they didn't need to paint the handles. She gave me a range on the price for the labor, which I could understand because she never saw the vehicle before- only pictures of the damage. We did most of our communication on Monday which offerred a great opportunity for me to get the car fixed that afternoon since she had an opening. I honestly thought I may have to come back another day to get the job completed because EVERY OTHER BODY SHOP I SPOKE TO said I would have to drop the car off just to get an estimate. I did that with one Pearland body shop and received a quote of over a THOUSAND dollars just to fix some handles! They even stated the labor was high because the panels of the car had to be removed. Thanks to Youtube, II knew that was not the case and Liz the owner and my mechanic confirmed my research as she completed the work on the vehicle in less than an hour WITHOUT removing the inside panels. She worked fast and I was even able to see her work from the office which provides a chair or two inside for waiting customers. A/C is blizzard cold inside the waiting area, so bring a jacket. This is not your car dealership waiting room with tvs and refreshments, so bring your own, but Liz worked so fast I didn't need to indulge in either! Really friendly, sincere, and affordable service from Liz at LA Auto. I am so glad to not only have my car repaired (FINALLY, with the exception of one small part that the dealership gave me in error that doesnt affect the main fix) but I am so estatic to support a small business owned and operated by women. I am telling everyone I know about LA Auto if they ever need repairs on their vehicle. This place is a real gem and deserves to shine!

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

Since Sewell has an Audi location in Sugar Land, we frequently come here for that service. The process is very easy--you simply drive up into their covered area, let them know you're there for a car wash, and they'll take your phone number. Once the vehicle is ready, they'll text you so you can walk out, get in your car, and leave. One of the biggest highlights of this location is the waiting area. It's very comfortable and modern, with free Wi-Fi, plenty of seating, and a high-top work table with outlets for charging a laptop or phone. They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks, including cookies, bottled water, soda, sparkling water, and a coffee machine with options like lattes and mochas. The staff have always been extremely friendly and welcoming whenever we arrive. Car wash wait times vary depending on how busy they are, but we've never waited more than about 30 minutes, and often it's much quicker. One thing to note is that the car wash occasionally goes down for maintenance, so it's a good idea to call ahead and confirm it's operating before making the trip. Overall, if you own a Sewell vehicle and are in the Sugar Land area, this is a very convenient and comfortable place to get a complimentary car wash.

Their car wash was down for a couple of weeks recently so I'm glad to see it's back up and running! As soon as I pulled in, someone came out to assist me right away and mentioned the wait would be about 35 minutes. The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked, with a fancy coffee and chocolate drink machine, sodas, bottled water, freshly baked cookies, and complimentary wifi. I was able to get some work done while waiting, and once my car was ready, I received a SMS notification. Although this visit was just for a quick car wash, everyone I interacted with was friendly as is always.

Good morning, I purchased a grey Honda HR-V on 05/01/26. This SUV was returned on 05/19/26 due to concerns you each received in an email dated 05/02/26 (11:32 am). I would like it noted and I did call on 05/19/26 to speak with a Sales Manager regarding the excellent service I received from Robert and Wausaun, this portion of my experience was seamless. After receiving my new white Honda HR-V on 05/19/26 during my drive home the TPMS light came on. I called the Customer Service number and was notified that due to it being after 6 pm service was closed. I arrived at 7:28 am on 05/20/26 and was assisted by Ishmael. I explained to him the aforementioned and was met with the following: 1. He stated that my issue could not be resolved because I did not have an appointment. - I stated that I just wanted the air pressure checked because after I left on 05/19/26 Discount Tire Co was closed and on 05/20/26 they had yet to open as I stated previously I arrived at 7:28. 2. Ishmael also stated that I could leave the car and when Service had an opportunity the car could be checked. - I pointed out that I had to go to work, which he then stated I could receive a courtesy ride share. My position is itinerant meaning I am not stationary and need my car for work. Upon further prodding Ishmael took the SUV to check the PSI. Why this many conversational turns took place with no one in service that needed to be assisted is beyond my understanding. When Ishmael returned he stated that the PSI was low on the front two tires and overinflated on the back two tires. I asked "what was the PSI supposed to be" he proceeds to "mansplain" what PSI is WHEN THAT WAS NOT THE QUESTION ASKED. In lieu of listening to listen he listened to respond. He also stated that the TPMS light would go off after driving, which I understand because this is my 3rd Honda purchase from your location and second issue across 2 different cars with Service. I drove out of my way to ensure the light would turn off, it did not. I watched a YouTube video and recalibrated it myself. I am not employed by Carmax nor do I appreciate having to do someone's job had customer service been his priority this morning, it took a matter of 3 minutes. Again, no one was waiting in the service bay other than myself. Considering that Carmax is facing a challenging time and consumers such as myself still choose to do business with you because of Salesmen such as Robert, Wasuan and notable mention "Peter" who I purchased my first Honda from while in college is beyond me. I would like to know how the Service Department is going to rectify this situation? Thanks in advance,
