I would like to thank the whole crew at Auto-Technologies for all that your shop has done for me today, December 26th. I am returning to where I live tomorrow, which is in the mid-Atlantic states and my wife and I will be driving there and wanted to have the SUV that we are diving a thorough look over, and, yes you found some problems: miss-alignment and a nail in one of my fairly new tires, just to name a few. Of course, I also had all filters changed including the cabin filter and the oil filter. Easily the best shop to take your car for repair within a 50 miles radius minimum. I'd consider driving even farther than that to have them work on my vehicle. The owner and main techs here have decades worth of experience under their belts and it shows. This is the kind of traditional extremely thorough service that you always hope to find but often rarely do. Men with integrity that stand behind their work, don't cut corners, and get it right the first time no matter what it takes with solid fair pricing to boot. I have dealt with many car repair shops. These guys set the highest bar in competence and honesty. They explained to me what was wrong (I did a lot of repairs myself in the past so I have an understanding) and fixed with the lowest expense possible. They could have told me a longer story, which I hear when I go to Honda or Hyundai, and could have jacked up the price. No one is better than these guys. read more

My rear control arms were shot needed to be replaced during our cross-country road trip (Los Angeles to Houston and back), and I thought I had kept my entire toolset. However, I was grossly mistaken... A few calls to different shops and estimates later - this was the only location that could fit me in considering that I was bringing my own parts in, which I had shipped to the location we were staying at. One hour later I was on my way and made great conversation with the owner during my wait time. They even let me come out back and check out the work that was performed before they brought the car down, which was great, as I was wanting to ensure everything was done, due to the nature of our trip. Miracle workers. Amazing, trustworthy, honest people. There is no one better in or near Houston. So we are not from Houston, in fact we live about 4 hrs south. Our brakes failed on a trip to visit family and on a Saturday afternoon we found ourselves very far up the creek and without a paddle. I called my family in a panic and my uncle suggested we limp our way here because if anyone was gonna stay to get it done on a Saturday, it was gonna be Jay. And he was right. We got the car to him around 1 on Saturday and he called us on Sunday with it done. I don't know where he got the parts on a Saturday and I don't know how but he worked a MIRACLE and got us home before our leave expired. Unbelievable work, unbelievable service, trustworthy people.
