Just going to stick to the facts. My new truck (11,000mi) 2024 F150 was involved in a front end collision. I brought it to Greatwood Collision for repairs, and told them I would be out of state so theirs no rush. For this quality of work, i'm surprised it took that long. to start, polish was splattered on the door handles, window trim, mirror, bedside trim, and what seems like finger prints were left on bedside trim. 26+ defects in paint/clearcoat, buff marks left on paint, a 1/4" scratch down to metal on the passenger side door, bumper valance miss aligned, headlight trim is loose, wheel was not repaired/replaced, tire was not replaced, broken harness held together with zipties, broken grille shutter tab, and other misc issues. I am never one to put a business down, but there had to be zero quality control for finished vehicles because all of this was found in minutes. Unfortunately it could not be resolved on the same day since i picked up the truck at closing time, and needed the truck for work. Save the frustration and go somewhere else.

The company is disputing my claims even though I put the miles on the information sheet plus I just purchased the vehicle a few months ago so I was aware of the miles. Never will use this business again. If you use them make sure you take pictures of your mileage if you don't they will take pictures of mileage after it was driven or take a picture of mileage from a similar vehicle!!! Beware!!!!

If you know me then you know…read moreI keep my vehicles almost flawless (PPF full front end, ceramic coated, no dings dents or scratches) so this fender bender really upset me. My friends and family highly recommended Sterling McCall and I've worked with them in the past when buying vehicles and service. The person who was assigned to me, Yancy, was very friendly and went over almost everything with me and being sterling mccall I thought i would only get brand new OEM Toyota parts. That wasn't the case as my insurance only approved aftermarket parts. When I picked it up the paint was almost flawless, minus a small deformation that wasn't caught during the final QC. However when I opened the hood and noticed that I had a used aftermarket right front led headlight I was visibly upset, especially because I asked the foreman and he said it was OEM. We had a brief conversation, not an argument, but I told them my insurance was charged over $6000 for the repairs,y premiums are guaranteed to go up, and you couldn't even offer me an option for OEM parts, which I would have gladly paid if the difference was minimal. Foreman and Yancy both sided with me and were able to order me a BRAND NEW OEM headlight along with fixing any minor imperfections that we noticed. They even went as far as to drop me back home after I dropped it off with them the 2nd time and deliver my vehicle back to me. That's what I call owning up to your mistakes and putting the customer first. I WILL recommend Sterling McCall Toyota Collision and hopefully I'll never have to use them again lol, but if the time ever comes where I need paint and body work I will definitely choose them.

My car's VIN: 5TDA*******076385 Extremely disappointing experience with Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend regarding a warranty claim. My vehicle's sunroof shattered while driving, with no external impact, and I brought my car to this dealership requesting root cause analysis and warranty repairs. Was told by technician that no external impact was found, which is consistent with my experience. However, dealership supposedly had to escalate the case to Toyota for authorizing warranty repairs, and came back saying "there is no defect with the sunroof, and as such, warranty cannot be honored". I opened a case with Toyota Brand Engagement, to later learn that notes submitted to Toyota by Group 1 Fort Bend dealership, attributed the damage to external impact -- which appears inconsistent with what I was told directly. Based on my experience, issue was not just the warranty denial, but the contradictory communication and lack of transparency in how my claim was handled. When a dealership tells a customer one thing and documents something materially different, it raises serious concerns about trust and fairness. I brought this in expecting an honest evaluation and support on a legitimate warranty concern, but left feeling misled and unsupported. I strongly recommend customers document every conversation, request copies of all inspection findings, and review what is being reported to the manufacturer during any warranty dispute. This one is definitely going to BBB, irrespective of what anybody tries responding to this review.
