I won't take my vehicles anywhere wide. The best shop in this region. They are always fair and honest

I would like to thank the whole crew at Auto-Technologies for all that your shop has done for me today, December 26th. I am returning to where I live tomorrow, which is in the mid-Atlantic states and my wife and I will be driving there and wanted to have the SUV that we are diving a thorough look over, and, yes you found some problems: miss-alignment and a nail in one of my fairly new tires, just to name a few. Of course, I also had all filters changed including the cabin filter and the oil filter. Now I know that I will not have any problem going across this beautiful country of ours after Auto Technologies has done a great job in checking the whole car. Thank you Jay, Jason, Kirk and the rest of the crew and certainly hope you have a great new year! T. P. read more

My family has run 10 different cars through Auto Tech over the years, so to say we trust them with our vehicles is an understatement. When faced with a difficult problem where the issue with the car isn't readily apparent, they go the extra mile to diagnose the root cause instead of just throwing parts at the problem to the detriment to their customer's pocketbook, (unlike many other shops). Sure you can always find someone to do a job cheaper in this town, but I firmly believe you are getting the best value for your money here. After all; Integrity and experience is priceless when it comes to technicians. read more

I got some car damage after getting my car stuck, one the guys, Jay was amazing in pointing out what needed to be done and what urgency, i normally hate going to mechanics as i have had previous bad experience, but this was an exception. Overall i would highly recommend it. read more

Easily the best shop to take your car for repair within a 50 miles radius minimum. I'd consider driving even farther than that to have them work on my vehicle. The owner and main techs here have decades worth of experience under their belts and it shows. This is the kind of traditional extremely thorough service that you always hope to find but often rarely do. Men with integrity that stand behind their work, don't cut corners, and get it right the first time no matter what it takes with solid fair pricing to boot. If you can't tell already I highly recommend them. You will have zero regrets. read more

I have dealt with many car repair shops. These guys set the highest bar in competence and honesty. They explained to me what was wrong (I did a lot of repairs myself in the past so I have an understanding) and fixed with the lowest expense possible. They could have told me a longer story, which I hear when I go to Honda or Hyundai, and could have jacked up the price. No one is better than these guys. read more

Best shop around, old school does it right the first time, solid family business Go see them you won't be disappointed, honest work by honest people read more

This is hands-down the best place to take your car to have any work done. It's hard to find a five star business anywhere there's a reason why this one has a five star rating. Very honest, fair pricing and does the job right the first time. There's nowhere else I will take my vehicle. read more

My rear control arms were shot needed to be replaced during our cross-country road trip (Los Angeles to Houston and back), and I thought I had kept my entire toolset. However, I was grossly mistaken... A few calls to different shops and estimates later - this was the only location that could fit me in considering that I was bringing my own parts in, which I had shipped to the location we were staying at. One hour later I was on my way and made great conversation with the owner during my wait time. They even let me come out back and check out the work that was performed before they brought the car down, which was great, as I was wanting to ensure everything was done, due to the nature of our trip. Drove to Los Angeles, and had my mechanic check out the TQ specs to be sure and everything was . Thanks a bunch guys, appreciate you fitting me in last minute and doing such a great job! read more

Miracle workers. Amazing, trustworthy, honest people. There is no one better in or near Houston. So we are not from Houston, in fact we live about 4 hrs south. Our brakes failed on a trip to visit family and on a Saturday afternoon we found ourselves very far up the creek and without a paddle. I called my family in a panic and my uncle suggested we limp our way here because if anyone was gonna stay to get it done on a Saturday, it was gonna be Jay. And he was right. We got the car to him around 1 on Saturday and he called us on Sunday with it done. I don't know where he got the parts on a Saturday and I don't know how but he worked a MIRACLE and got us home before our leave expired. Unbelievable work, unbelievable service, trustworthy people. You will never find a better mechanic in all of Houston. read more

I have used them several times and I find them to be honest and the prices are a lot cheaper than the dealer. I have been using Jay and Jason for over 30 years and I never have to question what the vehicle needs. If they say it needs something I can count on it being a honest problem.. I wish more companies were like these guys. I will continue to use them as long as I drive......... read more
