From my first visit I liked everything in this shop - from a waiting room with motorcycle against the wall to a beautiful friendly dog who met me at the entrance. I've been going here for several years now. The owner Tom and his mechanics are very professional. They always help me with all my car needs. It does not matter it would be big job like A/C system replacement or small job to check air pressure. I went in for an oil change as I was in that part of town. What drew me in was that the prices were decent. They had a little lobby area outside and I was able to sit there and work on work related stuff, while I waited. The person at the front desk was this young college kid who was adorable. What made this a five star? The owner or manager was honest. I asked about another possible repair and the guy told me who I should go too and how much it should cost. He said I could fix it there, but I'd get a better deal elsewhere. This is a car mechanic guy suggesting better prices. Seriously, who would not respect a place like that. They won me over. Anytime my car has issues, I'm going there. There aren't enough honest car mechanics in the world and when you find you, you cling to them for dear life. They're like endangered species. You definitely have to treat them well and let others know of their great work ethic and honesty. If I had known about them, I would have stopped going to my car dealer ages ago. read more

Took our Range Rover here for repair as it was running hot. the issue was never properly resolved by them. I honestly believe they were just swindling money out of us. They claimed my truck was overheating due to a faulty thermostat, needing to replace cylinders , an oil change and then recommended getting the brakes fixed. So did all of that paid a little over $1600 and the truck still was running hot the very next day. Took it back to them for a second time guy had my truck for about 2days and then said they needed to replace something else. Paid for that. Still truck was running hot. Needless to say I never took it back there again. These people can't be trusted. Save yourself the frustration. read more

I went in after the dealership had charged me triple the price A+ would have charged and said I needed an expensive part I didn't need.
