After two great experiences with VIP Glass, I highly recommend their service. The first time I used their services was for my drivers side window replacement. To this day, I don't know who or why someone shattered my window but here we are. The more recent window replacement was for my windshield. I was driving like I do everyday and a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. To be honest, I waited well over a year to get it replaced. I got several quotes from honda and it was damn near 2k - no thank you!! One day, I was cleaning out my glove compartment and I found my invoice from the drivers side window replacement. I called VIP Glass and I received a quote for under 600 dollars. Within the week my appointment was scheduled. April 3, 2026 is when my windshield was replaced and the process was seamless. I drove my car to VIP Glass, checked in with the owner, left them the keys, and called my Lyft. The job was done within four or five hours. Heard about them through recommendation of a family member. Called on a Monday & had a windshield appointment on a Friday. When I got there sadly the windshield that was ordered never made it to the shop, so they apologized & searched for another windshield. At the time of writing this theres was a shortage on windshields which I'm not surprised since there's already a shortage on every other car part in general due to pandemic. We scheduled another date the following weekend. The man that helped me through out the entire process was named Robert. He was a very knowledgeable/ experienced glass installer & did a real nice job. I travel for work and I am very busy as most of us are. I recently started a new job and I do not have much vacation yet, but I decided to use a half-day to get my windshield replaced as I drive around clients and need a presentable vehicle. VIP showed up with an entry level model windshield that did not include tint or sound buffer like the manufacture windshield currently on my vehicle. I was quite frustrated, because my truck is less that an year old and I wanted the same parts. I chose to have the lower model installed because its such a hassle to for me to change my travels and I want to use my vacation time for something else. I did voice my dissatisfaction to the owner. Apparently, my large insurance company declined to pay the claim because they required that the actual model (with tint and sound buffers) to be installed. VIP called my wife and threatened to place a lien on our vehicle and repossess it. We called the insurance company and they paid the claim. So if you want a company showing up with the low-end parts (when you're expecting exact model) and threats of liens and repossession...this is your company. read more
