Extremely quick and responsive. The team went out of their way to get my windshield in stock and installed the same day I called. The staff were all courteous and professional, and answered all my questions before beginning the work. The missing star is for a few reasons, in descending order of annoyance. First, the fact that all of the items I had in my car's console were taken out and placed in the passenger floorboard, including my key, which was left in my parked car with the windows down. Second, as I was driving home, I heard a flapping nose from something hitting the driver's door. Turns out they left an old seal in the crack of my door. Third, I'm not necessarily fanatical about this, but if you're going to require masks to enter your business, you should also be wearing them when inside. Came here to have my front windshield replaced. I did a lot of calling around and found that Maxx had the best price for me. I dropped my car off at 9am and picked it up by 1pm. The gentleman advised me to leave the blue tape on for 24 hours and not to drive my car through a car wash for 72 hours. Once the tape came off I noticed there were gaps along the top and right side of my windshield which were never there before. My concern was could water leak into my car. I immediately returned the car & showed the gentleman. He had his team redo the top part which is now great but the right side still has gaps in some areas. Amazing place...i love when i find a place like this. By amazing, I mean they did exactly what they said they would do and exactly what I expected them to do. If anything, they slightly exceeded my expectations. I told them I was headed there, and when I arrived, they actually had my glass ready to go, and they had an empty bay for me. Then the guy asked me how much he quoted me, I told him, I went to pay, and it was exactly that price, including taxes...no extra charges. Lastly, i called a couple other places, and they quoted me $100 more. They told me it was cause they had way better glass, and if i went somewhere else, i would get cheap Chinese glass. They told me i would be dumb to pay less for crappy glass. I decided to be dumb and pay less, and when i got my car back, i glanced at the glass brand. Well the reviews are right. This is a pretty darn good place. I emailed them late last night after I found my F-150 was broken into and Charles, the owner, gave me a call once he opened in the am. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a quote on both passenger windows. I arrived an hour later, he had his guys work on my truck for about 50 mins and I was on my way. Everything they said Charles was true. He's very professional and personable, gave me a great quote over the phone and honored when it was time to pay.
