Went on a weekday and it was super busy! Ladies at the counter were friendly and looked up my vehicle and it was $200 for a 2021 Chevy Silverado Pickup truck windshield replacement. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby until my turn and then it took about another 20-25 minutes. Not bad at all and my majorly cracked windshield was brand new! Pretty good place to get a new windshield. Called first and spoke to a young lady who was fairly pleasant. She gave me the price of my window and did let me know in advance the earlier you come the sooner you'll be seen. I showed up at 3pm and was told it'll be appx an hour and a half. But I was only there for about 35 minutes tops. They were friendly and quick. I did hear some buzzing type sounds from my windshield about 2 days later but I called and the young lady said to take the tape off and that could have been what it was. And that's what it was. My only complaint is that they did not put the window trimmings all the way in and they separated probably due to driving. They must've not clicked them into place. But after I put it back, I was good to go!! Reasonable price, nice people. Just be prepared to wait. Cash only!! No credit or debit cards. And they let you know in advance. read more

I've done over 5 windshields here thru the years on different vehicles. I usually walk to the little taco trucks and grab a bite while I wait. The value was unmatched in Spring where I live. If you have a car made in the last 7 years, do not go here for a windshield, they do not calibrate it, and all the new cars need calibration, so the sensors work, lane assist, auto brake if you are too close to the car in front of you, all the safety features. The Auto Glass Co I took my SUV to calibrate the windshield, said they couldn't use the glass Juan's Glass broke the clips, and used so much glue on the camera that they couldn't make adjustments to calibrate the glass. What really made me mad, I took the glass back to Juan's and they wouldn't refund the money. Good Luck Guys read more

They close at 6pm and I came in at 5:15pm Wonddring if they could fit me in. I was in and out less than an hour. Due to my 23-year-old work truck having rust on the body behind the windshield, they could not offer me a warranty, however for $100 I wasn't even expecting a warranty. The installer even glued the hatch for the rear sliding glass back on when I asked if he could since it fell off due to age and they have special glue. Great customer service. CASH ONLY. read more

I went in at 9AM sharp and they already had people waiting! The shop opens their gates around 8:40AM on Saturdays, so I was told. I had my windshield replaced within 45 minutes for $120. The people working there are prompt, informative & polite which is always a plus when dealing with these hassles. The drive was worth it. My real rating is 0 stars. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO THERE! I called prior to coming to the spot to make sure they was still open and a lady answered and told us they were. I even informed them the direction I was coming from to make sure they was still available. Emphasizing the fact that my windshield was shattered until a million pieces and that I would be driving slow to make it there safely. When I arrive a gentleman told me they was CLOSED already. They suggested me leave my car for safety measures so that they can work on it first thing on the next business day. The gentleman who I left my keys to told me my car would be ready at 9:20am the following day. As I arrive the following day, 10 mins after the estimated time. A lady told me the car wasn't ready yet and that it will take another 30 mins. I'm already late to work, this is just making me be more late. This is ridiculous, horrible staff, lack of communication skills, needs more training or a better staff that's mind focused to the business. Will NEVER EVER do business with them again. read more

I've had my driver's side window replaced in Feb 2017, windshield replaced In April 2017, and my tint just done a couple of days ago. So good to have a place that does reliable work at amazing prices. They accept cash only so be prepared for that. There's a 5-year warranty on the tint. Which works for me! Came in to see if they had a replacement window for a Mitsubishi Eclipse 08 (small window on the driver's side door). The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. She quoted me $200 with a lot of unnecessary attitude. I found the same window down the street for $50 at 249 Auto Parts (and no attitude attached). I don't understand why businesses put someone at the front counter with no people skills. I guess if you don't need the business more power to you, but I definitely won't be back, which is a shame because I was going to inquire about their tinting and inside detailing services. read more

This is my 2nd trip to Juan's Auto Glass on the same car in over 6 years due to neglecting to repair a rock chip that turned into a long crack. Their price is reasonable with lifetime warranty only on leaks and nothing else! So make damn sure you follow their rules on how to take care of your recent windshield replacement until its time to remove the tape.
