If I could put one star I would. These people took a tiny chip that was smaller than a quarter and turned it into a 4 inch crack across the glass. I left there with a large crack and several pieces of tape over my windshield. See the picture below. They do not even have the proper equipment to fix it, and when I inquired about the little device that is typically used to seal these cracks, the man explained that that machine was broken. That would've been great to know prior to letting them touch my windshield. When I called the person that was answering the phone, whose name was allegedly Silhouette she refused to answer the phone for the first 20 minutes after I left their business. Then she refused to give me the name of the owner and then she refused to give me the name of the manager until I had to pester her about it. Do not go to these people! They will absolutely ruin your windshield. The only compensation she offered me was a guarantee to fix my windshield! Why would I let you touch my windshield when you destroyed it to begin with? I will be suing this business to get my money back for the windshield that I will now have to purchase because of what they did. read more

My mom and I both took our cars here. Yes, it is just a tent in an HEB parking lot but the customer service is awesome. We pulled up, they looked at the two cracks on my car and the one on my moms, and had it done in 10 minutes. They were very nice, affordable, and fast. If you find this place on the web, you don't realize it is just basically a tent in the HEB parking lot. They do a good job making sure your insurance will cover a repair (so no hassle there), but the quality of the work is questionable. They repaired an approx 8" crack, but you could still clearly see the entire thing. A few weeks later, the crack extended another 3 inches. They agreed to "repair" the additional crack, but now it is more likely I will need a new windshield. I should have known better, but once I drove there originally - - I just wanted to get it done. Go with an established business, especially if your insurance is going to cover either way. read more

I went to this location 12 Mar 14 and Patterson the technician did an excellent job. I had a very large rock chip and he pulled everything out, down to a little pin hole. On March 21st I had a rock chip on my windshield on my way home from work. I stopped at this location and the technichian Mr. Patterson was very curteous and professional. It was cloe to his closing time and he repired the chip on my windshield in the time I was talking to my insurance to file the claim. In less than thirty minutes he had finished my repair. Horrible Place! DO NOT have them repair your windshield! I took it in with a small crack and I had to go back twice for them to fix it, then finally it split completely to now un repairable. The office gave me the run around telling me they were to busy to speak with me because they were so far behind on paperwork? How RUDE! and finally when I got a supervisor on the phone she told me there was nothing they could do at all. I was so upset over this bc it will now cost me out of pocket $280.54 for one small crack that they managed to split across my windshield. The lady was very rude with me and when I asked if they had a website she lied to me and said they didn't have one bc I think she knew I would blast them!
