I was in need of remounting my rearview mirror to my front windshield after the glass broke away. I was really hoping I would not have to replace it. When I called in, the gentleman had me come out to the business location right then. As soon as I arrived he came to assess the issue and broke the bad news to me that I needed to replace the windshield. He was apologetic and let me know the price and assured me he could replace it immediately because he had the windshield in stock. It took a little under 45 minutes, which was a little less than the time he quoted it might take. And his price was fair. The location was convenient also. I definitely recommend this business for your auto glass needs. read more

My truck was broken into and they smashed my back door window. I found 7 stars on google. They were close to my house and have outstanding reviews. I called and they asked me a few questions about my truck and then told to bring it right in. I dropped it off around 11AM and it was done by 2PM. Fast, with a fair price. Even matched the tint! They were the only place I called that could get it repaired that fast. Highly recommend, hut hopefully I won't need to see them anytime soon. read more

We lost the old Texas highway dodgeball game where you evade flying debris while driving and we got a large crack in the windshield. So I searched and I was amazed that there was such a highly-rated windshield replacement place in the area. Sure enough, extremely polite owner picked up, thanked us for their business several times, he knew exactly what to get, when he could get it, and offered us a ride home. They did a fantastic job replacing the windshield. All the sensors worked fine afterwards and they even added a thin layer of film to dampen the sound of wind on the windshield. Immaculate job, over and above friendly owner, happy for your business, and they know their craft. Will definitely go here for other cars read more

I had been here ten years ago when Ivan owned the business. Leevr owns it now. My rear window glass was a three piece section, with a vertical slide in the middle where the weatherstripping was twisted. It wasn't possible to replace the weatherstripping per the vehicle manufacturer, but an entire three piece window has to be ordered. How often can you open a window in Houston? So I asked if a solid piece of glass was available, which there was. I have had rain water coming into my 2010 truck since the beginning. Water drips onto the passenger rear head rest and into the rear driver side door well. Every mechanic I've been to stated it was leaking from the sun roof. Leevr shook his head and said it was from the back window. Newer vehicles are precision engineered. The price with removal and installation was a bit over $700, with $400 for the window and a bit over $300 for labor, and took about five hours to complete. I read other reviews from/about women who state he overcharges them. So I, as an elderly woman, called a couple other shops afterward and was quoted much cheaper prices, but the level of complexity was not taken into consideration. I am fully satisfied with all. My window was actually screwed in, and there was so much glue and adhesive between the large rubber exterior strip over the paint. All that glue had to be meticulously removed by hand, not scraped, as the paint would be damaged. I stayed the duration of the operation and took pictures and observed them. The original window leaked because there were two large gaps where the water channels along the roof which allowed water into the vehicle. The new rear window is lighter in color, easier for these elderly eyes to see out of, and no more water in the vehicle. I also opted to have ceramic film put on the front driver and passenger window. Thank you Leevr, Rafael, and Isquel. The only thing I would like to suggest is a thorough cleaning and mopping of the restroom everyday, along with a paper towel dispenser. read more

I had used them twice before and they did good work and were reasonably priced. One time they left tape residue all over the car that was extremely difficult to remove but it didn't complain about it. This time I needed an Estimate for two windows broken in by vandals so employer would pay. Time sensitive request. I was going to bring the car in on my day off in two days but needed the estimate prior to that so I could provide to employer and communicated that to the owner. He promised to send it as soon as we hung up. By end of day. Nothing. So called on my way home from work and reminded him in case he forfeit. He said he never forgets a customer and would send it right away. By next morning. Nothing. I called the next morning and was pretty upset as I was facing a deadline to provide estimate. I told him if he couldn't do it I would take the car elsewhere. I even texted him the same information. He told me he was sorry and he would send the estimate immediately. By midnight that night I still had not received it and missed my deadline. If you need this place to do anything except fix glass then do not rely on them. The owner is too busy or too distracted or too indifferent to provide a simple estimate that would have saved me the 1000 dollars of the repair. Very disappointed. read more

My window would not roll back up. Took it to 7 star Auto Glass and Leever made sure I was taken care of. He was able to tell me what the problem was immediately and did everything he could to ensure he explained the whole process to me. It took all of 1.5 hours for my window to be fixed and to be on my way. Definitely recommend. read more

Just WOW! I called the owner twice to speak about the pricing of my windshield and he did not sound a bit of annoyed. I was quoted $840 from another company and that didn't work for my teacher budget so I found 7 Stars online. I walked into the location and he knew exactly who I was. His customer service was BETTER THAN CHICK-Fil-A & that is RARE! The quality of work is top notch, his recommendations were accurate and affordable, and the owner (once again) understood what it means to serve the customer with a genuine smile. I will forever come here. Thank you soooo much! read more

I had a rock chip my windshield ( smaller than a dime size) and based on the reviews, I decided to come here...big mistake! I came here on a Sunday morning and there was only one worker. He was courteous and got me in quickly. As I was waiting, he kept going in and out of the shop. I assumed it was normal as he was getting supplies and what not. The service took about 45mins since he was repairing two rock chips. When he finally got done, he came inside and was telling me that it was not a guaranteed fix...He could of told me that before he began the work or when he kept going in and out of the office?!? But no, he failed to do so...then he charges me full price and says he would give me a discount next time. He should of discounted the work he did this time! Now I have a rock chip with a 4" crack going through it!!! Never again and I do not recommend this business to anyone. read more

A big rock hit my windshield and I saw this place was nearby so I stopped in. BEST experience I have ever had with any kind of car repair. I want to thank Deevr for providing friendly, and quick service. I needed a rear tailgate window replacement on my late model luxury SUV. I called in first to see about the price, and timing. The price was competitive; just make sure to specify if you have privacy tint so there are no surprises. He told me to come right in. Friendly and welcoming when I arrived. We discussed business and I gave him the keys. Same day service, and even called me earlier than expected to tell me the work was done. Everything looked like new. I highly recommend him for your window replacement needs. read more

I had a very large crack in my driver's side windshield, where I couldn't see over or under it while I was driving. It was a Sunday, so I called thecompany, who referred me to an open location not far from where I live. The staff were very positive, polite, and told me they had a new windshield in stock. The wait was not ideal, but after the weekend, one can imagine the totality of damage that others have also suffered. A tech called me to the bay to ask questions about current labels on the windshield, which I appreciated. Once my vehicle went into the bay, I only waited about 4o min. The end result was very professional, friendly, and polite. The only negative is that I was quoted $349 for the windshield replacement. When I went to pay, the man said $379. He then asked if I liked surprises them told me it would cost the original $349. Pay attention to quotes and do not play a fool. With that in mind, this is a good place for glass replacement. read more

The service here is TERRIBLE! These reviews are LIES. Only ONE person works here and fixes the windows and he takes multiple cigarette breaks! My vehicle smelled like cigarettes after. You will be sitting here for over 2+ hours and the price is not "cheap" like the other people claimed. They told me one price and tried to "tax" me $35 after the work totaling up to about $400. They don't even bother to answer the phone. Don't recommend AT ALL! Waiting lobby smells like cigarettes and is dirty. Bad business! Wouldn't give it ANY stars if that was an option! read more

Cheap prices on fixing windows. Had excellent customer service and was also fast on fixing. I recommend this place!!!

My wife called me on her way to work and informed me that the back window on our Toyota Highlander just exploded. I had called my insurance to begin a claim and decided not to do so due to the deductible that I had to pay. After calling around to several different companies and not finding the answers I was looking for, I found 7 Stars Auto Glass on Yelp. I explained to the gentlemen on the phone, who I believe was the owner, that my wife as at work and could not get the car to him until around three in the afternoon. He asked where my wife worked and said he would pick the car up and repair the back window. I asked about payment and he said that he was more worried about helping my wife than payment, we would worry about that later. I was extremely impressed! On the way home from work, I picked my wife and daughter up and drove to 7 star, the car was sitting out front and was completed! I rarely come across a company that goes out of its way to provide stellar customer service to the level this company did. They have a life long customer, and will be bringing my car into them in a couple of weeks to have the headlights done. 7 Star, thank you! read more

I cannot review them for their work bc they were unable to provide the service I needed due to the time I arrived, but for anyone worried about COVID, I just want to warn you that the staff here are not wearing masks and the guy who was talking to me sneezed in front of me. I have a condition that makes me immunosuppressed and I seriously am FURIOUS about this but I'm trying to be as polite here on this review as I can. I was wearing a regular mask but that doesn't protect you if the one who sneezed us not wearing a mask. So don't go here if you worry about COVID. After having a huge chip in my driver's side front windshield for a week, and another 2 weeks to get it to SafeLite, the company my insurance uses, and no one near my area(Fulshear) couldn't either see me, or not fixing chips. Fearing I would have to replace my windshield soon(it is August in Tx), I found 7 Star Auto Glass in Spring, Tx. He got me in right away, and took the time to explain everything to me. He let me know that he wouldn't be able to remove the entire chip, it was pretty big by now, he let me know it wouldn't continue to grow. Where there is still a little line visible, he was able to save my windshield. I would highly recommend 7 Stars Auto Glass. read more

My car was broken into in Downtown Houston on a Friday night. Got a recommendation from my brother, called at 8 am that Saturday morning and asked for a quote and if I could get the window fixed with an appointment. The conversation went like this. 'How soon do you want it fixed? 'As soon as possible.' 'How fast can you get here?' Now that's what I'm talking about! He gave me a quote over the phone, I was there 10 minutes later and my window was fixed on my car an hour later. Holy moley. This guy is the real deal. I first called the Spring location and was told they were closed for the day... HOWEVER this location was open and had my windshield in stock. $149 for the windshield, another $60 or so for new window seals. It was Sunday and they were turning and burning new windshields in and out fast. I sat for approximately 1-1.5 hours max (wasn't really paying attention to the clock). Not a big deal since I brought some work with me to use my time wisely. Sitting in the lobby they had so many people in and out fast that I was extremely impressed. Guy at the front desk was top notch always thanking customers for their business which is always great to see and hear. I believe they had more than just windshields too. I heard people coming in for drivers side windows and mirrors. $216.50 for a 4runnner windshield (new seals, all stickers/tags transferred, lifetime warranty on the work). read more

Awesome experience here! As I'm sure any person relatively new to Houston can attest, you have NOT arrived in this wonderful city until your car has been broken into. LOL. The morning after I found myself a victim of a rear windshield smashing, these guys came to my rescue. I called the owner up and told him my situation. He told me they had the correct window and I was initially nervous, as I drive a luxury vehicle and sometimes the parts are not always readily available. However, once I arrived and he confirmed he had the correct window, I was in and out in about 3 hours. He was super sweet ,gracious for my business and fully communicative about the entire process. They even vacuumed out the entire hatch area! (I've had a window repaired from a smashing before, in another city, and they didn't even do that!) From what my research revealed, the price they charged me for the window plus re-tinting and labor was about as much as what I'd priced on Google and with Safelite, if not a little less, and it was still less than my deductible, so it was still a win for me. I 100% recommend them! read more
