I recently needed a windshield replacement for my 2015 Nissan Rogue after a rock chip quickly…read morespread into a crack well over six inches long. The crack continued growing throughout the day, making replacement unavoidable. I shopped around and received quotes from several companies: +Pulidos Auto Glass: $427.59 +Apple Glass Company: $429.93 +Safelite AutoGlass: $496.54 I ultimately chose Pulidos Auto Glass, and I'm glad I did. They were able to install my new windshield the very next day at the best price. Before scheduling, I asked John Pulido a long list of questions about the windshield manufacturer, DOT certification, acoustic glass, molding, warranty, mobile service, and installation details. Instead of giving vague answers, he answered everything directly and professionally. He even checked my VIN before discussing specifications and confirmed my Rogue required an acoustic windshield. John explained that the replacement glass could come from manufacturers such as Pilkington, PGW, Fuyao, or AGC. After verifying my vehicle, he confirmed he would be installing a Pilkington acoustic windshield, which I was very happy to hear. The installation was performed at my home, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and John actually arrived slightly early. The installation moved quickly and efficiently, and by 12:37 PM he was already calling me to let me know the work was completed. The new windshield included: +Pilkington acoustic glass +DOT-certified construction +Solar band +New molding +Mobile installation +Labor warranty John took care to protect the vehicle's interior and dashboard during the installation and cleaned up everything afterward. There was no mess left behind. He also explained the curing process clearly, including leaving the tape on the windshield for 24 hours before removing it. Most importantly, the finished product has been excellent. There have been no leaks, rattles, wind noise, or any other issues since the replacement. Overall, Pulidos Auto Glass delivered exactly what I was looking for: quality glass, knowledgeable service, mobile convenience, excellent communication, and a fair price. I saved money compared to both Apple Glass and Safelite while receiving a high-quality Pilkington acoustic windshield installed at my home. If you need a windshield replacement in Houston, I would absolutely recommend John Pulido and Pulidos Auto Glass.

Me and my wife made an appointment to have my right passenger window replaced. Before he started, I…read morespecifically told him I was worried about someone scratching or damaging my car. He reassured me and said he had been doing this for 15 years, so I trusted him. Then he calls me and tells me he BROKE THE BRAND NEW window while installing it and scratched my car in the process. While finishing up putting my old window back in, I brought up the scratch and he acted like it was nothing and said he could fix it. He then said, "What if I go around the Tesla and find other scratches?" basically trying to justify the damage he caused. He even said he would scratch his own car if that would make me feel better. He finished putting my OLD cracked window back in, meaning I was still stuck with the same cracked window I was paying to have replaced. Then he starts talking about how he normally doesn't come out on Sundays and says I should go to someone else because now he would be breaking even. Then he tells me if I want him to come back, I would have to pay him MORE. He also told me I'm complaining like his girlfriend. That's when I told him to get the f out. He left. After he left, I checked the car and found out the passenger speaker wasn't working. I also found the piece holding the speaker to the door was broken. So I trusted this guy because he claimed to have 15 YEARS of experience, specifically warned him about damaging my car, and somehow ended up with the same cracked window, a scratched car, and additional damage to my speaker and door. Complete waste of time and money. Now I have to repair the door trim and the speaker and the window

I had an excellent experience with AB Auto Glass and highly recommend them!…read moreUnfortunately, my rear window on my 2018 Honda Accord was shattered over the Fourth of July weekend (07/04/2026) and I needed to get it replaced as soon as possible before the weather got worse. From the very beginning, Maryam was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. She answered all of my questions and made scheduling an appointment for Monday quick and stress-free. Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, both Maryam and Daryoush kept me updated, so I always knew what was going on. Daryoush did an outstanding job! He replaced my rear window with high-quality American Standard Safety Glass that includes the factory tint, and the installation was completed in about an hour. He was professional, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. After the installation, he carefully cleaned up all of the broken glass inside and around my vehicle, leaving everything spotless. It's hard to find companies that are honest, reliable, and genuinely care about their customers, but AB Auto Glass exceeded my expectations. The price was also reasonable. Their professionalism, communication, quality of work, and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. If you're looking for a trustworthy auto glass company, I absolutely recommend AB Auto Glass. Thank you again, Maryam and Daryoush for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Steve the manager has 2 of the worst traits any employer could find in an employee. First he's completely incompetent and second he doesn't care. The level of stupidity by the people that work here could be a SNL skit. I was scheduled and tried to get a new windshield 4 different times. It was either ordered incorrectly; put on another vehicle; sent mysteriously back to warehouse; or just not there. This is after countless emails, texts and phone calls confirming the appointment and checking the windshield was at the store. I went up there 4 separate times only to leave 4 times with no windshield. Worst part safelite and Steve could give a crap. He might be the dumbest manager I've come across and doesn't understand customer service or how to begin to resolve an issue. Take my advice & go to a different glass company or at least drive to another safelite avoid this location and Steve at all costs.
