I took my commercial van to this location based on their comprehension estimate. It took 2 and1/2…read moremonths trying to get the funds to pay them. During that time the staff were hospitable, gracious, and understanding. Once I was able to pay for the parts, they took that payment but did not obtain parts nor begin work for nearly another two months. It took them 2 and1/2 months to get parts and complete the body work with partial and incomplete engine/motor system diagnostics and work. This company failed to do the work promised and billed nor did the keeo and provide me with the parts the allege to have replaced, although was a term for my acceptance of the job. They also refused to produce invoices for the parts they allege to have purchased and installed, as I requested. They also charged me an additional one thousand dollars. The owner made me a verbal offer to correct one deficit, but I told him I feared returning to them. Given the incomplete and poor workmanship, I was forced to go to another merchant as he suggested, due to my uneasiness. This business failed to comply with our signed agreement. Steer clear! Jesus said tell them of His love for them and leave this business to Him. I've done just that. I wouldn't give them even one star but the system requires it.

Got service from this horrible company a few weeks ago, found them thru a marketplace post and…read moredecided to follow thru with a windshield replacement on a BMW X3. Emphasized several times before the service if they can calibrate the windshield after replacement as BMWs typically require this, the operator (lady) mentioned the technician been doing this for 20 years and it wont be an issue, the day before the service, i asked again if he can do it without calibrating. Lady mentioned it wont need calibration, the technician will do it with no issues. Im like OK, and scheduled the service, guy come out and changed the windshield after replacement, while taking apart and reinstalling the plastics and the adas camera, he broke the brackets that hold the adas system. Clearly when the adas didnt hold in the new windshield's bracket since he broke it ramming it up there, he pretty much caught himself breaking the brackets making it impossible to install the camera right in its bracket, so he stuffed it in the adas area and the wires and pushed the plastics up to hold it. While doing this the windshield rain sensor was mishandled by him with bare hands on the adhesive, and made it inoperable. Yes the guy has 20 years experience taking attendance in a class he couldn't pass. If you have a old car with no technology, maybe he can change your lightbulb but I wouldn't have this company work on my car ever again. Lastly, after the promised to fix this issue since my adas system was inoperable after installation, they came out 1 time to look at it, and after i told them it needed calibration, they ghosted me and refused to remedy the situation. They even lied to me in offering to pay half the calibration fee when my portion of the fee was the entire amount of the calibration. Dont waste your time here... no integrity, professionalism, nor respect.

James kept me posted on the glass and its arrival date so we could schedule the day to put it in. When the glass arrived, we had it arranged to be put in the next day, and they showed up on time, and it only took approx. Thirty minutes to take out the old window and install the new one. After installing it, the gentleman who put the window in showed me the inside and outside so I could see how they sealed the entire window and that there were no defects or cracks in the new window. I took my FOrd F150 to them because my regular mechanic was taking vacation when my AC went out…read more They charged me a diagnostic fee to look at it and said there was a big problem with the entire system. They wanted to put dye in to check where the leak was and said it was leaking everywhere- had to replace all the hoses and may have to get a new compressor, etc. the estimated cost of repair to the AC working was $1800. They claimed to have put in several hours tracking down all the leaks. I told them I couldn't afford that and they would discount the hours to generate good will, etc. I think they charged me around $500 which included an oil change but did nothing for my AC other than an expensive diagnosis. When my regular mechanic came back from vacation he looked at it and said it was a minor problem he sees all the time. He replaced some seals and charged it up with Freon (it is still working) and told me there were no leaks in the hoses and compressor was fine) he charged me $186. So great to work with an honest mechanic! These guys are not honest and prey on people who trust them. Don't trust them and take your vehicle to another place for a second opinion. I think you'll find it doesn't have the problem they said and it will be much cheaper. I saved over $1600 by just saying no thanks.
