When I called in, the gentleman had me come out to the business location right then. As soon as I arrived he came to assess the issue and broke the bad news to me that I needed to replace the windshield. He was apologetic and let me know the price and assured me he could replace it immediately because he had the windshield in stock. It took a little under 45 minutes, which was a little less than the time he quoted it might take. And his price was fair. The location was convenient also. I definitely recommend this business for your auto glass needs.

They are 3 very small (2 about size of a nickel and one smaller than a dime) stars on the windshield that I needed repaired. The repairs failed. 2 chips filled but the aesthetic was actually made worse following "repair" as you can now feel an actual chip in the windshield from the outside when you couldn't before and the 3rd (and smallest less than a dime in size) injected with resin and spread to a crack measuring approx 3-4 inches!!! My car is leased and has to be turned in so I have no option but to replace my windshield now. We used to live in another state where rock chips are extreamly common. I've had many repaired over the years with no problem making the chip stars barely visible after they were repaired. Very frustrated. *update* Apple glass has worked with me on a resolution to this issue. I do understand that things happen. The good news is they actually care about their customers which is refreshing. They went out of their way to make things as close to right as possible for me. Review changed from 1 star to 4 stars because the customer service was excellent and they worked with me on a resolution we could all live with. My windshield was replaced quickly for a fair price. They did a great job and I appreciate that.
