Yesterday I had called and set my appointment today I get there and they throw ALL these hidden fees at us 1.) the old tint it was gonna be $100 to remove, so we went and removed it ourself. They r still charging us another $60 for just lob of glue that we couldn't get off on the brow! I will NEVER ever do business with them again. The girl at the front desk is extremely rude, argued with my boyfriend over phone.. we will NEVER do business with this company after today!!! After picking up our car, we noticed STICKY spots all over our NEW mustang we had just drove off the lot the day before, so I communicating with the lady at desk, she didn't want to help, so I asked for owner to call me, we sent him pictures of my vehicle, talked to him and he asked for us to meet with him, once we get there he says "take me to small claim court, my attorney will chew this and spit it out in a heartbeat." And yelling at my boyfriend telling us they don't use chemicals, OKAY, then how did my new car have the spots by every window? I will post pics for you all to see. Do not do business with this guy. It is not worth it. Most disrespectful owner and business man that ive crosses paths with. Did plenty of business with them with the old owners, but they have now lost mine and my family's business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I had a 1:00 appointment and arrived early. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and did not rush me into making a decision about level of darkness. I really can't complain! They took great care of my vehicle! I went in after work knowing that it was close to 5:30, and they still squeezed me in anyway. They were able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes, probably less. And, the price that I was given was phenomenal! Hands down the best place I've been to. I've had three vehicles tinted there and won't go anywhere else.

I had taken my vehicle in to have the tint on the windows stripped and replaced. They did a good job far as I can tell for now on that. However, while removing the tint from the back passenger quarter glass they cut the rubber stripping around the window that holds the window in place. I was upset because they did not tell me about it. I had to find out about it when I was driving home. I did take the car back in this morning 10/14/14 to show them the damage and they are ordering the part and said they will replace the rubber stripping around the window once the part comes in. 10/21/14 today they were able to get the repair on the quarter glass rubber stripping done they did replace that. All in all I would recommend their company if you have to have auto window tinting done. read more

bad service and they were rude and unprofessional, they promise life time guarantee but they don't make effective. They said yes but then they said that they had to charge 45.00 dollars to replace one window only. the first time we called they said that I only needed to make an appointment and when I finally went they said it was going to be a 45.00 dollar charge because it was going to be a 4 hour job. I ended up going somewhere else where they replaced the tint on that window for 35.00 dollars and only took about 45 min read more
