I'm not sure how a rock got into my window especially it being a brand new truck... Also i got a custom subwoofer setup that they claimed was going to be sounding amazing. When i came to pick up my truck and i first listened to the system i was not impressed one bit, i knew something wasn't right but i gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking i need to break the subwoofers in. But it made no difference throughout the time I had that system. After a few months, I noticed that the system was working even worse, and I saw that one of the subwoofers was ripped and i went back and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I then took my truck to another shop after doing my research and they pointed out that the custom box they made was not right, The cables and wiring they used was very cheap and had corrosion in multiple spots. and overall they used cheap materials. Not to mention they didn't wire the system correctly. I got a complete new system from a new shop and it's a night and day difference from what A plus installed. After coming here for years, I can say i won't be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. Please do your research, there are plenty of others shops in houston that actually do a great job !

I'm happy…read moreto report that all is fine :p and that my car windows are tinted courtesy of Executive Tint. These guys are professionals at what they do and excel at customer service! The entire process from door to door lasted roughly around 45 minutes or so. It was raining heavily that day and I think I spent the initial 5 minutes or so waiting in my car for the rain to stop :/ Anyways, the guys working here are super knowledgeable and polite. They have many options available (pertaining to tint) and different pricing structure. I got a decent deal for my windows so I have no complaints. Did I mention, they have a lifetime warranty? Wowza! The place is huge for a car window tinting service. They have a huge walk-in area for customers with some demo window tints based on the material (ceramic, high performance, 3M) for you to check under direct bright yellow light (simulating heat) and the impact of the tints. It was a cool experience to check out the effect each material has towards light and the level of protection you'd get from the scorching sun. They have a seating area with water cooler and restrooms. There's another lounge area with couch, vending machine and TV's. The entire place was clean and honestly, you wouldn't need the lounge area since the service was so quick (unless, of course, they have a huge line of customers wanting to tint their car windows). I've been wanting to tint my car windows for such a long time and this place just took care of this entire process effortlessly. From their quick customer service, to the array of different tints to choose from along with different materials based on your budget, to the fantastic prices and the abundantly huge place for you to sit and relax while they tint your windows. The entire process took less than 45 minutes and the tint was perfect. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone contemplating about tinting their car windows. Give these guys a call and be ready to be amazed.
