I had two of my cars, a Range Rover and a Tesla, done at this location, including XPEL for windows & Paint Protection Film (PPF). I started having issues with PPF peeling within 6 months on BOTH my vehicles. These products supposedly have a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. When I approached them, I was told that it had been installed incorrectly and, as such, they would not warranty the work, as it was under new ownership. I was quoted $719 for the bumper on the Tesla and $229 PER mirror on the Range Rover to redo what their location had put on!!! I called Tint World on 3115 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77063, and the Owner, Joe, redid the terrible work done by the Spring location at no charge!!! He is truly a classy gentleman and recommend his location with no reservations whatsoever. I do not recommend any work at the Oakhurst, Spring location. I have posted photographs of their shoddy work done at Oakhurst location. It was worth driving from Woodlands to Fonden! I asked that the Owner/Manager from Spring location call me/email me........crickets......No phone calls... nothing. In their response to this post, they ask that I speak to with their manager, yet the owner/manager has my number but was too arrogant to call. BE WARNED. BE WARE. I would not recommend taking your car here. They couldn't get my truck right and when they said they were done the back window has a line that tint is missing so it's bare window and looks funny from inside. Paid too much for the lack of quality. I wish I could get a refund tbh read more

I went In to get my windows tinted for my truck. First off I will say the building is very clean, social distancing is enforced. I was met at the door by Robert who was very professional and very understanding in meeting my needs. The total time maybe took 35-40 mins to have my truck windows done. We were told to take our company vehicles to this location to have the windows tinted. This is literally the worst tint job I have ever had. The only decent window was the drivers window. The passenger and the rear half glass had air bubbles and it looked like it wasn't even cleaned prior to putting on the tint. Personally I wouldn't have paid for this work and have informed the company. This is a franchise business and go figure this franchise had the lowest bid. You get what you pay for but they shouldn't bid counting on sub standard work. read more

Had tint installed on the two front windows on my Honda Ridgeline. They were very professional and sid a really great job. In past tint jobs the edges were terrible. On my truck the edges were perfect and guaranteed for life. Will definitely go back. read more

I took my brand new 2024 BNW X5 here for ceramic tint in February. They put 2 dings/chips in the left pillar paint of the vehicle. It's new so it didn't have imperfections yet. When I picked it up they tried to play it off and said, "Hey did you notice these dings were here, looks like you rocks hit your car". Don't go here, it's not professional or ethical work. read more

Bad tint world review SPRING BRANCH DAMAGED MY VEHICLE. I have a 2004 Lexus GS300, I LOVE that car. I paid $700+ for peace of mind that I was getting good service and I wouldn't have to worry about my vehicle in the hands of low quality service. When I got my car back, I found that my trunk had been opened, my spoiler had been damaged, and was now starting to lift off my trunk, (adhesive mount style, OEM value: $600+) and my door was left with quite a bad scrape. I went back the next day to speak with the guy who worked on my vehicle to ask him about what happened and how I might be able to be compensated and the man that worked on my car explained to me that the areas that are damaged had nothing to do with the tint and that he had no reason to be near my trunk or driver side door -_- I then mentioned how I found my trunk unlatched which he followed up by backpedaling and saying that he did access my trunk to see if my speaker cover behind the rear seats had to be unbolted to be removed. not sure of the relevance but at this point, I could not trust him as he seemed to be trying to tell me what I wanted to hear to cover his ass. when I called corporate to inquire about any form of compensation they "took down my number" and told me they would have the manager of the chain I went to, call me to discuss the situation. I waited four days and no call back from anyone so I called the corporate line again and they insisted I call the manager of the chain I had visited and ask for John when I did they said he was not there at the moment and that he spends most of his time at the other chain he owns. I then called every chain in Houston looking for a man named John as I was directed by the man I spoke to from the corporate line (also named John I later found out...) every chain told me there was no one named John. and when I redialed the corporate line to speak to the only John I knew, he didn't answer. I have not been able to get anywhere trying to chase these people down and in accepting that they will probably never fix their fault this is the only other thing I could think to do. New shop that just opened up off 45. I've seen it on my way to work so I decided to stop by on my day off to get my windows tinted and I'm so glad I did!
