Got my front bumper caved in by an object that fell off a truck and was out of pocket for the costs. Got three estimates for the work and Woodlands Body Shop was lowest by $300. Brought it in on a Friday and was out by midday the following Tuesday. Repair was impeccable; couldn't tell that it had ever been hit. Washing the car and vacuuming the interior was a bonus. I'd use them again any time. read more

I had a dent in my front bumper due to a tree branch on the highway that was unavoidable. I took my car the next day and it was fixed perfectly I just two days. They ordered original parts from the dealer and the labor costs were very reasonable. I have gone to several body shops in two states and this one is by far my favorite. I highly recommend this body shop! Also, the shop was very clean and had quality products and parts. read more

I needed some paint work done on my car and went to get estimates from 6 different places. I am fresh out of college so maybe I look young but this place was the only one to take me serious and give me a serious estimate. Not only do they price match the lowest estimate but the work they did on my car was of the highest quality. I was helped by Robert who had the utmost customer service and kept me updated with the repairs. To top all of that off, the car was finished early. I highly recommend. read more

Attentive, excellent service. Lastly, but most important restored car to its original condition. Thank you!

They arent aren't effective with their comunication. I've been without my car for a month now and they were supposed to send a report to allstate for approval for a new part and they didnt send it right, so now i am having to wait even longer. This is honestly ridiculous that i have to wait this long. The service is horrible and they aren't urgent in trying to fix my car and check things and do them right. read more

Have taken my 2023 Camaro here twice and the results were great each time. Very reasonable prices and it has taken no more than a week for both repairs to be completed. They also include life time warranty. read more

My Toyota 4runner had some front end damage. Woodlands Body Shop was not only over $1000 cheaper than every other estimate I got, but they got my 4runner back to me in 3 days!!!. Not a single detail was overlooked. The ladies up front did a great job on the estimate and stayed in touch with each step in the process. The work was flawless. I won't let another shop touch my vehicles. One of the best examples of customer service experiences I've had with a major cost involved in years. Give them a chance to earn your business. read more

I needed some work on the bumper of my car and got several quotes. Marco assessed the damage and delivered an itemized quote within 10 minutes. It was the most competitive so I advised them by phone that I would like to bring it in. With a long weekend coming up in two days, they offered to begin the procurement the day before and, once I had it in, turned around the completed work within 24 hours. Friendly, responsive and efficient service at a good price. read more

Marco and his crew repainted an Edsel for me and did a fantastic job. They were very professional and accommodating. After it was completed, I needed touch up paint, which was not immediately available, so they offered to send it. Upon finding that paint can't be shipped via the agreed upon method, the owner, Robert, personally delivered it to my house. That is fantastic customer oriented service! read more

I used Woodlands to repair my Nissan Frontier truck when it sustained extensive damage when a cement truck opened a door and struck my vehicle when driving past. The truck sustained damage to the hood and both widow posts down the passenger side. Both passenger windows were shattered and there was glass everywhere inside. I just picked up the truck today and I was amazed at the workmanship and quality of their repair. It was literally perfect and I could not tell it from its original condition. Christen the manager was so helpful and professional throughout. They handled the whole repair in a week. They also work directly with the insurance company to make the whole process painless. I highly recommend if you need an auto body repair. read more

Marco and his staff are courteous and professional. They did a beautiful job on my vehicle, the hood had dead spots on it along with staining from bird droppings from a previous owner that I couldn't buff out so I had my hood repainted...perfect match!!! Definitely recommend them!!! read more

My wife's car was backed into on the drivers side. I took her car to four body shops around The Woodlands area. I chose this body shop and I couldn't be happier. They did an outstanding job. On a scale of one two five, five being the highest, I would rate them at NINE. You want your car looking great after an accident, take it to Woodlands Body Shop. read more

Wow, thank you Woodlands Body Shop! My car bumper needed to be replaced and saw the glowing reviews. I had no idea the exceptional, expert level customer service and repair quality, friendly staff that I would experience. First off, want to thank Christine and Ingrid. I was in a bind to get the repair completed due to an emergency and Christine went the EXTRA MILE! She was in continued communications expediting the car parts and finding availability, confirming details with the delivery agency, tracking down several insurance agents, supplemental agents. I was and still am so impressed! Beyond that, the expert knowledge and quality level of work from the mechanics, servicemen... I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car after being at this high standard! The guys helped carry and transfer my children's car seats. Not to mention the cleanliness of my car when I picked it up- it looked like it was detailed and never seen it so clean! Incredible! I will recommend to everyone I know! read more

I've been in the Woodlands since 2001 and was warned that a lot of stupid people have driver licenses and will run into you. With three different cars repairs were needed and these guys were awesome. I would not hesitate to go back again. Marco and Robert rock! read more

Roel was awesome!!! I had a 5 inch dent on my minivan - the dealer quoted me $647 to fix the dent. Roel didn't think the dent needed to be repainted so he refereed me to Dent Gents who were able to pop out the dent for under $400. If I ever DO need body work done I would definitely take my business to Woodlands Body Shop because they treated me so fairly. read more

What a tremendous experience when you've had an accident. I interviewed three repair shops before making my decision. I choose Woodlands Body Shop because their reviews were the best I read and their estimate was most reasonable to repair the damage. Marco gave me the estimate and after getting into pulling the car apart, he found additional damage. BUT, because he had committed to fixing my car at a specific price, I got over $700 in additional repairs because Marcos was committed to honoring his original estimate. When I picked up the car, he let me know about the additional work that he had done. The car looks terrific and Woodlands Body shop will be my collision repair shop from now on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! read more

Thrilled with the work done by this shop, and Marco is fantastic. Their customer service is second to none, and they're very reasonably priced. I've already recommended them to several friends. If you live near the Woodlands and need a body shop, do yourself a favor and look no further. This is where you should take your vehicle for repairs. read more

Marco and team did an amazing job restoring my 1986 Porsche. The car had lots of small dings and even a crease on the passenger door. I was really concerned about getting this work done on a 30+ year old vehicle with original paint but I was beyond impressed with the quality of work performed! Body is laser straight and paint looks beautiful. All of this for a fair price and quick turnaround. Anybody out there needing to get their beloved classic touched up should not hesitate to use this shop! read more

Visiting a body shop is not usually a great experience and I have never felt like writing a good review of one. But, Woodlands Body Shop far exceeded my expectations! Several months ago, I took my Lexus there for minor work. They gave me an excellent price, attentive service, and completed the work in a very quick and professional way. The final result was flawless! We just took my husband's car there for some work. I highly recommend this shop! read more

BEWARE OF THIS BODY SHOP!!!!!!! My Vehicle was involved in an accident by my nephew and towed to this location by the wrecker driver, I'm not from the Houston area and agreed to have them fix my vehicle. After three weeks I drove 3 hours to pick up my vehicle Everything was fine until the next day I started having a lot of noise problems with the front tire where the original damage was, I took it to a body shop near my house and they discovered a lot of parts that Woodlands body shop stated and documented they replaced were NOT replaced and they submitted those parts including labor cost to the insurance company for payment. I called the owner after this was discovered and he agreed to send me a check for $800, the vehicle is in need of many more parts including an engine cradle that cost $800 plus not including labor! This company is defrauding the insurance companies by submitting for parts and not replacing them and is practicing trade deception to its customer! They are making money off your insurance company at your expense and not replacing parts that are needed for your vehicle, stay away from the false reviews of 5 stars they are trying to deceive you into thinking that they are legit! Check the BBB for accuracy in complaints against this company. Sure they will give you a break on your Deductible but they are scamming off your insurance company by the thousands! RC read more

EXCELLENT paint and body work by an OCD owner! Robert and crew did a superb repair on my F150 door dent. Job was done quicker than expected and done right the first time. Highly recommend the Woodlands Body Shop. Marco and his team took care of minor damage on my Tesla Model X for 35% less than Service King, got the job completed 3 days faster than Service King, and unlike Service King he does it with class and customer care. read more

Took my 2015 Ram here after being hit on the feeder just down the road. Front fender and bumper damage, along with dented wheel and damaged tire. Had previous recommendations from friends using WBS. The entire time my truck was here, I never once received an update from them. Not even after we had already set a time to pick up after alignment and wash, but the alignment showed it needed further repairs(tie rods). When I finally did get the truck back(an entire week after they found the tie rod issue), they hadn't replaced the tire as the insurance estimate said to do. Also, they didn't even bother to wash the truck off. There's mud 6 inches from the fender they replaced that wasn't there when I took it in. The first time I get on the freeway, I hear a flapping noise. Turns out, they didn't screw the wheel liner back in. From the first interaction with the shop, I knew I should have just taken it elsewhere. Lesson learned. read more
