Best Service around. Mark was so nice and quick at fixing 2 cracks. Very reasonably priced. Highly Recommend!

Mark showed up on time and went right to work. He repaired three cracks on my wife's car (had all the right equipment) and tested the crack repairs to make sure they were fixed to his satisfaction. Mark was very professional and we will certainly use him again if we need him in the future. read more

I highly recommend Mark for any windshield repairs you need done! He showed up on time, was very professional, and did a great job. My small chip is practically invisible and you can't beat his price! read more

Very friendly service! We were visiting from out of town on a weekend and he was able to last minute accommodate us on a Sunday and met us anywhere that was convenient for us. He did an excellent repair job. We can barely see the crack and he didn't charge an arm and a leg. read more

Great customer service!. Mark did a great job repairing my windshield, he responded quickly and was able to come right away. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a windshield repair. read more

Service, cost, and warranty is excellent. Serviced my windshield on less than 30 minutes.

Scheduled within the same week, was very courteous and we were happy with the job. Prices are on par and you don't have to leave your house.

After he found out chip was in a motorhome windshield he kept going up on price without even seeing the stone chip. When he got up to $150+...that was nuts. Got it done locally for $35. read more

Unfortunately, a rock was kicked up onto my whindshield causing a chip. I called and messaged shops for quotes. Mark was able to come out in a hour and get it fixed. You cant even see where it was chipped! Definately would recommend, worth the extra money for quality work and great customer service. read more

Fast, efficient, and great service. Would recommend and extremely convenient service. Over the top.

They quoted me $100 less than another place I called. They were helpful, friendly, professional and did a great job!

Mark is great! He's not one to try to nickel and dime his customers. I reached out to him yesterday, my third time this year, and it was quick easy. I love the convenience of his service because he drives to you. During my first two visits, Mark met me at my house and I just hung out until he was finished (15 or so minutes). The third visit was my biggest accident yet. I got hit by a rock flying off a service truck on the freeway. It must've been big because it cracked my windshield in two places! Mark came out to my work and entertained my questions, as well as the ones my co-workers had about his line of work. He's really nice and knowledgable about his craft. He offers a lifetime guarantee with his work. I hope I won't have to see him again in the future, but if my car is victim to another flying rock in the road, I'll be sure to call him right away! read more

Mark showed up on time and was very meticulous in fixing the chip. I cannot tell there was ever a chip at all. Nice to have someone who cares about their work. read more

Had a chip and spider crack about the size of a nickel in middle of my windshield. Mark responded to my text and gave me a discount if I came to him. The crack was a challenging one but he was able to fill it and it's barely distinguishable. I appreciate his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. Dude saved me from having to get a new windshield! read more

Mark did a stellar job on the chip on my windshield. He was quick to respond, prompt to the appointment and super personable! He even indulged all my repair questions! read more

Perfect service. They called right after I requested a quote online. We arranged am appointment and he showed up right when he said he would. Job took around 20 min and it was repaired even better than the last chip I got fixed and I had to take my truck in for that one. Will definitely call back if/when we need more chips fixed. Great service. Highly recommended. read more

We had a rock chip in my wife's Subaru so I immediately looked for a repair company - preferably mobile. Saw Mark's positive rankings - everywhere - and quickly determined he was the guy for us. I called and he came out the next morning. The windshield was covered in condensation. He explained that to dry it for a successful repair required heating the windshield to a high temp to remove all humidity. I instantly had visions of the heat cracking the windshield and that is exactly what he explained next. He recommended we wait until the windshield was dry from the sun and then cover the chip with tape. That's what we did and he came back to fix it the next day. No extra charge for two trips, great conversation and a guarantee on the work. Oh yeah, more than fair price. Nice and honest guy. read more

These freeways are so run down now a days. Got a crack on my windshield so I decided to do some research on Yelp. I landed on this page and decided to call Mark. Luckily he was in my community, so I only waited 10 mins. He is sooo sweet and professional. Thank you Mark! read more

I have been using Mark for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed. His professionalism is top but his craftsmanship, well that is just "wicked good"! His works is truly remarkable. And I have presented him with some challenges but he somehow pulls through like "magic"! Don't waist your time looking elsewhere. Go to Mark! You will not regret it! Thank you Mark! read more

I received excellent service, I called and was able to get my window fixed the same day. Mark arrived on time and was extremely fast and efficient with his work. I was able to sit in my car while he fixed the crack on my window shield which took 15-20 minutes. I would absolutely recommend him and use him again. read more

I had a large chip taken out of my windshield, so I called Mark, and he was so friendly and helpful over the phone! He told me to go measure the chip to make sure I could still get it fixed by him - as opposed to just trying to get me to have my whole windshield replaced. The chip was small, so he made an appointment with me that same week. He was on time, super, SUPER friendly and knowledgeable, and the chip is almost non-existent now. He also stated that they give a full money-back guarantee; or, he would fix it again for me for free. He also said that he would recommend an amazing windshield guy if I ever wanted to completely replace it. He came all the way to my work to Mission Valley, and I definitely recommend him! read more

I can't vouch for Mark's work. (read the other reviews for that) I CAN vouch for his integrity/independence. We bought a used car. It had two chips which we decided to get repaired. He came and said: "Nope, don't do it". He won't do 'fake work'. He didn't charge for the 'call out time'. He doesn't upsell you on full windscreen replacement (he doesn't do those, but he can recommend good people/prices). His card is pinned on my garage wall for when I DO really need him again. read more

I noticed a small crack in my windshield last week and today I was reminded to get it fixed asap to prevent it from spreading and causing worse problems. I looked up windshield repair this morning and saw that there was a mobile service with outstanding reviews (Mark's). I called Mark and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Mark was perfectly on-time and brought his kit of repair tools. He explained the entire process while repairing and was very pleasant and professional. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and made me feel confident that the repair was perfect. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing a windshield repair! read more

So happy to have found Mark! Not only was he friendly, he was professional and provided fast same day service. While he was there to fix my windshield, he also fit in two other cars in my household which was amazing. The work is clearly impeccable. Hardly noticeable and with a lifetime guarantee it's impossible to beat. So thankful to have found him and now I have a go to windshield guy and so does my family! read more

I called Mark Sachak at 4:30 on a Tuesday and he was at the house by 5 o'clock. He took the time to explain how he was going to fix the 'ding' and let us know that if, by chance, the windshield did not hold up, he would replace it for free. He also told us that any successful repair would be guaranteed for life. Mark worked very carefully and fixed the damage done by the rock. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. He charged much less than someone else I had called and I would definitely use him again should the need arise. I think you will be as happy with his work as I am. read more

Sunday morning at 10 am, he was there by 11:30, fixed by 12:15. I couldn't even tell where it was chipped, a bullseye /star; Mark was nice enough to explain the process as well as live up to his statement of being a perfectionist. He is respectful, knowledgable, and all around efficient, on top of that he is reasonably priced and comes to you! Do I really need to say anything else, other than he is now saved in my top 10 for car maintenance. read more

Had an L shaped crack in windshield , didn't think it was repairable but Mark worked his magic and now its looks as good as new! THANK YOU fellow yelpers your reviews were spot on! Mark is very professional on time and guarantees his work for a lifetime what more can you ask for! I wil definately recommend him to friends and family! read more

I was feeling kinda unlucky this week...having borrowed a car and then getting hit with a rock. But Mark fixed my feeling of despair almost instantly! I called him, around 2pm on a Sat and wasn't expecting to be able to get scheduled until next week, but "luckily" he was able to see me - same day! (This may not always be the case for the rest of you, but again..."lucky me"!) He was at my house within 2 hours and was out again in about 20 minutes. The windshield looks completely new & untouched! Although, again - 'lucky me', he told me that my kind of chip was the easiest to repair! He has a lifetime warranty & the fact that he's mobile and comes to you is awesome. I plan to recommend him to all my friends! read more

A pebble hit my sister's car while she was on her way down from LA. She called Mark and was able to get an appt the same day. I've had a crack in my windshield that I've been putting off repairing for the past week, so I was hoping that he could fix my windshield at the same time. Not only was Mark willing and able to fix my windshield also, he did a tremendous job. The remaining speck was smaller than the dirt on the rest of my windshield. The price was reasonable and considerably cheaper than a new windshield. His lifetime warranty involves either a refund, or help with getting a new replacement windshield for a low cost. We chatted while he worked, and I can tell he's passionate about his work. I highly recommend Mark for any and all windshield repairs! read more

Fast service and good work. Great customer services skills. Will be using this company again.

Excellent experience. Mark is very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to recommend that I wait a couple of days before repairing the chip on my windshield since it had been exposed to moisture when I called. He explained why that was important and what other companies could do to get my business right away, but which wouldn't be the best solution. I waited for it to dry and called Mark again. He was able to repair it within a few hours of my call. Now I can't event tell where the chip had been! Very professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend him. read more
