The…read moreinsurance company pushed their "preferred" shop, but it felt like a conflict of interest as like they cared more about saving money than doing the job right. Then we called a few dealerships, and while we knew they'd do decent work, the pressure to commit immediately left a bad taste in our mouths. We searched collision repair shops and found Golden Touch Collision Center, run by Mr. Sayed. From the very first call, it was clear this wasn't just another shop. It was a family-owned business that truly cares. The reviews spoke for themselves, and after our experience, I can confidently say they live up to every bit of the praise. What stood out most was the personalized service. Mr. Sayed treated us like family, not just another claim number. The work was dealer-quality, but with the warmth and attention you only get from a local business. A small item was accidentally overlooked (something any other shop might have dismissed), Mr Sayed went above and beyond to make it right--no excuses, just outstanding customer care. Even dealing with the rental car company was stress-free because he stepped in to help communicate and ensure we had transportation the entire time. That level of dedication is rare. If you're looking for honest, high-quality repairs with a personal touch, Golden Touch is the only place you should go! We'll never use anyone else. Mr. Sayed and his team have earned our trust for life and we highly, HIGHLY recommend them!

I took my car here for the first time because the quote I got from the dealership for a bumper…read morerepair was just ridiculous and I was looking for a place where the techs knew how to deal with German cars. First off, this place is so clean and neat, it's just spotless. The people working here are all very polite and nice (I spoke to Ricardo, Constanza and Luis) and they are all very pleasant and friendly. They kept their promise of repairing and not replacing the bumper although after opening the bumper they found out that replacing it would be a lot easier and more sensible than repair, but they kept their promise and repaired it. The end result just looked fabulous. It's certainly not a cheap place but their prices are a lot better than the dealership for the same or maybe even better quality of work. I have had one experience here and the experience was a five star one, and I will definitely go back if I am in the area and need a car service.

I needed swirl scratches removed and the interior cleaned because the previous owner apparently smoked in the vehicle. I met with Ricardo and he took a few pics. He said that Luis (owner) would get back to me the next day. The next day came and went -- nothing. I called and spoke with Ricardo who then promised me a quote. Still nothing. One week passes and I finally PM the owner. It turns out the owner was out of country on vacation. I wish Ricardo would have just said so. People don't know how to manage expectations. Luis was more cordial, told me that they don't really specialize in "old" cars and said they would charge like $1000+ to do it (which seemed ludicrous). Anyway, he referred me to Shine Mobile Auto that apparently details all of their vehicles. Unfortunately, I had mixed results with their detailer, which I'll cover in a separate post. At the end of the day, I wasn't terribly impressed with how they run their business and their referral didn't keep his promises, so I can't say that I had a positive experience.
