Even though the damage was my fault, Kari still treated the driver and me with Professionalism and Honesty. I took pictures of the dents and emailed them to Kari. Before the driver even left the driveway, I had an estimate over the phone and Kari was already making arrangements for her to get the truck to the shop as quickly as possible, which was the very next day. Kari took care of everything. I knew we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about. Kari and I assured the driver it would be OK. Kari offered a rental car or a way for her to get home when she dropped the truck off. Kari even asked if we needed a tow truck or was she able to drive it. Again, Kari was taking care of everything. Kari was honest about the estimate over the phone, stating that if there wasn't any damage not seen in the pictures, then there wouldn't be any additional cost. If there was, she would let me know ahead of time. At least I was forewarned of the possibility of additional damage. (Honesty, no scam, no gimmicks). So I was prepared for it and luckily no unseen damage, so no additional cost. (Honest, Knowledgeable and Professional). Again, I paid the quoted price, which I new was a great one. When the driver came by to show me the repairs that were done, all I could see when she drove up was a BIG GRIN from ear to ear. She went on and on about how good it looked (which I could see for myself), how fast it was done, what a great price she was given for the additional repairs on the other fender, and how nice Kari was. Car took 2 months, which was much longer than the insurance adjuster estimated. ZERO communication. If you don't call them, you will have no idea what is going on with your car, they will not reach out for an update EVER, not ONE TIME in 2 MONTHS. When you do call them, they will say something like "it should be this week" and then it will take another 2 weeks. Customer service, communication, and being timely or accurate with their time frame is not their strong suite. read more

I've had cars in here for various bumps and bruises over the years and they always are professional, courteous and deliver on time. They have a courtesy shuttle (inside the loop) and will call a rental company to nab you if needed. I love how consistent they are with everything they do. Great service!! I took my car and got 3 different quotes. Collision Solution was the most economical and the most convenient location for me. They worked with the other party's insurance so I didn't have to, rental car was brought to me at the shop and they did all of the extensions on it. When there was further damage behind the bumper, they worked with insurance to get it covered. As a really pleasant bonus - my car was washed inside and out when I picked it up!! This has been the WORST Customer Service experience I've ever had the displeasure of being a part of. I took my truck to this shop for repairs. After waiting weeks for my insurance to approve, I was told it would take *two weeks* for repairs. In this time I rented a vehicle (out of pocket as it wasn't part of my insurance plan). After the second week was up, I was then told it would take an *additional week*. At the end of that week I was told that parts hadn't arrived. Come Friday last week I'm told parts arrived Wednesday evening but it would take 3 days (keeping in mind I drove by and it sat outside all day Thursday not getting worked on) At the end of the 3 days I'm told it JUST needs to be assembled and diagnostics and it only needs one more day. TODAY was that day and now I'm told "surprise" still waiting on parts and it will take ANOTHER DAY. Complete disbelief. This ENTIRE TIME I've been the one who had to reach out to THEM for updates, only to get let down over and over. Today, I tell them I've been jerked around for weeks with the same story of "next week" and "tomorrow" and nothing all while I'm paying out of pocket over and over for this rental. So I ask "Sarah" today how they plan to reconcile? She says, they reconciled by saving me $ on my deductible. I informed her that saving me money is good customer service, and me being in retail I'm familiar with that. Reconciling is what's done when one has done wrong or provided a terrible experience for a customer. I asked then what the owner or manager can do and was told "she'll be gone until Tuesday I'll talk to her then" as if calling someone when one has an urgent matter is impossible. She simply said, "there's nothing I can do". So...At this point, I'm being done wrong and receiving ZERO communication, and instead having to force it out of everyone. I'm a community member here in Conroe and ALWAYS do business locally, so to be treated Rudely, Unprofessionally and receive the lowest level of Customer Service as I've had here is beyond disappointing. As a four time customer over the past three years, my first impression was the reason I returned. Their quality record goes like this. First trip for a badly damage rear quarter and bumper was great. Second trip on same truck was also great. Third trip for bumper damage on silver Avalon was good - paint had some orange peel but generally good. Took a few extra days to complete. Fourth trip for hail damage on gray Avalon was that a week long job took them a month to complete because it rained so much... really? Doing paint and body work outside now? Good news, finish and color match was awesome. Good thing I had my truck. Felt like it took way too long though. . . and the explanation was weak. Trip number five is currently in progress. Truck went back in the shop Jan 2019 after a wreck on the ice. Cab, rear door and bed seriously damaged. At six weeks, bed was off but minimal progress on door and corner of cab. At 12 weeks the bed was in paint but still not much happening on the cab or door that was removed on week one...ugh. It is now been 13 weeks on an estimate of 2-3 weeks... and not one call ever. I have to go looking for answers and four times the estimated duration is a major concern - with no proactive communication. Karen tries to please but she does not schedule or perform the work. Owner does the scheduling. They do good work or I would be livid over the delays and lack of communication.... and no, the delays with insurance on a supplemental claim were resolved more than six weeks ago. So, Jury is still out on quality because it looks like this might take another four to six weeks to finish. Then I have potential for bed, cab and doors to not match colors very well. Door and cab corner are being replaced and likely to have been painted separately. With weeks of extra time, an extra critical eye should be expected. Take their estimated duration and plan for months vs. weeks (ie three weeks is likely three to four months). That way, you won't be disappointed. Need it faster? Not likely to happen. . . Reliability has dropped noticeably over past two years, but quality has always been very good, so I wait. read more

It took more days than what I was told . And that's okay because I wasn't in a hurry to get it done. The work that they did is wonderful! If I could give less than 1star I would. Was recommended by tow truck driver, that was my first mistake. They kept my vehicle for over 3 months with a variety of excuses, even in the final days telling me it was being detailed. The car was returned to me filthy. On the test drive I mentioned that the exhaust sounded very loud, the fender rubbed & it shimmied at highway speed. I brought it less than a week later, back only to be accused of "running over something " that caused the exhaust problem! Now 6 months later I am having to replace the 2 front tires and pay for an alignment they supposedly did! Do not trust these people. read more

These people held my car hostage! My vehicle was towed here but from the looks of the place I had a gut feeling to take it somewhere else for the repairs. Almost 3 WEEKS later I finally got the car moved. The lady there wouldn't release my car to have it moved because she wanted me to have it repaired there even though I repeatedly told her no. She kept saying well I know you mentioned having it moved but I went ahead and got it approved to get the work done here. I felt helpless. They would not get back in touch with the insurance for days. It was the worst customer service I have had in a long time. I'm afraid she will run this business into the ground. read more

I went these folk hoping they would better than those hacks at " Tommys paint and body's" that trashed the front of my car, and when I returned they made it even worse..enough about Tommys...I told these folks my previous experience and how important a good job was too me. " all I wanted was my bumper cover refinished" after three weeks they claimed they just could not match the paint....this is 2015....if you can't match paint you shouldn't be painting cars...the lighting in their shop is so poor they use a flash light..to look at paint. After painting my bumper 6 times...I get my car back...the color is not just shades lighter or darker...it's a totally different color!...you can even tell in the dark!... The finish was good..but after the first coat..they painted the bumper on the car...overspray all over the grill...the sides of the grille chrome are actually painted...headlights that were installed 3 week prior..have their gaskets painted...and one no longer works..the lamps were also new..the driving lights are all now off center..they were replaced 6 months ago and were perfectly centered...they take a paint pen when they check your car in..and circle any scratches or dings..even though the car was pretty clean when I got it back...parts of their paint rings were still there...on top of a big scratch on the left quarter that was not there before...I don't use a paint pen but I know every mark on my car...I am a car person...and this is a forever car...and I'm trying keep it looking new, but with all these substandard body shops in operation its hard to do. I have spent 30 years in the auto repair business and I know what good service and quality work is supposed to be...you won't get that here...although they tried...they also asked for extra money..to cover all the paint they used trying to get it right...I gave 50 dollars...but later regretting paying a dime. read more

Probably the worst Repair and body shop I've been to. They said it would take about 10 days and I went on vacation for 17 so they said they would hold it for me. When I come back it's NOT EVEN FINISHED!!! They said it was only a one or two day delay but I SPECIFICALLY told them when I get back I NEED my car for work. They said nothing about helping me get to and from my home and workplace. I thought they were friendly at first but when things don't go your way and you get upset they try to attack you and blame it on you!! I will definitely not ever go back to this place unless they get a new owner and new staff that actually know how to communicate with people. I had to use a rental car and they said that they won't compensate me for it. Waste of money and time. Never going back!!! read more
