Our family has used Pop a ding over the years many many times and have always had a professional and a more than satisfactory experience. This time, they fixed a dent on my husbands truck after a hard sided cooler fell off of the garage fridge. They removed hail damage from one of our cars last time & it always amazes me how well they are able to fix it and for a great price!!! DON'T USE THEM !!!!!! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They are con artists. I had hail damage on my car and they said they would do it for a cheap price. Then when I dropped the car off and paid for the rental car they said they lost the original estimate and it would be an extra $1000. I asked where they came up with the extra cost they told me that they looked at the damage in closer detail and it was more extensive than they first thought. When I went back to show them my copy of the estimate, the car was in the exact same place in the car park and it was obvious they didn't look at the car any closer they just wanted to ask for more money. They were never going to do the work for the price they quoted and they waited for me to organise the rental car and pay for it before they upped the price. So if you use them, get ready for them to almost double the price and wait for you to pay for the rental. read more

Pop-a-Ding has not gone out of business!! They changed locations! Not wanting to report a little fender bender to my insurance, i remembered passing by pop-a-ding and figured i should give them a call. Lady answering the phone was very nice, sent over directions to the new location immediately after hanging up. After bringing my car over and waiting about 15 minutes, I was extremely surprised my car looked just like new! I highly recommend going coming to these guys to pop your ding! I went to the northwest side location before 9am and they were already open. There was only one guy working at that time but he was courteous enough to talk to me and assess my car's damage. I have a nasty dent from a tree branch and dings from the medical center garage. He gave me a time frame and cost on the spot and I was very happy about my experience. It didnt take him that long to fix the dings and dents on my car and the price was half of what I was expecting. It was worth the trip and the wait! Some shops charge $160+ for a dent and I paid less than that. Thanks again! read more

They fixed a dent the size of half a small grapefruit, right in the back corner of my recent model Prius....... at 1/10 the cost of what I expected to pay at a normal "Collision Center". This place did an amazing Job!! I brought in a truck with 3 really large door dings and some touch up paint, and they completely fixed it. Granted the damage was so extensive it took all layers of paint off and left some really deep door dings but they got it to look amazing. Very fairly priced and they even gave me a free car wash for using them!! Awesome friendly people to work with. Would recommend! read more
