After, the process was done I came out to inspect my vehicle and noticed several air bubbles around the edge of the tint, along with the a broken window trim frame. Heather proceeded to have an attitude with me as I described my concerns with the work done. She stated that she would not be able to get anyone to fix the problem until the following week (Monday). I explained to her very nicely that I did not bring my car into their shop with these issues. She proceeded to walk away from me with an attitude while I was still talking. I asked to speak with manager and funny enough she stated she was the manager. Overall, I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30am and my vehicle was not ready until 4:30pm. I am now waiting here and it's 6:09pm passed business hours awaiting for my vehicle to be restored to its prime condition. Heather did not apologize at ALL for the inconvenience. Heather needs some additional training in giving an exceptional customer service experience. Hopefully, no one else will have to deal with the unfortunate circumstances that I have encountered.
