The guy that came to repair my window showed up a little after 7PM, it was pretty dark outside but the repair guy was equipped with headgear that provided lighting. The entire repair process took maybe a little over an hour. It was pretty quick and I'd say it was all reasonably priced given that they do come to YOUR home to have the services done. Overall I was satisfied with the services and would use them again if need be. Let's just hope I don't need to. Ha!

He was able to come to my home to make the repair, which saved me some gas and time. ...
