I've had the same work done on a previous car elsewhere, but I was not happy about the job. I had mentioned this to Tammy whom assisted me throughout this process. She reassured me of their products they use, their craftsmanship, and they even offer 10 year warranty on their PPF. The service took about 3 days and Tammy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. She was very informative and prompt with getting things done from start to finish. We went over the car before and after the service, and she was a real beauty! I'm so happy I chose them and how well they took care of my car. One of our doors was incredibly scratched and we had no idea until the new, darker tint was applied. I was certain that these were not scratches in the glass and that there had to be some issue with the installation because nothing ever touched our door that high. Brian came out to show how there were indeed about 100 scratches. He came once to show my assistant manager and then again to show me. Really appreciate his time, understanding, and patience with me!

Thought it was strange that I was told it was first come first served but won't complain since I was the first one there. I waited at the shop and it was very comfortable. Car was done within a hour and half. I was told there were having a sale on their ceramic tint (which I came for). Also had the lowest price. Everything looks good so far. If I get another car I will definitely bring it here!
