They had a waiting area with snacks, coffee and water. They also have free wifi, so I was able to work while I waited for my car. I have installed PPF on over 15 cars from corvette, Mercedes, McLaren and now my new ZR1 c8. I never used Gulf Coast Auto Shield before but was recommended from friend that did his GT3 with them. John the owner is great and door always open to all his customers and welcomes going to see the process while working on our cars. (trust me i was probably there every day) I did full PPF and it is the best job i have ever seen or done on any of my cars. My PPF installer was Sergio and it was perfection i had to try to find the ppf on the panels and it looks like he did not install PPF... IT IS THAT GOOD!!!!! ABSOLUTLY THE BEST and it installed like it liquid on the paint. Do not look around on hesitate his installer is the best out there and John does not rush them to finish and to get the next car in.... he lets them do their craft and he expects nothing but the best..... I got a flat tire going to work a few months back and got out of my car in the Home Depot parking lot in my skirt and heels when it was around 95 degrees. Robert saw that I was struggling after I kicked my shoes off and very kindly offered to change my tire for me. Although I do know how to change my tire - it would have taken me a lot longer and I would have been drenched in sweat before my office job if Robert had not helped me out. A lot of thanks to him and you should know that you're getting a vendor that cares about people if you choose him!

It moved fairly slow. I've been to many car wash before. The paint did not have a smooth finish and the areas he sanded were bumpy. He assured me that would go away. When I contacted him, he asked, did you get it waxed and buffed? Now why in the world would I have to do that. He said getting it waxed will fix it. Well a professional wax and buff averages $200. I contacted him and asked him to fix the problem. Well he has gone silent. To be honest I wouldn't let him touch my car again to even attempt to fix it. He does horrible work. This is the worst experience I have had. At the point I would only accept a partial refund. DO NOT HIRE BM MOBILE AUTOBODY!!

B&M Mobile Auto Body Repair - Extremely Unprofessional, Poor Work, and Ghosted After Payment…read more I hired Barry McGill of BM Mobile Auto Body to fix cosmetic damage on two vehicles. This turned into one of the worst service experiences I've had. First car - surprise charges and poor business practices Barry completed the main repair on the first vehicle, which initially looked acceptable. However, when we asked him to go over a couple of very minor additional spots (a dent and some scratches), he did the work without providing a new quote or asking for approval, and then tacked on an extra $200 after the fact. We never agreed to this price increase in advance. Any reputable business discusses costs before doing additional work--this alone should have been a red flag. Second car - made it WORSE The second vehicle had a tiny scratch that was not visible from outside the car. Barry decided to "repair" it by dabbing what looked like nail polish on the surface. He insisted it was a "perfect color match" and claimed it would "look like it never happened" once it dried. Instead, it looks far worse than before. The repair is obvious, sloppy, and amateurish. Anyone with basic auto body experience would recognize this as unacceptable work. Broken promises and ghosting Barry told me that if it didn't look perfect the next day, he would come back for free and make it right. The next day, I called him -- he told me to "give it a few more days." A few days later, he promised to come back at an agreed-upon time. He didn't show. Hours later, after I chased him down, he claimed his grandfather was in the hospital. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him to come when convenient. He said Saturday. Saturday came -- no Barry. After multiple texts, he said he got busy on another job and promised to arrive by 2 PM. He never showed, and now appears to have blocked my number or stopped responding entirely. Of course, this all happened after he had already been paid. Total disrespect for our time I left work early on a weekday to meet him. We rearranged our entire Saturday to be home waiting for him. He wasted our time repeatedly with zero accountability. Lack of professionalism Barry smoked a cigarette in our driveway while reviewing the job and left the cigarette butt behind. This may seem minor, but it reinforces the overall lack of professionalism and respect. Bottom line Surprise charges without approval Substandard, amateur-looking work Broken promises Repeated no-shows Complete lack of follow-through once paid This business is unreliable, unprofessional, and not qualified to perform proper auto body work. I arrived surprisingly happy that the cars behind me gave me enough space while I had my tailgate down while driving relatively slow. That's a rarity when I have my tailgate up. Right when you take a right on SW Plaza you'll go down a curving road right smack dab into the cul-de-sac of C&D Metal and a vehicle impound lot. You'll see lots of cars parked in the cul-de-sac and a long line waiting for the "vehicle storage". Keep on trucking along into the C&D Metal yard. You'll see a hut with a young lady in it, you'll need to give her your driver's license, license plate id, the description of the items, and your address. Step out of the vehicle for this, she will make no effort. Are you new? Are you new? ARE YOU NEW HERE? You'll be slammed with this repetitive question if you are new to C&D. I couldn't get away from it. Now the lady in the hut may misinform you on where you need to go next. I was told to go to lane 1 inside the warehouse and that's where I met José. José, a very friendly Hispanic man that's very helpful and very detailed in helping customers on what to do next. Are you new? Are you new? ARE YOU NEW HERE? If that's not obvious enough, yes I'm new; José. It's my first time! Drive around past the hut, to the long blue scale, wait for the green light and proceed to the junkyard. I weighed at 4000. Verde ding! I met José and a massive pile of scrap, it was as tall as the sky. I offered to help, José unload; but he said he got it. That's just my personality. I made sure José didn't throw my walking sticks out as he didn't. Next you'll drive left of the warehouse to the next long blue scale. I weighed at 3620. Verde, ding! Park in the front and go to the door that's open. Here you will see a dark, dimmed, and rigged up counter. Where you'll not be able to see the cashier at all. It's a one-way mirror, reflective on side and transparent on the other. Is this a police interrogation?! The cashier was so friendly, she expressed how she wishes her customers could see her. There's a process you'll need to do before you get handed $2 bills. She'll ask you to take a picture through the webcam, scan your fingerprint, and sign. You'll need to do this, TWICE. For your records and theirs. Then she'll ask how you want your money, $2 bills or regular payment. I want what is advertised on the commercials and website. There you'll get a receipt, your payment, and a card to use again if you decide to come back. Are you new, Are you new, ARE YOU NEW HERE? The overall experience was outstanding! I will be back. The new location off of Reed Rd, will be more convenient and gas cost effective for me. It's opening Spring 2024 or sometime in 2024.
