If and when you need repair because of a collision damages to your car, this is the place! Look for Axim, a very nice and caring person to attend to your needs. He took care our problems with the car and there is no place I had been to that really showed they care to the customers. This is a rare finding, folks!!! From the start when I dropped off my car to be fixed to the time I picked up the car, the service was really awesome and made you feel that he and I were on the same boat. He took care dealing with the insurance claims and even finding more that need to be fixed and getting with the insurance to get additional funding and honestly explaining to me what was needed, took a lot of pressure on me. And the results were amazing, my car looked like a new car! I was very happy to see the results of the fix. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this body shop. I was referred to this shop from my original body shop who could not see me until January. I had just had a wreck on 11/1 and needed to find a place to repair my car right away. To add to my stress, the towing company that was chosen by my insurance company to get my car to this shop was delayed in getting my car delivered. Our car broke down and it was towed to Elevated Car Care and we are very happy with the repairs done to fix significant damage to the car in one day at the shop. We met with Azim, one of the managers at the shop and he was fantastic. Nathan is the owner of the business and he did an excellent job communicating with the insurance company, establishing the costs for replacement parts, and then completing the repairs using the agreed upon parts.
