This is my second time to visit this location. Decide to give them another chance and still same issue no improvement. I came to get car inspected and was told the computer was down, I'm visiting today for an oil change and being told same problem. When I asked the young lady why is this always a problem the young man came from behind a vehicle and said "what did she say" his demeanor and tone appeared aggressive. While I sat in the car the young man came over and we begin to talk and I explained to him he may want to tone it down. He appear to receive my advise and ask me to please come back. Sometimes we must take a few minutes to encourage our younger generation times are different and life is lifing for a lot of them and they remain silent which is why we have so many mental health issues. Stay away. I have always done my own oil changes. I was in a pinch and had to have it done so I decided to give these guys a shot.. at first everything went fine and all seemed to go as one would expect. Then I noticed my truck was leaking, so I emailed take 5 customer service... could I have fixed the problem, yes but I didn't pay to do the work anyways. Got a response stating they would give me 50% my next service. I want my truck fixed not a discount for something that isn't going to happen. I decided just to drive back to where I got the service done. At first they told me it was just probably the "wipe-off" and that it wasn't leaking which probably would have worked for most people. Then I started showing pictures of the leak and how much was leaking. Then they finally admitted that the drain bolt wasn't tightened properly. Ok... mistakes happen. So then I asked what they would be torquing to. His response was they torque to hand tight.... Really?? How is there not a torque spec even if it's a generic one and not to oem spec. Was my first time using Take 5 and gave a great review but that was short lived. Have been dealing with a oil leak ever since I had a oil change on April 16, 2024. Car has just over 11,000 miles and have'nt put 100 miles since oil change. Returned asking to check everything and was told everything looks good, but no its not. I have been cleaning up oil spots everyday on my driveway since oil change. This has never happened to me. I explained that my driveway has an incline and that the oil is back on the drain plug. They either cross threaded my drain bolt or either the washer is no good, or maybe they didnt install one. So now I have to set up a time at the dealership to see what whats going on and spend more money. Avoid Take 5 oil change shops, changing oil is too complicated for them. read more

I came here for the first time after needing an oil change for my car. The service was great from the beginning, they offered me water and started to work on my car immediately. There was no wait at the time I went and the whole process took about 15 minutes. Edgar was the one to work on my oil change and he was very informative on everything and helpful. He was able to take care of my car. I was also able to use a coupon so that was really nice. I would recommend coming here for an oil change. read more

I've come here a few times for quick, standard oil changes. Never had any issues at all. The guys are nice & when they say Take 5, they mean it!! LOL Even on a busy Saturday morning I went & was out of there in no time. The wait wasn't terrible even though all the bays were full & had a car or 2 in front. It was a bit warm one day & I was offered a bottled water. Can't be mad at that. What I like about this place is they show you oil level, filter, etc. The price is fair & they tend to have some kind of special running. I think they even have an ongoing Veteran's discount. I went to this location twice. The first time the guy seemed nice it was a good experience until my car started leaking oil a few weeks later. I lost my job due to not being able to make it in one day. Found out it was a defective filter so I gave them another try. THIS TIME I go and its the same guy, still nice, good experience. I did notice there were more guys than normal near the hood and it went quicker than the time before but I didn't think anything of it.. a week goes by and my car is pulling as if there is no oil getting to the engine. I take it back and a different guy lifts the hood, says its the transmission and told me to restart the car. It immediately went hot and stayed hot.. my car had never overheated until then and now there is OIL IN MY COOLANT SYSTEM!! read more

This staff is top tier!! I have been to this location for all of my oil changes for the past 1-2 years and I have yet to have a bad visit. They explain every detail about the process and will let you know if they see anything abnormal. The team works together to provide a great service to the customer and it shows!! I have been to several Take 5 locations before and none of them are as professional, proficient or FAST as this one! Chris and Francisco are two employees that always stand out to me because they are knowledgeable and respectful, every single time. Troy was great! I was there early and so was he, I got my oil change plus a much needed new air filter and I got a military discount. He has a sense of humor and we had a nice conversation while his associate helped change the oil and before I left, they quickly cleaned my dirty windshield and reset my oil life monitor. I took my car to have the oil changed and they overfilled the reservoir causing engine failure. It has been 7 weeks with no approval for repairs and they have not provided a rental car. When I attempt to contact the people in charge of taking care of the case they avoid emails and phone calls. Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else. read more

Guy struggled taking off the oil filter blaming the mechanic who did my last oil change when they were the last ones that did my oil change, they didn't top off any of my other fluids, guy was so occupied talking to his coworker they were spilling oil on my engine and they didn't reset or offered help to reset my oil life on the dash when I got home there was finger prints all over the hood and fenders where they didn't even try to clean up after them selves. Not professional at all. This place has fallen apart since Troy left I will not be coming back to this place.. read more
