Went in for an emissions test and not only did they try and sell me cabin and engine filters which they had no business inspecting during an emissions only test, they told me a fog light was burnt and wanted to charge me $40 to replace it. I declined. When I got home I turned on the fog lights and they were both good. They also did not replace the 2 screws that hold the cabin air filter in place. I had to crawl underneath the dash and put those back myself. Beware of this location. read more

Went for an oil change and left with an oil change after fighting plenty of battles to only get the oil change. Suddenly they act as though my car was a driving bomb that needed everything fixed and replaced, of course at ridiculous prices. Also was NOT done in a jiffy, waited for a lot longer than a jiffy. And honestly the employees seemed to hate me, probably because I was just dressed to awesome. read more

Went for my exhaust inspection. Took a bit longer than usual and they did try upselling on things I did not want. They did offer to restore headlight covers for $17.99 which I agreed to, but upon checking the price was actually $50, so I passed. Wasn't happy they removed 2 air filters to show me they didn't need replacing... I didn't come in for that. I will say all the guys working that day were very personable and friendly, probably just their job protocol per company. read more

i can only speak from my experience, but if you're a young woman- RUN. I came in for a synthetic oil change for my tiny Chevy spark and was quoted $122. NEVER have I been quoted such an audacious price for an oil change. somehow they retracted real quick with "discounts", which STILL left me $77 out of pocket.... Always super friendly. Very helpful and fair. Anyone that says otherwise is having a bad day. Whoever does their hiring does a great job. Have had 12-15 oil changes here I guess. Between my wife and I. And I can't complain. Engine air filter is a fair price. Cabin air filter is a touch high but that's normal. It is everywhere. That's why I buy my own and put it in myself. Not really sure what's going on at this location I have always had a good experience until the last 2 times. A lot of change with managers and workers I went to get my fluids checked and was told I would have to wait one hour . So I didn't wait I came back a week later during the weekday asked for all the fluids to be checked they told me to park my car and wait inside . That's definitely different I have been going to this location for year's it sad that customer service is poor or anyone is helpful now . When they had the lady manager the place was top notch great experience every time I went there . So today I checked my fluids myself I'm low on a couple of things so they only checked my oil last time and did not check or add any fluids my last visit I was assured they checked everything . It has been a month since my last visit there is no way I can be low on the 2 things if they really did what they said . I just don't know how to add my fluids in the car . I stopped into this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. While there they showed me a test strip of my brake fluid and told me it needed to be changed. I did not have time to get it done. I went to Christian Brothers Automotive in Atascacita who checked all my fluids and they found all fluids were fine. Stay away from this Jiffy Lube. They are apparently quite dishonest. I stopped in to get an oil change on my way to visit a friend. The service was fast, professional, and courteous. The facility and restroom were neat and clean and they also offered free coffee. While the oil was being changed, another member of staff vacuumed the interior front seat. They did a brief inspection and found I had a burned out break lightbulb. Overall a good experience and I will definitely use their services again if I am in the area. read more

Really easy and quick. I saw that there were no cars in the bays so I pulled up because I was way over due for a change. Everyone was very friendly and definitely experienced. A very quick change, which was what I was hoping for. The waiting area was very clean and so were the bathrooms. Sitting area was also very comfortable. Excellent customer service. James was super helpful and ran a diagnostic test on my car because my air conditioning wasn't kicking on right before the hot Texas summer months. He didn't try to upsell me on anything or any unnecessary products so I was in out and paid a reasonable price for their services at this location. my boyfriend and i brought his truck in for a oil change and he mentioned for them to check out his brakes and so they did, and they told him his brakes were perfectly fine! Here we are a week later ( only driven the vehicle 3 times) and whenever he presses on the brakes theres a horrible grinding sound, so my boyfriend looks at the roader and its completely shredded on the inside. we come back and they look it over and the manager explains that its not their fault... blah blah blah. not to mention the service was not good at all. dont recommend for any type of brake service or any services other than oil, good luck then too! read more

The only place I'll go for whatever my car needs. The guys here (I usually deal with a different person each time) but every single one of them are always so kind and super helpful. They are always up front and honest with me, explaining all that they're doing in detail. The last few oil changes they have even vacuumed my car and wiped down my windows! Jiffy Lube Corporate came through and reimbursed me for the expense of repairing the emergency brake release that their franchise had broken. Thank you. Kudos. I'm impressed, but it would have been better if the franchisee had taken responsibility, apologized and offered to reimburse me for the repair. Instead they offered to repair it at a lower cost than could be found elsewhere and charge me for the repair. read more

Took my fj cruiser in for an oil change and they left 4 bolts off of two separate skid plate panels. Cost me $10 in bolts. I'm glad the panels didn't fall off while driving. They would have been a couple hundred to replace. I will NEVER return here. read more

Disappointed. They said my brakes fluid was low, and they said my brakes pads probably need to be changed. They did a free inspection of my brakes, said they were fine, but wouldn't top off the brake fluid..but would do a brake flush for 70.00. I went to my usual place and my brake fluid and brakes are fine. I also don't need a tune up, or a new belt. I will not be going to Jiffy Lube again. They charge more than my usual place and they lie about needing services. Buyer beware!!! read more

This was my second time getting an oil change at this location, and I had to get a tire rotation during this visit as well. My last visit to this store was very quick and the staff was very friendly, especially the manager Jesse, he really seems like he puts a lot of hard work into this store and it's customers. This trip to Jiffy Lube was a little different in the sense that my last oil change I was one of two customers, whereas this oil change I was lucky to get a seat in the waiting area. Although they were super busy, I was still in and out of there within an hour after getting both an oil change and tire rotation. I know that sounds like a good amount of time, but when I pulled up, there were three to four cars ahead of me. Anyways, great price (if you get the deal on Groupon), great store, great staff, and quick service. read more
