Got my oil changed here 2 weeks ago. My car was leaking oil and never did before. Brought it to my mechanic and he found that they put the oil filter gasket on the wrong spot and caused it to leak. Nice people, but for the price they charging I expect it to be a good service. read more

I came here because my brakes were making a weird sound and asked them to check it. They told me I needed to replace all my rotors and pads, which would cost $2,800. I asked if they could just clean it, but they said no -- it had to be replaced and they already had the parts. I decided to wait and talk to my brother, who knows a lot about cars. He told me to just buy a brake spray and clean it myself. I did that, and the sound was completely gone. Feels like they were trying to upsell or take advantage. Be careful and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any big repair here. read more

Recent weather changes caused my tire sensors to alert me of low tire pressure. I contacted the business and got Jay who told me no appointment was needed to fill the tires. I was in and out for an oil change in under 20 mins (I did not call and make an appointment in advance, and they were still able to see me right away). The sales person was super helpful, made some good recommendations but wasn't pushy, and they had me on my way for about $120 (I have a large SUV). I would definitely come back here. read more

No appointments necessary for an oil change, but I'd recommend that you call first to check how busy they are. When I called, I was told it's open. By the time I drove in, a car was ahead of me, and I waited maybe 10 minutes. Due to COVID, I stayed in my car during the whole process. Weather was cool and it's not a big deal to sit in the car. I had gone there to take care of some work that needed to be done to the front of my vehicle. They told me they would fix it correctly and there would be no more problems. Within a week and a half, not only did the work fail that they did but it caused more damage. I had to bring it back the next morning to get fixed and the manager tried to argue with me and charge me more money to fix their faulty work. after arguing with me, I proved that the work was faulty. They only fixed half of the problem. Then when they gave me my truck back, handed me a part of the front of the truck that they never fix in the first place. The manager told me that they were not sure how to fix the front sway bar link. when I brought it to a very experienced reputable Garage . They shared with me that they never put the right bolt or not on the sway bar link to begin with. Which is why it kept failing and ruined other parts of the truck. I tried to call there message Center seven times with no response so now I'm getting a hold of the Better Business Bureau as well as the Attorney General. They still charges me for the work as well as charged me for extra labor time that was never done which I have proof of all paperwork/ pictures and video. read more

Went in for a state inspection and was told to pull up behind the vehicles that were waiting to be inspected. Five minutes later another employee came up to my vehicle and told me to park on the side. I figured I was blocking the pathway of other vehicles. Before I moved my vehicle I asked if anyone was going to cut me in line and he told me no. So I moved my vehicle only to see that employee pull another vehicle in the spot I was previously at. When I asked him hey I thought you said nobody was going to cut me in line he told me that vehicle was here before me. Great customer communication definitely won't be returning here. read more

Changed my oil and broke the filter. Told me they could not finish the job and had to go elsewhere. when I asked why I had to pay for an incomplete oil change, they gave a rude response. Went in for an inspection no customer service skills. Was told I needed two new tires which I knew they were almost at the point of changing but not quite. Tried to sell me tires at $140 each not to include installation before they would pass my car. What a rip off. Would not recommend. read more

Went in for my inspection as I have in previous years here. Had made no changes to my vehicle in that time but this year they decided to fail me because my tint was to dark and still charged me for the inspection. If you knew you were going to fail me for my Tint then why even do the inspection. Why not tell me before hand so I can't take corrective action. If I failed due to something during the actual test I'd understand but the tint! That takes no effort. Will not be back here. read more

My son brought his 2016 Mazda 6 with only 15,000 miles on it for an oil change and nearly lost his engine due to their incompetence!! They never drained the old oil and added new oil (engines can't handle double the amount of oil). The engine seized up at 75 mph on the Grand Parkway. Towed it in, and by the grace of God it will be ok. DON'T GO THERE!! We could be looking at a $5000+ new engine right now if he hadn't immediately pulled to the side of the road and shut it off. I talked to Paul (the store manager) this morning, and he is only willing to reimburse me for the oil change. He actually accused me of adding extra oil myself. He does not care about customers at all. Unless you are willing to lose an engine due to their incompetence, I would avoid it at all cost. read more

The fastest oil change I have ever gotten! The inside is very nice and clean, great hospitality.

HORRIBLE ....a simple oil change ended up costing $750, so if I could give less that 1 star I would. We took the car in for an oil change and the following day noticed a leak. Took it back, and Clayton advised it was the oil pan gasket and it would be $500 to replace. Against my better judgement he persuaded me to have the repair done their instead of the dealership. After the $500 repair.... it was still leaking. Took it back again.... and after going back and forth a few times with Clayton and Paul they swore nothing was leaking. We parked the car at home and let it sit overnight with card board underneath to have proof. Crawled under there in the morning to find the issue leaking and took pictures. Took it back again with our proof and now they say it is the coolant fluid (a hose). They agreed they "could" have miss diagnosed the problem but now it would be another $250 to fix coolant leak. No apologies just basically ....we will do your next oil change free as compensation for paying for a $500 repair we never needed. Total scam!!! All I can say is avoid at all cost! read more
