I purchased 40 x 15 1/2 x 20 these guys went above and beyond truck looks amazing. Service was fast. People were friendly. **Awesome service!** Tony and his team did an incredible job. I apologize to the store, as I was busy on a phone call, but they immediately attended to my car the moment I parked. I requested a tire rotation (while still on the phone), and my truck was in the shop before I even reached the front door. In less than 10 minutes, two guys had rotated my tires. The manager noticed I was on an important call and ensured everything was handled efficiently. This was my second visit, and they haven't disappointed. Highly recommend! Well, my experience at this Tirelink for the last several years has been amazing, until today. I was quoted 50 dollars a tire to dismount 5 tires, they are 16 ply tires so i understand why they may have been so expensive to do a simple dismount. Once the work was done we were charged 500 dollars which is 250 dollars more than we were quoted, after some further discussion the guys decided they could charge 350 instead of 500 to simply dismount 5 tires. Its unfortunate because we tell EVERYBODY that this is the only place to get tires and wheels. As of today i will do my business with someone else. I guess Tirelink has gotten a little too big to be honest these day. Chris and Billy got together on this and are making it right, we appreciate the prompt response and our faith has been restored, i will personally do business with them in the future and will leave a 5 star review upon completion of my next purchase. read more

This is the best service I've ever had at a tire shop. There are some other good ones, but Tirelink has been truly exceptional. Super pleasant on the phone ordering what I needed. They called me when it came in which was exactly when they said it would come in. I pulled up and was barely out of my car when I Roberto came over to ask me how he could help.
