Very friendly and very good service. Great job very carefully doing aligment my both cars. Recomended! Thanks for your service!

I'm so happy I found this place. I stopped by about a year ago and have returned twice for 2 different vehicles. I can hereby say that on this third visit with yet another vehicle I will only come to this spot for all my tire needs. The service here is top notch and the waiting room isn't crowded and junky like most other tire places. I don't like that they require you to show your driver's license when using a card. Almost makes you feel criminal. I'm sure they have their reasons but... I don't like that. Nevertheless, I like this place 10 times more than any other I've ever visited. Rotations and balances are free when you buy a new set and that lasts for the length of the life of the tire. I grant them 5 stars despite their posted offering of a Star Bucks gift card. Heck I don't even drink coffee so, I don't need it. Rotate often and Prosper! read more

I paid the lowest price in town for my Goodyear Wrangler tires and received the fastest service ever! So glad I chose this place! read more

The team here is awesome. They provide great customer service and great prices. I recommend over discount tire or any other common tire shop

The staff is awesome. Nice , clean and fast service. Prices are good. And they treat you well.

5 Stars! All my women know it is hard to find an honest mechanic/repair man but this was the best experience I've had dealing with car issues. I was on 1960 when my car started to shake, I went to discount tire first and was immediately told i needed to replace all tires. I called Tire & Wheel connection and spoke with Matt who took a closer look and debunked what I was told. Dion and all the other workers were a great help and helped me tremendously. Will definitely be back and refer others here read more

Picked up some rims for my brother the other day. Walked in and was greeted by a young lady who asked if I was looking for anyone specifically. Informed her I was told to speak to a gentleman by the name of Raymond. He took care of me and loaded the rims on the truck as I was inside paying. Great and fast service! read more

Went to install my brand new rims and tires. Total cost of rims $4000 and tires $1700 1) scratch all new rims 2) broke all Central hub rings 3) general manager told that is happening all the time and it's OK. We are humans and we do mistakes. 4) took them 2,5 hours to work on my car read more

One of the BEST places to come and get tires and rims. As soon as very helpful with repairs as well. Don is amazing and Matt is very helpful as well. Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for rims or tires or both read more

Unfortunately, I was a victim to tire and wheel theft but I called tire and wheel connection as soon as they opened and spoke with Don. He was so empathetic to my situation, gave me advice on what I needed and got everything fixed for me in less than an hour. He was also familiar with my insurance company and the claims adjuster and was able to get the whole process sped up for me. I thankfully had my car back the same day bc he knew I had to get back to work and life. The ladies at the front desk were also so sweet. Will definitely be going back if and when I need to. read more

My truck had the factory tires and rims stolen from my apartment complex and the first place I thought of going to was tire and wheel connection on 1960. It has been a business that has been around as long as I can remember and I have friends that have used them before. I arrived and was immediately greeted by Debbie, And she helped me through the entire process, from dealing with the insurance companies, to picking out an absolute perfect set of tires and rims from my vehicle. She worked diligently to make sure that I got the best value for my money! I went back one time to have a sensor replaced and was immediately greeted like family and was taken care of properly with wonderful customer service! If you are ever in the market for tires and rims whether it be from an unfortunate situation like mine or looking to upgrade your ride I 100 % suggest you go see Debbie at tire wheel connection on 1960!! read more

I wanted a used tire for my truck because I drive too much to waste money on brand new ones. I wasn't hassled like I have been at discount tire. They didn't question what I wanted. And my truck was done quickly. Very impressed by this shop! read more

We took our son here to purchase new tires and wheels for his truck. We were greeted by Deborah and she happily showed us some options for his truck and explained everything thoroughly. She even brought the wheels outside to hold them up to my son's truck so we could see what they would look like. Deborah printed out an estimate for the new tires and wheels we liked best. A month later we went back to this location to get the work done after my son had enough money to pay for the work. Deborah honored her original estimate and beat other store prices. The location installed his new Toyo Open Country tires and Fuel wheels within a reasonable time frame, and they look amazing! Great customer service, friendly personnel, honest employees! Definitely would recommend to others! read more

The first time I went into this place I purchased a set of wheels and tires for around $3000. Not only did they tell me that they had broken and replaced one of my sensors, I also had to go back 3 times before they were able to balance the wheels correctly. That should have been a sign. Last week I needed tires again and I was quoted a price online, then charged $100 more when I walked in (which the manager basically told me that they could charge whatever they wanted). Not only were the tires out of balance AGAIN when I left, 3 days after I paid $1100 for tires one of the tires had 4.5 lbs of air in it. I found air leaking from the valve stem and went back to get the problem fixed on Saturday to find out that they weren't open on the weekends. I returned today to resolve the issue. When I arrived and they removed the tire I found out that the air sensor which they told me that they had "fixed" was missing a rubber grommet and was attached with a wire. At that point the "friendly" manager, Jack, basically told me that they didn't do that that and that they don't know who has been working on my wheels. After pretty much calling me a liar to my face he told me that they would not be replacing the tire that I had been driving on 4.5 lbs of air before I found the problem because it was I that had "let the tire run flat" in 3 days. It was only after I had threatened to call Amex to get my money back that he had his guys put on a new tire. Once they corrected the problem and I left the rear tires were more out of balance then they were before I got there. This guy should obviously not be managing a service oriented business. For a place that their only job is to replace and balance tires, these guys do an extremely poor job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have been using Tire & Wheel connection since 2007. I first went here in search of new wheels for my vehicle and picked them because it was so close to my house. I had such a good experience that I have now gone for multiple sets of tires, tire pressure sensors, and wheel cap replacements. I have called around to multiple places asking for prices and Tire and Wheel Connection always has the best pricing. For example the dealership was going to charge me $130.00 to replace a tire sensor. Tire and Wheel connection just charged me the price of the part $65.00 and changed it for me while they were rotating my tires. It is reasons like this that I will only go to them now. I have worked with multiple personnel and all have been friendly, polite, and helpful. I no longer live in this area but make the drive up to Northwest Houston just to use them! read more

Customer Service was horrible. I walked into the place and circled the store before anyone said hello. I was goin in with about 5k to get rims and tired for my Jeep. I guess they dont like money at this place. Ill take my business elsewhere. read more

These guys have a great overnight rim repair/ powder coating connection. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and found the counter sales team to be great to work with. I previously had my four Mercedes rims repaired and powder coated at a less than desirable establishment (Houston wheel repair -5 stars). After clipping a curb damaging one of the newly coated rims I brought it here for overnight repair. I was called first thing the next business day and arrived to find my rim to be perfectly repaired and refinished at a quality that exceeded my expectations. Reinstallation on my car was quick and professional. I will be having these guys refinish my other three rims as well. read more

Walked in this location on Tuesday (11-19-2019). Walked around store for almost 10 minutes. Never greeted, never helped. Hell, they seem to put their heads down when I walked their way. Did I say I was the only customer in the store at the time. Jumped in my 2017 Dodge Ram and drove away without being acknowledged. read more

I have been twice now and Don has been extremely helpful. They went out of their way to SAVE me money and get it repaired versus trying to push a new set up rims on me. They are very friendly and efficient! read more

I guess this place really doesn't need anyone's business. I just walked through the entire store and not a single employee even acknowledged me. I can maybe understand if you are busy but there was not even a single customer in the store! What kind of customer service is this? I would not recommend anyone stop by and waste their time. read more

Bad service honestly , I'm guessing because I was a young teen that they did not help me meanwhile there was employees doing nothing. I stood there waiting for at least 10 mins until I finally decided to leave. I don't recommend. read more

I went to Tire & Wheel Connection to replace my damaged bent rim. They were so great! When I called my dealership to replace the rim they quoted me $450! But then they gave me this phone number. I called and was told only $120. The man I spoke with told me he would hold it for me and as soon as I got there they got me in and out with no hassels. They stuck by their price and even put my tire back on it as included in the price. I was so appreciative of their great customer service. The store was clean and organized. It's not even located near my home (about 30 min away) but I will go their if/when I ever need wheels or tires again. I recommend them to everyone. Hassel free and friendly! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are always so helpful. I never felt taken advantage of when buying tires from them. I also have never waited more than 30 minutes to get my service completed. I do call ahead, so when I get there the tires are waiting for me. read more
