I recently purchased a set of Ferrada wheels from Tire59. After a few months and very few miles on the wheels, the color on the lips began to peel. I went back to Tire59 and they replaced two of the lips even though all 4 have peeling. I had to go back a second time to have the others replaced. They only replaced 1 and now I have been back a third time for the same issue. Tire59 is placing the blame on Ferrada and have given me 3 options that I believe are ridiculous. 1. Replace all lips again with no guarantee they won't peel again 2. Pull off the lips and go with full matte wheel (not the look I paid for), with no promise that the wheels are not damaged under the lips 3. Pull lips off and pay for the wheels to be powder coated. So, after several trips and wasted hours at Tire59 they have placed full blame on Ferrada and are taking no responsibility. If you google Ferrada wheels it is very apparent that this issue has been going on for a while now, and Tire59 has been fully aware of the issue. Selling a product that you know has issues and not sharing the information with your customers is FRAUD!!! If anyone else reading this has had the same issue, please reach out. Fortunately, I have several attorneys in my family and will be filing suit against Tire59. Would be more than happy to include anyone who has had the same issues. read more

I went to this shop and they provided exceptionally fast & good service when no one else would look at it.

I had some tires Mounted and Balanced and it looks like they used a metal object to remove the wheel weights and scratched my wheels. They acted like it was normal to scratch wheels and said it would take a few minutes to dab touch-up paint, and then decided to block me. The owner Mike Youssef, also owns Ferrada wheels reached out to me and said he would have the shop call me. I never received a call and he blocked me on social media as well. Bad salesman unprofessional stuff I bring a rolls-Royce to put a new rims and tires they told it's going to cost 2700$ I agreed and they say it's going to take 2 hours when I came back salesman, Henrry, he explained that the ram says doesn't fit and I found out one of the suspension is lay down. I really should've wrote this review a few weeks ago, but it's been too hectic.....so while I have a few minutes.....here we go! I wanted to get my husband the perfect Anniversary gift so I decided I'd get him rims & tires. I shopped around at several places....online & in person. When I was finally in the medical center, I decided to swoop around & check out Tire 59. I had heard a lot of good things about them, but living as far as I do, I wanted to see if it was really worth it to get the same rims & tires from here, that I could've easily got closer to home. I'm so thankful I did. The 1st visit I was greeted by Jose. I looked around & felt like I was in rim heaven!!! I'm sure you can tell by my photos they have SEVERAL to choose from. Btw, that's not all, they have plenty more choices! Jose was quick to lead me to the OE Replicas I was looking for for our Suburban. Not only did they have them in the black gloss, but unlike any other place I came across, theirs have the Chevy bow tie on the center cap!!! Jose gave me a price, went over which tires would be best.......& not starting at the sky high price range, which I was thankful for. While he was getting the prices together I looked over at the wall & saw the rims that I thought my husband would be even happier with. A set I had not seen at any other rim shop or noticed out in these H-Town streets!!! I thanked Jose for the info & was on my way.....WITHOUT being haggled to buy them right then. I returned to Tire 59 one week later about 9:30am. Jose greeted me again & said he was glad to see I was back. I explained to him that my husband liked both sets & ultimately I went with the 2nd set I saw......also with the Chevy bow tie on the center cap. Jose walked me to the back so I could see the difference in how the tires looked & could make the best decision on which brand to go with. I sat down & in less than an hour my truck was ready to go. All 4 of my original tires & rims wrapped individually & placed securely in the back of my truck. I went straight to meet my husband for lunch & surprised him when he walked around the corner to see his baby sittin on 22's. That look was worth every penny. I want to Thank Jose & everyone over at Tire 59. Thank you for not making me feel pressured, for not telling me I had to get extra stuff done to my truck just to make some extra money, & for all around great customer service!!!! I highly recommend Tire 59......whether you need something fixed, new tires, or are looking to get some new rims.....especially ones you won't see on every car/truck you pass like your's, or at every other shop!!! read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY and turn around look else where if you need work done. DONT let them talk you in on letting them put your rims on. Or get an alignment. Their work is trash!!! I went ahead and paid for rotate, balance and an alignment for my Jeep Wrangler. Since I did place a order for 4 fuel rims. Luis in the front said it should be an hr for my car to be ready. Which was about right they took about an hour with incomplete work. Smh When I seen my car I loved the rims, but I seen on my dash all these lights were on. I told Luis about it he said they should turn off after driving it for while. I thought to myself huh ok that's weird so I did just that I test drove it around the area and I felt it drive the same as before still pulling me to the sides. & nothing those lights still remained on.I had a gut feeling to take it back before I head home which is an hour away. Luis was getting lunch so I spoke with a mechanic from the back like hey why is my car keep pulling to the sides so much Didn't y'all align it. He said no I wasn't told about an alignment. I was like how are you going to let a customer leave without an alignment that they done paid for. I should have known their work was trash when I seen another mechanic working in his house slippers. How professional right. I told him I have my receipt, he took a look and he said Yeah your right you did pay for an alignment. Let me take it to the back and work on it. He asked are you going to leave it here. I'm like no I'm going to wait he said it should be another hour. Now I'm pissed I already sat there for an hour for you to put some rims and NOT do my alignment the first time. By now Luis is back he sees me waiting there again so he says he sorry the guy that put on my rims didn't tell the mechanic it had to be aligned. In my head I'm like how the fuck!! Once you get there Luis prints your receipt and puts it on the windshield on the car and they tell you to take your car to the back for them to work on it. I ended up waiting 45 minutes Luis explained the process of the alignment this this and that and while the computer will be reading the car the mechanic is going to eat his lunch. I was like wait what you let a customer go without the service being completely done and the guy is still going to eat before the customer gets ahold of their car. I was like wow how unprofessional, but I was ready to get out of there so I stayed cool didn't make a scene or got Loud, but I should have. Finally after what felt all day I'm head. By now Im test driving off when you are making turns or are on a curb. The steering wheel felt lose once you are getting to a curb you really had to hold on tight so you can gain control on the wheel. It was so bad I had my boyfriend, his dad, and we even took it to my mechanic. They all said this car alignment isn't right. The following day I called the shop and asked to talk to Luis. I told him hey what did y'all do that my car steering is way off. I even told him I took it to my mechanic. He said can you bring it in and I'll have my guy look at it. I told him yes, but I can't I'm working so my boyfriend took it to him and they gave him his bogus ass sheet of paper saying the car alignment is complete and that it's not the alignment. It's something to do with my steering wheel messed up on the inside. I didn't buy it. I knew they ain't worth shit. I didn't want to take it to them anymore, in my head they'll probably mess more shit up. The first impression of letting me leave without my alignment was a red flag for me. I assumed hey they fucked up, but if I take it back they will fix it with no more problems. Wrong they lost a customer who was actually going to buy more rims for more of my cars. As well as the 5th rim to my Jeep, even told Luis that before I got ahold of my Jeep, but my fuel rims are nice, but I'd pay more somewhere else rather then go to 59 tire. read more

Good prices - Mike and Joe will work with you to get you a set of what you need. The only thing I'm not a fan of are the techs in the back. There is no mechanical sympathy for wheels - they scratched my newly finished wheel and blamed it on me. I've recommended friends here before, and they ALL reported similar outcomes. At one point, I had spacers on my hub. I asked them to remove it, and the tech rushes off to grab a hammer and a screw driver. He starts bashing away at the spacer like it personally offended him, and damaged it with every strike. It was deformed and chipped, and nowhere near being removed. I jumped in and asked him to stop. A deformed spacer could lead to my wheel falling off while driving and killing however many people - something the tech did not grasp. Also, service can take a VERY long time. There are only 2 people up front and for some reason, it just takes a while. Very limited parking. Overall, I'd come back for tires due to great prices. I will never mount tires there again. read more

My 2006 BMW E90 was in need for a set of tires in the rear, and I was been told to come to Tire 59 for some quick services and barely used "used" tires. Well, I visited this shop and I have to say my experience was not bad at all. I arrived at the shop around 4:20 in the afternoon, and I was immediately greeted once I walked into the store. The dude (did not ask for his name) was very knowledgeable of my need. He immediately identified what kind of run-flat tires (comes from BMW OEM wheels) I need and he knew exactly what kinda of brands they have. The price was pretty amazing IMO and I really have to say the tires look hella new. However, I did not get to leave the shop until around 5:30pm. My car was sitting out there in the lot the whole time and finally it was driven inside around 5:15. I did not understand what the heck was everyone doing, I mean come on now. I was promised that the installation will be done in ~30 minutes, and that never happened. Overall, I like the shop mainly due to it's pricing. If I need any more used tires, I would definitely go again. read more
