As a former tenant at deviate AUTOSPORT, I top notch automotive would like to say AROLDO is a POS! I helped this man so many times in his business. And when my identity got stolen he tried to bury me. He installed cameras in an area that I had leased without my consent. While I was trying to get my identity back he has harassed me at home. I told him I'm trying to get my life together again. I just had a baby and was going thru this and he still was harassing me the whole time about rent. Taken many of my higher end vehicles here for chrome delete, powder coating, fixing curb rash, brakes, scheduled maintenance, tires, tires,tires!!! This place gives you the best deal on tires period! Cheaper then discount tire. My recent visit took our Range Rover for brakes at 25k miles. Dealer quoted me $2600. No joke!!! $2600 for front and rear brakes with rotors. Deviate got me out for less then half of that with OEM parts same job as dealer including rotors. I call in advance to make sure of availability and spots. Look at ALL the reviews (including other sites) and note the details each person is noting. These guys are only good for small wrapping jobs and in rare cases can get a large wrap job done when they actually allocate their time properly (rare). I have yet to find a good company within Houston. Them being decent wrappers (Being the "best" in Houston is not saying much seeing as there's not many good wrappers in Houston) is the only reason they're getting 1 star. I would highly NOT recommend. Save yourselves a headache. My experience with them include small wrap jobs and major car repair. The experience described below was a blessing in disguise that deterred me from ever using them ever again and recommending my close friends/family to not use them. I made the mistake of bringing my car here for major repairs here years ago and I am STILL finding things they did wrong. The only reason I have not gone back to them for repairs was due to their dishonesty and keeping my car in their shop for at least a month due to literally complete bs reasons and drawing things out unnecessarily without telling me the simple truth. Everytime I called (at least once a week) was a different excuse and false promises. At some point, a car owner just wants their car back. Some things that were found over the years: -Bearings - improperly shaved and installed causing premature wear (alignment services installed it for me and also does a better job aligning as that is their primary focus) -Foglight housing - Installed improperly causing a crack which subsequently allowed water to damage the bulb. Luckily the electrical wires were OK, but I had to buy another housing -HID beams - they simply cheaped out on these and are nowhere near in quality the ones that I had before the major repair. -Spray foam repair (not sure what this is called) - basically the welding/moldings that are used to repair your car. They did a rush job so it kind of shows everywhere. I initially didn't know anything about this. My car wash person mentioned this to me and also mentioned that it usually doesn't happen if the repair shop does a good job. Based on everything that happened above, he was spot on. I've finally almost repaired/replaced everything they repaired and this honestly was a blessing in disguise as I have found many other major repair shops (as noted above in parentheses) around Houston who are way more honest and reasonable with their repairs. These other shops actually bring me out to my car to EXPLAIN and SHOW me what's wrong with my car rather than give you a number without solid background info. It's obviously way too late for photos so take this review how you'd like. Just trying to save a fellow person from getting a potential headache. read more

I had to go get oil change because oil was leaking , the mechanic found the leak because a month earlier I had oil change with NTB and they did not change oil filter or gasket and Deviate took care of it and cleaned the oil that NTB screwed up. Got new 35 inch tires for my Tundra and front tires were rubbing the inside of my bumper when I turned sharply really annoying. Took it down and they had to cut a piece of inside bumper out for my truck to accept the bigger tire but they did a fantastic job and no more issues found and $200 for 2 hours of work is very fair thanks again I'll be back for some more work I'd like to get done. read more

Did a full body car wrap and other mods, paid six grand + for the whole package, poor service, promised 9 days, the car stayed there for 5 weeks ! Didn't wanna push as it was an expensive job, Aroldo never calls to appolagise for being late or give an update, I call once or twice a week and get a different excuse every time! Haven't done what was promised, the end product was poor, very disappointing. I feel really bad & frustrated ! I paid him his money while not getting everything promised done, got really tired of his false promises, I just wanted my car back ! Aroldo is all talk, beware ! Stay away ! Maybe good for small jobs, but not full wraps and big custom jobs. Will never recommend Aroldo and his team to my worst enemy. I discovered this company by accident. I saw a post on social media about one of their Mercedes Sprinter vehicles they finished with LED head lights. One of my biggest struggles after I got my van was the inability to find LED lights that were compatible with my 2018 sprinter. My sprinter is converted into a camper for when I travel for work or fun. I do a lot of night driving and the stock halogen lights were extremely dangerous due to their weak light output. I had been in several positions where the light output was so dim that I was at risk for an accident. Seeing as this could never be a long term item for the halogen lights I had been looking for over a year for a manufacturer that could provide me LED lights that have a stronger light output. I spent a lot of money ordering LED headlights to see if they would work and in the end having to donate them or selling for way less than what I paid for them. When I had lost all hope I spotted their post on a Facebook group. I reached out and discovered their company made custom LED headlights and while I was in communication I wanted to see about getting LED fog lights was a possibility since my van did not come stock with any fog lights. They told me yes. I learned that their company was in Houston Texas 1,500 miles away from me in Las Vegas Nevada. It had me hesitant but I was in such worry at losing my life due to the weak halogen lights I had been working with for driving at night. I made the plans and set the trip a few weeks ago. I was warned that the install could take at least a week but informed them that I was making the long drive to them and if at all possible needed everything to be done in a day or at least two days. We went over everything and I even added a few more "wants" to my list after I saw one of their vans in the shop including painting my rims as I am not a fan of chrome on my vehicles. I had dropped off early morning when they opened. To my shock they had everything done in one day. They went above and beyond my expectations! My Mercedes van is now in a totally different class of looks and I am in love. I made the trip back home during the worst week Texas had ever seen with black ice all over the road and through snow. I was worried I wouldn't make it home alive but I did and the LED headlights for sure saved my life this time. It was a terrifying trip home due to the weather but I am so impressed with what they did for me I could never thank them enough. The LED headlights and fog lights are game changers for me in driving safety. I have less fear than ever about driving my van in the dark now. I highly recommend Deviate Autosport! My 3,000 mile round trip was absolutely worth it! If you have been struggling like me about the total lack of LED headlight options for the Mercedes Sprinter look no further. No distance would have been too great for me to make the decision to get this done. Highly highly recommend!!! 5+ stars for sure! I ran into a curb with my right front wheel and damaged the tire, rim, and alignment, or so I thought. After looking at a ton of reviews on Yelp for rim repair, Deviate Autosport had nothing but great reviews, so I decided to take my car there. I am so glad I did because Aroldo and the team at Deviate were so helpful and genuine. They fixed my rim, got my new tire on for me, and tried to align it, but discovered some other things I had damaged by running into the curb. They gave me a detailed quote of what was wrong, the parts that needed replacing, and the prices for the work that needed to be done. All the prices and labor were very fair if not better than other body shops and Aroldo was so easy to work with their shop provided EXCELLENT customer service. The work they did on my car showed great results and you can not even tell I damaged the wheel at all.
