Received lights the other day when I made purchase online the bulb color selection was 6500k. When I received the lights they were a 6000k not 6500. I don't know if I even got authentic morimoto bulbs the wiring the grommet bulb gasket was black not tan like on the website and the morimoto website. Wiring very poor quality I've seen better wiring on cheap Amazon bulbs. That's the bad. The good even though didn't get advertised 6500k I'm still happy with the light output, also wasn't advertised as a canbus ballast I was happy it was,so I didn't have to buy any extra wiring. Took care of HID headlights on my suburban within 30mins of me showing up! Great experience !

Paid 700+ for second gen retrofits. Took months to arrive, then arrived broken. Had them on for less than 6 months the passenger headlight builds condensation. Few more months and the driver side builds condensation. Best of all the projectors have gone out. I called for guidance on what to do to get them on. And they have no tips or concern about what's wrong their product. They did not want to send me a new set although both build condensation and now the projectors don't work. They want me to take them off my truck and send them in to them who knows how long that will take. If you buy from them make sure you don't break the old ones bc you will need to re install them when sending them in for warranty. And if this is your only work truck then your SOL. Forgot to add that the cut off line is not starting at all and looks like ass. Not sure if it was just mine? read more

Bill and his crew at HID factory has done me a solid this past weekend. I went in with a right head lamp that was busted and not working and they had to diagnose what exactly was going on with it. For 35 dollars, they would diagnose it, but if they have to replace or fix the HIDs the 35 dollars would be dropped. Turns out my entire right side of my HID set was toast and I had to get a replacement. Thinking I had to spent north of 300 bucks with installation fees, I was expecting the worst. The associate at the counter was really helpful and polite with explaining my situation. I was able to get HID Factory's own set for my replacement for $200 installation included, with a 2 year warranty. At the end of the day, I was satisfied with the product and service. I was told it would take 1 hour, but it ended up being close to 3. They did get really busy during that time so I completely understand. Quality work takes time. If you're looking to get good products and solid service for a reasonable price for your HID needs, this is the place to be. read more

I've been here twice with HID/Dome light issues after initial install. Today I just realized my right front headlight is half off again. I don't know if it's the quality of the lights they use but it's really disheartening to have to right any review. The first install was not wired good, the harness wires were stretched to the bulb. Nothing was done professionally mounted or protected in my opinion they were just hooked up and put in the housing. The dome lights were on again off again and the initial install they forgot the bulb on the passenger side. Not sure if I just ended up with a new guy but it's not worth going back and waiting two hours to end up having to go back again 6- months from now. Everyone was very nice and polite it's just the work performed was not quality for me. My advice if I was the owner is to inspect the work of the installers to ensure you don't incur more reviews that are not favorable. My issue was simply from a quality standpoint, everything else was fine. read more

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could...it was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had as a consumer working with an automotive vendor. From the first interaction I had with Travis on the phone - to speaking directly with the mechanic on site - Joe - I can't speak more highly of their professionalism, friendly + helpful demeanor and ability to fit me into their schedule - THAT SAME DAY, What I appreciated most is that they delivered me a quality product (new LED headlamps + installation on my Tahoe) at a very reasonable price - where I knew I wasn't being taken advantage of. And they totally could've taken advantage of me - as many vendors would've. (I'm certainly no car expert - just a mom looking to have upgraded headlights to see better at night - which would've been apparent by my elementary-line of questioning on the phone!) Went on a Friday afternoon to see if I can them to fix my HID because I was having trouble seeing at night . After taking a look at them they notice that the headlight adjusters were broken, and that there was no issues with the HIDs what so ever , so we decided to get replacement headlight to fix the issues and it did !! but later that night I notice that the driver side headlight wasn't working so I went the next day to see if they can fix the issue, they came back and said that one of the ballast went out so I told them to replace it as well, Later that night I was driving back home and I started to notice an awful smell coming inside my car, it smelled like burning plastic so I pulled over to a parking lot and notice my passenger headlight was full of smoke inside the housing and the HID bulb was out of it socket !!! I was furious because my car could've catch on fire! they're nice guys but not sure about they're installation process be aware and make sure to double check they're work!! read more

I can see (at night) again! Great experience. Brought my car in with my original 15-year-old stock headlights that were go glazed over I couldn't see 10 feet in front of me. Got referred to this place in 2013 not caring about my lights at all. Now I have to have HID's on my head and fog lights because they totally enhance my car's look. I've been coming to these guys for a few years and they are really cool about everything-good services and a warranty with a nice inside area to chill and wait. Just be sure to schedule an appointment otherwise you might be waiting a little bit as a walk in. One of the guys even helped me out with an auto issue that's supposed to be under manufacture warranty but wasn't anymore because I got after market lights. I ordered a pair of 650 dollar headlights from them and they didn't even work right. I could only get the low beams to turn on so I called them and talked to the guy who made them and he was so cocky about how he did those headlight a bunch of times and he hasn't ever messed up. I finally convinced him to send out a new wiring harness, but guess what, it never showed up. It has been months since he told me that and they never came nor did he contact me again. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY Worst customer service I've had in recent memory Cliffs: Ordered cab lights 12/6 Four days later the order was processed and shipped (12/10) Incorrect parts arrived 12/18 Convinced the HID Factory to send the right items New package arrived 12/22 Didn't get what I ordered but rather "what they had in stock" Requested refund, shipped parts back, and still have not been refunded TWO WEEKS after my package was received I'm out $30 in shipping ($15 each way) and have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the rest of my money back This company is a joke. I called them after they sent the wrong lights for my vehicle and was told to "call back because the department that handles online orders was busy." Hilarious. Personally, I would have taken the customer's number and called them back, but that's just me. I eventually spoke to someone who insisted I return the original, incorrect order before they would ship the right parts. In other words, I pay to ship the wrong items back, wait for them to receive it, and wait again while the correct items are shipped back to me. Somehow I convinced them to simply send what I ordered asap, and while they did, it was wrong again! Instead of amber lights, I received white. I called back to explain the issue and was told "Yeah, sorry about that. We were probably out of stock on the amber so we sent you white." How about just sending me what I ordered and paid for?! This time they refused to send the correct parts without first receiving the stuff I had in my possession back, so I cancelled my order and returned everything for a refund. They received their parts back on 1/13/21 and I still have not been refunded. Ultimately, I'm now forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is nothing more than two guys trying to seem bigger than they really are hoping to make a fast buck off of cheap Chinese parts while screwing their customers. read more

EXCELLENT SERVICE ! The Team at the HID FACTORY installed an emergency light bar on my roof and a new horn, speaker, and siren under the hood. Their work was perfect, done on schedule, and is still working great a year a year later. The installation of the control boxes in the interior was done with exquisite care. My HID headlights went out and no one could repair them correctly. I drove around with high beams for weeks. I called The HID factory and the guy said they did not have any appointments, but I could come by and get a diagnostic done. I drove 35 minutes to get there and I'm glad I did. The right side of my HID was completely shorted. He recommended to replace the system with LED technology to have less problems and I did. The new LED lights are bright , come on instantly and have a two year warranty. I am very happy and pleased with the service and product I received. Since I did not have an appointment it took 2.5 hours, but worth the wait. I'm so thankful that they came up on my Google maps under HID repair. I give this factory an A+. This place is top notch. All the headlights and whatever light you install there's actually a warranty on it if it goes out or if there's something wrong with it. They mount the ballast and everything.
