Got our GLC chrome deleted here. We love about an hour away and they were able to fit us into their schedule right away. The owner was amazing to sit down and talk with and everyone there was friendly and attentive. The super customer service came however when our car was ready. I came after work, and looked at our car and immediately noticed the top rails were not wrapped. I spoke with the owner and we agreed maybe there was a breakdown in communication. He agreed to have the rails of the car wrapped as well without charging me anymore. I brought it to the Audi dealership and they advice it was going to cost me $1500 that I don't agree I have to pay for this. So here's the thing. I have called/ gone to the shop on 3 occasions for 3 different cars. Each time, they say they wouldn't be willing to do the work because they wouldn't have their heart into it, which is admirable and I appreciate the honesty. However, this shop lists itself as doing custom work on cars. I think that is somewhat misleading based off of my experience. My first encounter I was trying to put a widebody kit on my WRX about two years ago and was told they wouldn't be into it. Which is understandable, a lot of work has to go in for a widebody kit so I understand. But again, they list them selves as a custom shop. My second encounter, I was trying to get an aftermarket top and bottom grille for my 2019 Mustang GT a couple of months ago, and I was told no, that they wouldn't put their heart into it. Okay, I appreciate the honesty, but when this is not only listed as a custom shop, but also a collision repair shop, it makes me question their capabilities in removing body panels and as a shop in general. My third encounter was today when trying to get red taillight overlays on my brothers WRX hatchback which we already had material for. We were told they won't do it unless it's their own branded material. I appreciate the honesty and I can't fault them for that, but I think the only work they're willing to do are regular maintenance based off of the work I've tried to give them. But of course, I'm sure they can only do an oil change if their hearts are into it. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I brought my vehicle to test the honesty of the owner and their mechanics. I purposely put an aftermarket PCV valve in my vehicle, which was causing blue smoke to emit from the exhaust. I was told by both the mechanic and the owner that if I didn't leave my vehicle to get inspected for an hour for $125 that my engine would seize up and potentially blow up. The owner then calls the lady who works up front to convince me to proceed with his offer, she kept babbling away about how my engine would catch on fire (lol), she could've at least said a reasonable outcome. read more

They used the Eastwood Fender and took their time, no cracked paint or dents. Better yet they said I can come back once the wheels are on to get it rolled more if it needs it. I always brought my car here for parts installation before I knew any better and was charged too much $200 for front lip installation and diffuser install I asked for a quote, gave me the price after everything was installed which I didn't agree on. Guy doesnt know what a quote means... Also brought in my car here for nail removal. left the car there for 2 hours since i need to go back to my work asked danny to please watch the paint when they remove the wheel saw the wheels just dropping straight from the car without even being assisted, when i came back they said no charge since the nail was short, i thanked them. to my surprise I saw some grease on my lugs, i thought it was to protect the paint from removing of the lugs bolts.then saw my brand new painted wheels have a chip on it. went there talked to the owner and wouldnt take fault for their careless actions. over priced in everything. read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. The nightmare started like this.... I walked in only to run into an intense argument with two customer service representative and a customer. Anywho, non of my bizz. I told the guy that my wrench Signal is on but didn't know the problem with my car. I have a Honda Pilot. He replied,"you can give me $65 for me to look at your car, then I'll tell you what's wrong with your car, then after you pay for whatever the service you need for your car." I then go," so, you're saying Imma give you $65 for you to look at my car so find out what's the problem then pay for whatever the service that I need. That's only if you find out, what if you don't? then the $65 is nonrefundable?" He replied yes. I said thank you but no thank you. I started to walk out, but he just had to add,"well that's everywhere you go. They're going to tell you the same thing." I might be a young female with a new car but I wasn't born yesterday. Actually I have a little concern, I was charged for a water tank replacement which was finally not replaced (on the phone)and when I cam to pick up my car I was told a hose was replaced as the tank was fine,and not even it was just mentioned it was put back in place on the bill, the price did not change though:( and of course three weeks later it leaks! Very impressive operation, I was glad to find a company that could fix my rim, they do it right!

This place is bad. Went there to get a car wrap. First they talk me out of what I wanted because the owner said it wouldn't look good. So I agreed to their so called design , big mistake, I thought they knew what they were talking about, so thats my fault. Then they changed it on me , again at the recommendation of the owner because it wouldn't look right if done the way they first suggested . So I ended up with round edges on a square car, which did not look good, which was the change they spoke of but didn't implement. To top it off the wrap lines were not the same one side of the car followed one line while the other side another. I also wanted my grill plasti dipped which was done so sloppy its sad, I did it my self and you would think that the one I did was done at the shop and theirs would be done by a first timer. On top of that the hood was not prepped correctly and had raised bumps on it, they also did what I can only call a hack and paste job around the hood emblem. when I called them the following day they asked me to stop by knowing it would be a two hour round trip for me. They said it would be redone, but told that I would have to wait three weeks because of work load and that I was squeezed in to begin with. This after I called and asked when they had time a week before taking in my car with no rush, to begin with. After a while of looking at it I was disgusted, and called back to ask if instead of replacing it, if they could just take it off because i hated it. I didn't ask for my money back. I was put on hold by Danny and the owner picked up the phone, I asked him the same and was told "your looking at it to hard", that it was put on their site and had gotten many complements on my car. In the end I ended up going some where else and paid them to remove the wrap and get what I wanted. The second place did a professional job and now looks great. No hack and paste job. Deviate was just a waste of time and money. read more
