The first time, my expectations were low because a driver had badly scuffed my rims, and I had never needed this type of repair on one of my cars before. But both times Jonathan came out to repair the rims on my Tesla Model 3 Performance, he went above and beyond and made them look brand new again. The pricing is very fair, especially if you're having multiple wheels repaired, and they also offer repeat-customer discounts. Hopefully, I'll never need my rims repaired again, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. Highly recommend these guys!

He was always available through calls and texts, and even sent me progress pictures. He is a far drive for me, but I will definitely be back to complete some other enhancements on my vehicle! I had shopped around and decided to go with him not only because he quoted me around $1000 less than other places, but also because he is known for his flawless paint matching and quality of work. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he mentioned that I can bring it back after 2 months or so and he would help me buff it out since the clear coat can start coming off since it needs to cure. So, I brought it back and he completely buffed out both panels he had worked on.

I reached out to a couple of other businesses to have this done, and their prices were much higher, and I had no prior experience with them therefore, I decided to go with the company that I have had previous experience. Initially, I was going to leave my car so that he could do both wheels the same day and pick up my car tomorrow but I think I'll have him do both and per our conversation he should have them ready tomorrow. My local mechanic recommended this place to me after bending my front driver rim. The reviews were…read moregreat as well and I called that same morning for an appointment. Instead, while speaking with Melanie, she told me to stop by before 12:30 PM and I should be out the same day. I was given a window of about five hours, but she called within two hours instead. Wow! Talk about fast! Additionally, I was told that $200 was the payment due, which I was totally okay with. Well, imagine my surprise when she then reached back out to let me know that was a mistake and instead I only owed $120! Wow! Unfortunately, I was across town and wasn't sure if I could make it before closing (6PM). No problem! They kept my car overnight and I was able to return the next morning. My car looked good as new and I drove off with happy, good looking rims. Again, I want to stress how awesome Melanie and this business truly is. Especially in terms of payment. She could've easily allowed me to pay $200 and I wouldn't have known any better. It says a lot that she reached back out to explain that she made a mistake and instead I only owed $120. That alone speaks volumes to her and the character of this establishment. So yes, I absolutely recommend this business to everyone. They are honest, fast, efficient, professional and offer fair, reasonable pricing. Thanks Melanie and Rim Repair Houston!
