The owner has been a Godsend for me and my family by fixing my car issues due to some idiot stealing my rims a few months ago. I actually got even nicer rims out of the whole thing and he came to my house to put them on. My car started messing up this past weekend and shaking like crazy and he fixed the issue quickly. It was something to do with the wheel bearing. Had I kept driving my car a bit longer, my wheels would have popped off and my life and my babies' lives would have been in danger. After my engine replacement, I continued experiencing several problems, including rough idling, persistent oil leaks, and an ongoing check engine light. These are not minor concerns, and they should have been addressed as part of the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when I returned to have these issues looked at. Instead of taking the time to properly inspect the engine, the mechanic repeatedly blamed my known power steering leak and dismissed my concerns altogether. I felt like my input was not taken seriously, and the actual problems with my engine were never acknowledged. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I placed my trust in this shop for a major repair, and they did not meet expectations. I will not be returning. I expected to have no issues after the installment when getting a new engine replacement and yet they didn't even meet that expectation.

From the moment I walked in, Frank greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The store and garage were both clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. The next day, after I had the issues fixed, I brought my car back. Frank completed the alignment, test-drove it himself, and only then handed it back to me.
