They are thieves, why charged a customer to do an alignment on a vehicle, knowing that you can't do an alignment on a bad tie rods. The advice should be change the tie rods prior to doing an alignment. I wouldn't take my business there, they lacked honesty. There are so many good tire shops around that areas, avoid them at all cost!!! read more

Horrible management. They sold my senior citizen mom a tire with a defective valve. It was missing the valve stem core so the first moment we tried putting air in the tire, the pressure came out fast and hard and it lost most of the air within seconds. When we drove up, the manager helped the man who came after us snd asked us to move our car out (so he could help him first, in a very chauvinistic fashion). It was hot for my senior mom to wait in the heat. We had to literally, remind them we were there after the man left. I took my mom back to explain to the manager about the tire, and the Manager on duty, (who refused to give me his name after I asked several times throughout our visit), immediately accused us of having broken it ourselves and was very accusatory so that he wouldn't have to replace it. He was trying to intimidate, be sarcastic and he even said ,"oh shit!" several times.He was saying it sarcastically, like our dilemma was funny to him. There is nothing funny about him selling us a safety hazard. He said we had the tire a long time, when we only purchased it last month. I had to tell him that the way he was speaking to us was highly unprofessional and unacceptable and if something happened to my mom in that car with that valve hazard, that he was refusing to fix, he would be facing a lawsuit. He then said he'd fix it but would charge us $15 because he still kept claiming and accusing us of breaking it. He never apologized for his accusatory and unprofessional behavior, and didn't apologize for selling a tire with a defective valve. He simply walked away after his antics and left with hostility. This is no way to treat any customer, much less women. A manager refusing to give his name is an indication of shady business practices. Think twice before going there! Or be ready to be accused of sabotaging your own tires if you ever have to go back because they didn't do their job correctly. read more

Please, don't come to this tire place. They are scammers and will allow you to leave with a slow leak tire. I purchased 3 tires several weeks ago. I stopped by to see if they could check the tire. He asked me if I brought the tire from his shop and I said yes. I still have my receipt. I bought three tires. I asked how Much it would cost to fix the tire he said $15 dollars. He never asked me if I wanted a plug or a patch. He said it must be a slow leak and asked me if I could come back Sunday and that they can put air in my tire. I told his employee don't worry about it. The employee looked disturbed and insisted that I let him put the air in my tire. I am 52 and have never experienced this type of service. The shop was still open and they were ok with me leaving. I wonder if he would have been okay if someone treated his mother, wife, sister, daughter that way. Says he is from Latin America. Show some compassion, I could have been stranded, tire blow out. Etc. I decided to take my car to a real tire shop. They patched my tire and said they would have never ask a customer to come back to check a possible bad tire or even a fix a tire especially if the customer had or had not purchased the tire from their company. Discount tires fixed my tire. The patch was cheaper. I will never go back to this tire place. I see why they are located in the back off of westhiemer you don't give good service but you want the business. Not good, nor the location. I would have rated them 0 if I could. I will tell my family, friends, neighbors and coworkers to never stop there for service. I definitely won't patronize their business again. SMH read more

Painted rims A+ Customer service A+ I went around Houston getting quotes to paint my rims (17") and I couldn't find anything less than $700. Jack gave me a fair price under $300 and got it done in 3 days. Some people can spend $1000 on new wheels and tires. For those who can't, freshen up your current ones on the cheap. Even after my tires were mounted with the factory lugs I came to pick it up with some black aftermarket lugs to match the paint. He changed them out and saved me time doing it at home. While he had my car, my wife's car got a nail in the tire. I live nearby so I drove it over before it totally deflated and he patched it up in less than 30 min for $10. read more

As much as I want to support local business, everytime I come here I am disappointed. 1. Replaced tire and had to return to find it leaking. Paid 15 dollars to reseal and then a month later was told the tire is bad from the inside. They wanted to sell me another used tire for 55. I told them to put the tire back on and was charge 15 for labor. 2. Took my car to get brakes serviced. Told them rear wheels sounded like metal grinding. They found front brakes needed changing but did nothing about rear. Pleaded with them serveraI times to investigate but they said nothing wrong. I had to take the rear brakes off myself to find they were completely worn. I ended up changing them myself. Like I said I want to support local business but they also need to support us, stand by your work. If there is an issue reported, you need to find out the cause instead of just saying it is working as expected. read more

I have been riding on my spare for a while now so I decided to look up used tire places in the area and came across this one. The reviews were great so I came in today. When I got there I explained my tire situation and was showed tires to choose from. So me being the inquisitive person that I am I asked "are these used or new" (because they looked to be in great shape) lol.... Compared to other places that sell used tires this is by far is the best I've seen. And for a great price! I wish I had more money to spare for a tip because I asked for a lot. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I came to get 2 used tires before going out of town and 30mins down the road, I received a blow out. I returned the same day and was informed, they didn't have anymore of my tires and it had to be ordered. So I figured I'll go to Walmart and get my tires. I got to Walmart and was told the second tire was on it's way to a blow out as well. I know you take a risk when buying used tires but seriously, 30mins?!?! Oh! and after they put my tires on and it was time to pay.... they ran out of paper and couldn't print the receipt, so I have no receipt that said "All Sales Final". The owner Vinh was not helpful at all. It was a horrible experience. read more

I went there maybe 3times already and it happen it's the same tire every time. Idk maybe Bcs we are all girls and don't know anything abt car but they scam us and then the last time we went there I told them if it's gonna happen the same tire I'll be back here to show y'all. And it happen not more than 10days after that (I drive the car maybe 4times after I fix it) . I went to discount tire to put some air and they told me the guys who put the tire didn't put it well so it's why it's linking all the time. This was a two day process for me and I have no complaints. Friday tire blowout and I had no one to help me take tire off or bring it anywhere or anything. I looked on Yelp for recommendations in my surrounding area and Tire Outlet popped up so I called. I talked to a guy named Dallas who was about to close but told me what time to come in the morning. I was a little disheartened but what can you do. My phone rang and it was him telling me he would be there a little longer than expected and to come on and pick out my tires. My son purchased the tires for me and the next morning I drove the car messed up and all down there (not too far from my house) and Dallas put them on with not one problem. I was a little skeptical that it was going to be a scam about the pre purchase but I am pleased to report everything was on the up and up. I am especially happy at the extra mile and the service of this young man. Thank you Dallas for ALL your funny remarks and your help.
