My fiance had factory wheel locks on her Jeep and she didn't know where the socket key was. I went to 3 mom & pop tire shops and 2 Jeep dealerships with no luck in getting the locks off. The Jeep dealership on BW8, around the corner from here, told me to head over to Rollos. They were able to get all 4 locks off in under an hour and I was able to go home and put new rims on my lady's Jeep in time for Jeep weekend in Galveston!!! They don't honor they're 3 year warranty contracts here they always try to make you spend money like for instance Luis tried to charge me $20 to pluck a tire even though that should be included in my warranty I can't believe I spent $1,400 on rims in cash here I should've just ordered from eBay and installed everything myself Matthew the manager is a good guy though but his workers are just money hungry when he's not there I honestly miss when Johnny used to work here back in 2006-2008 he was a great honest guy. read more

So I just left this place, walked in asked he lady behind the counter if she had any Q50 Infiniti rims in stock, she didn't know and rung the buzzer for help, a guy came out showed me some rims they were not even Infiniti rims, when I explained to him.. no.. the Infiniti the car... he says oh no.. sorry we don't.. No problem cool. I then asked if the fixed rims he replied yes.. but he ask for me give him a minute as he was helping another customer, So I did.. I sat in what they consider a waiting area.. 15 minutes went by, 30, then an hour.. when I walked back over to the counter to asked for help.. the lady say.. have you been helped yet? as they were getting ready to lock up.?? then the guy who told me to wait.. looks at me an says what do you need?? They fixed my wheel fine but didn't bother to check the tire pressure of the new tire they installed. Advised the light would turn off after driving a few miles. After driving 10 miles the light was still on so I called and said the light didn't turn off. Was advised to continue to drive. Days later the light is still on. Tire pressure reading 52 on the tire they serviced. I had to take it back for them to fix. Not sure why they wouldn't check the tire pressure since that is the nature of the work they do then advise me to continue to drive. read more

Purchased 4 used tires, they didn't replace stems, over 6 mos, I had slow leaks in all 4 purchased tires, plus bad stems on all. Upon replacement inspection, all tires had a poor patch jobs that caused the above problems. read more

These guys are fraud! I have 24inch wheels 2 was being repaired for $350 come to find out these guys squeezed in a new tire without telling me about the charge. I was told my rims where damaged not my tires! Way before they even touched my car they told me it was 350 to fix those rims! They lied it was 200 to repair them and 150 for the new tire. I work at the Tmobile right next door to them why would I have to lie. Matter of fact I wasn't worried about my refund I was more worried in telling this guy off! Never will I go to them again! I really don't want to give them any stars I guess I have to give one star to be able to post this! smh read more

I was struggling to find a rim for my car in town at a reasonable price. I came across RTW's website and it was super easy to navigate through and search for exactly what I needed. I called and spike with someone to verify if they had my rim in stock. They said they had it but it was in Dallas, and they could transport it to Houston over night for me for free. They also asked me what shade I needed because apparently there was 2 options. We weren't really 100% sure so the guy asked us to email him a picture and within seconds he confirmed the exact color we needed. Next day we went to pick up the rim and it looked amazing. This was such a smooth transaction and a great experience that I will definitely use them again if i'm ever in the market for another rim. read more

Rollos has been around forever. One of my places to stop by to get new and used tires. They have a large selection of rims. They also sale used rims but those prices aren't that good. You can also buy/sell/ trade with them for rims. Not happy with their prices? Barter with them on almost anything especially used and new tires! I like good deals and Rollos have the best used and new tires deal. I was quoted $50 more from Firestone for 3 new tires (plus 1 free) than Rollos for 4 new tires. Some times it makes me wonder whether Firestone mark up there tires to promote sales.......but I think that Rollos gives you crazy low prices on tire disposal, installation, and balancing. They always treat me with respect here whether I am a customer or some boss man stoking out their tires and rims for my used car business awhile back. Used tires are from $15 and up. They also do brake jobs now. They have another location named something else on Richmond around the Galleria area. read more

I went to Rollo's to fix my front wheel. I had hit a curb, so the wheel was dented and the tire would not hold air. I asked around at my office (I work at Beltway 8 and Highway 59), and a couple of people recommended Rollo's. I was a bit hesitant because the section of Bissonnet where Rollo's stands is pretty ghetto. However, the experience was positive. The staff at Rollo's was prompt and helpful. They fixed the wheel dent for $30. They said the tire had been damaged and wouldn't hold air, so they sold me a reasonably good used tire for another $30. It's been 6 months and the tire seems fine. The manager said that they don't advertise -- that they attract business through word-of-mouth. It seems like they're generally well-thought-of, and I'm inclined to agree based on my experience. read more

The service was always great and fast. Upon arriving, I noticed that Rollo's has expanded to include Inspections and Alignment services (wow just what I needed). I used to like this store until today when they did not keep their word about the warranty of 40,000 miles. I bought two tires for $120 on October 19 this year. They told me three times that, if I had any problem with them, they would replace these tires. Big lie! They made all the excuses to steal my money. I hope they pay for this some day. Miguel and Luis are my goto for any rim repair. These guys know about customer service and will take care of you if you've been through there a few times. Having low profile tires, my rims have taken a beating over the past few years. I've had 5 repairs in the last 2.5 years (road constructions + pot holes + high speeds = a trip to rollo's). Turnaround is usually 24 hours and they even hooked me up multiple times with a full size loaner rim/tire so I wouldn't have to limp around cautiously on a spare for 24hrs. Today they did me a solid and repaired a crack in my wife's rim in about 4 hours (dropped off @1pm - 5pm pickup). This saved me from having to take my usual second trip from Baytown into Houston a day later to pick up the wheel. Miguel and Luis will take care of you to ensure you leave happy and are a repeat customer. I drive all the way from Baytown because of these guys! NO INTEGRITY... asked for quote and when I mentioned I found better price they were not happy. I did not realize they had removed my tire. Found out at the next tire shop Rollo had carelessly forced the nuts in cause damage to the rotor. Showing it to the manager at Rollo's he said I could not prove they did it so they did not have to take responsibility. Cost for new rotor is over $600..guess Rollo's win. read more

My first couple of experiences at rolos went fine. The staff seem to be friendly but the service could be better. They fixed the the dents in my rims, but it seemed as though they never completely straighten the rims. They seem to fix the rim enough not to lose air but the rim would still be warped. I have been to them several times this year, spending more money and getting the same results. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I asked for my rims to be powder coated flat black and I even showed them how I wanted my rims from there show case. When I picked up the rims they were not flat black but glossy black and the middle plastic porting of the rim was not painted, they stated that they do not paint the middle because it is not metal. After talking to the owner they decide to recoat the rims and match paint the middle. The second time I picked up the rims, they were flat black and the middle plastic portion of the rim did matched rims, but after 3 months driving the rims through the water floods of Houston I noticed the rims started to fade. When I went back to talk to the owner on the phone (He was scared to talk to me on person) to get my money back; he accused me of cleaning the rims with chemicals and being a scammer. So at the end, I did not get my money back. You mister owner YOUR THE SCAMMER and needs to learn how to powder coat, THIS PLACE IS JUST A TYPICAL RIMS AND TIRE SHOP, SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

When I first went here to get a crack in my msr rim fixed, service was amazing the guy (Luis) was super nice. Offered me a spare to borrow since I couldn't leave my car there. Flash forward 3-4 months, took my car to discount tire due to a flat and they showed me a crack in the same exact spot Rollo's repaired (you could see the welding job) Since Luis was so nice and told me to come back if I ever have a problem with it I thought it wouldn't be a big deal. WRONG! Basically he took back his words and told me there was nothing he could do because it wasn't their fault/lack of workmanship. "Maybe you hit a pothole in the exact same spot", he says. "You can get a crack even if you don't have a crack", he explains. Wtf?!? He offered to do another repair for 30% off. Do I look like an idiot?? No I will not give you more money to do another shit job. And no, I do not want to buy another set of wheels from you. Ugh shady places that offer great service to get your business and don't follow through are the absolute worst.
