This auto repair shop is the absolute best service with an auto place that I have ever experienced. I don't know anything about cars and costs of repairs and they explain everything. Update: After contacting BBB the owner offered a partial refund only if I delete the review. I declined. The car they fixed started having issues with the mounts they installed, the coil spring slips every time you turn. This is the quality you get from this shop that charges higher prices than the dealership. read more

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is that owner of the shop was "helpful" during one of the many repairs. I bought a used vehicle from them with what I thought was a great list of items fixed before I purchased the car. BOY WAS I WRONG! I would never trust their work or any affiliate as they recommended a shop to repair one of the many problems and am now faced with the same repair bill less than a year later. I have now put the equivalent of the sales price + $1K into it in under 24 months. Most disgusting part is that the repairs claimed in the sales advertisement were untrue and could have cost myself and family members their lives. read more

This company is "old fashioned" great. Always ready to take care of your car problems and they make sure you're taken care of while they work. They go the extra mile and turn out great customer service. I took my Sequoia to Auto World after hurricane Harvey and within a day they flushed all fluids and checked it out and I was back in business. They keep you informed about the process, offer a ride to or from, if you need it. I highly recommend the whole Auto World team.
