They clear check engine lights and tell you not to worry about it when it comes on as you drive off the lot. They ignore calls when you try to make an appointment for them to fix the problems and then yell at you for being so persistent to get them fixed. I was a little skeptical about getting a car from this place becauseI read a review that was not good.. I figured because I'm financing it, it shouldn't be that bad, remember how ya mom would say "never assume", yeah i shoulda listened to mama... The car the day I got it, October 12th, was fine when i test drove it. They seemed as if they had everything down packed.. I knew that it was a risk because it was a salvaged vehicle but i needed a vehicle. That was a risk i was willing to take. At first they weren't gonna give me the warranty but Eddie Said it was fine for 3 months... ok cool that's enough time to see if anything was wrong with the car. I noticed the next day that the car would kinda shake when i was at a stop. It got worst as days went on. I ended up taking the car back on the 31st of October. I called Eddie and told him I was dropping it off because it acted as if it wanted to shut off on me he said ok.. I get there before 7 pm and the gate was closed. I immediately called Eddie who mentioned he forgot about me and had already left in my head I'm like are you shittin me. He proceeded to tell me to leave the car there so i did and took a Lyft back home... the next day around 1 pm I asked if the car would be ready. I got a reply back a little before 3 pm saying he was trying..i texted again around 5pm on my way home and he said the car was still being worked on.. He assured me in a previous message that usually they like to get the car early so they can be done the same day.. I dropped my car off a day earlier and it still took 2 days to finish..Same day my ass .. Saturday November 2nd I was texting and no one was replying.. I finally got a reply around 3 saying the car was done... Leaving off the lot AGAIN the car sounded ok.. it wasn't shaking or anything.. The next day THE SAME DAMN THING .. That Tuesday on my way home the car acted as if it wanted to turn off on me once again so i decided Wednesday and Thursday I was gonna catch the bus and let the car sit.. I tried calling and texting Eddie but no one answered... I was planning on taking the car to get checked out in a few days.. I needed to run to the store today (Friday November 8th 2019) and went to H.E.B which is 5 minutes down the road from me.. The car was making a little weird noise but I figured it was because It was sitting for two days in the cold..I let it warm up and went to the store.. got a few things and went back to the car... tried to start it and it wouldn't start.. I called Eddie at 5:43pm and didn't get an answer.. at this point I just want my $1,000 that I put down and y'all can have y'all car.. FRAUD WARNING ---------------------------------------- I purchase a 2015 Nissan Altima 2 days ago, Saturday Sept 28th, 2019. Unfortunately my insurance office was closed, I went there first thing this Monday morning to get the vehicle insured and they told me that they were not able to insure it because it has a rebuilt/salvage title. I called EDDY back first thing in the morning and he told me he has a clean title that he is emailing to me right now. EDDY (real name "ShaShiq") sold my dad the vehicle and told my dad that it only had minor damages. He showed my dad the Autocheck report and it said it had 0 accidents. I called one of my connections up, and they pulled the Carfax and it showed it had a total loss a few months ago. Not only that, the title copy that Eddy emailed me was still under "Progressive Casualty Loss" as the owner. This means Progressive insurance bought the car from the original owner that totaled the vehicle, Eddy bought it from Progressive, fixed it, never did the "title transfer" WHICH IS ILLEGAL, and sold it to me as a clean title because he never went to the DMV to get it transferred to him. I called him today for a refund and he told me "Change your insurance company". This man has no idea the LEGAL battle he is about to get into. Attached are SCREENSHOTS of the title and AUTOcheck report from Eddy and the CARFAX that I dug up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. Stay away from this man. on 8/25/2022 i purchased a 2009 gmc acadia from here which, and i traded my 2010 (black) honda civic 2dr coupe. so if you buy it know that if it runs hot or your will stay putting transmission fluid in it and they changed the mileage it had over 200,000 miles on it. the last of the vin# is 169 keep in mind when something happens eddie is going to blame you for it which means he didn't fix it and he just slapped a price tag on it and cleaned it up. i was trying and thought i was buying a better car so i purchased the acadia on his car lot and 6 days later the car fell dead on me. i took it back on 8/31/2022 and eddie said he would fix my car well it's been approximately 57 days from today he has had the car i purchased. he has taken my trade as the partial down payment and i have paperwork for a car that i don't have. he has constantly said he would fix the gmc but it has been there since day 7 still with the junk cars. he has manipulated the situation, lied about fixing the car, and tried to sell my trade-in, i'm disabled and i need my car for my doctor's appointments and treatments who keeps a car for 57 days without working on it and lying about it? that's not legal i smell bullshit! i asked him on occasion about the gmc and when was it going to be fixed he said 2 weeks, i went back on 8-22-22 to pay the other part of the down payment still eddie said it was still not fixed he said 2 weeks. i went back on october 6th. still 2 weeks. trusting a snake you always get bit and i trusted this snake but i have to let the world know that that black honda civic is my car eddie owes me that car back because he has both the honda civic and the gmc acadia. i have the proof to show. eddie you can't take a person's trade, and give a person a car and don't fix it and keep it... they have paperwork... and now they have no car .. and you try and sell their trade-in... it's not done that way...... it's been 57 days i'm still counting and if he does it to me he will do it to you if not more i will fight until the end and for everyone who has ever been a victim! read more

Eddie seemed like a good honest man, but he has lost my trust. He did an oil change for me once and recommended a brake change. I was satisfied with both services. I recently got into an accident and contacted Eddie about getting repairs. He told me I could use a loaner car. I told him I would be there the next day. The following day, I drove down to the shop. It took an hour and a half to get the car ready and the guy covering for Eddie had no idea that I was coming. After quite some time, I drove the loaner car down the street and filled it up with gas. As soon as I left the gas station, the right side of the car began making a scraping noise. It turns out that the plastic wheel guard was completely off. As I drove slowly around the streets back to the shop, I noticed that the air bags were off and that the traction control light was on. I called Eddie: no response. The shop was empty. The owner of the shop next door helped me get my keys to my car back. This is not the interaction any person wants to have after having been in a car accident. The next day Eddie promised me a refund of the gas I put into the unsafe car he loaned me. He never called back. Although, Eddie is a nice guy, he is not a good business man. He is unreliable. You trust him and instead of taking responsibility for a bad job, he blames the people around him. Instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, he ignores you. Got my oil changed via a Groupon coupon last Friday. Met Eddie. Nice guy trying to start a business. Got on the road Saturday morning to drive to Austin. About an hour and half later, my truck barks out a "low engine oil" warning!!! HOLY COW. I go into high stress mode as I am going 75 mph on the Interstate. I pull into a convenience store a mile later, open the hood and check the oil. Does not even reach the dipstick!! I go in and buy 2 quarts of oil ($6/qt) and get the level up to the dipstick. Get on my knees and look under the car to see if I can see oil on the frame - thinking they did not get the filter on. Looks dry. Proceed another 30 miles into Austin, find a Jiffy Lube. Get the oil/filter changed ($100) and a look under my truck. We all conclude that Eddie's mechanic put in 5 quarts and my engine needs 7. I am lucky I did not burn up my engine.
