In an earlier post, I reported about the botched up job that they did on my rear end differential. I had another mechanic look at my truck this afternoon and after jacking it up, taking off the tire, THIS is what we found! Raptor actually put two rusted, warped rotors on my truck without my permission. They never told me that this is what was needed. I was informed that they had to make sure that they found the best parts that were precisely calibrated for my truck because anything else would cause damage. Well, guess what? This is fresh writing on this rotor and there has not been any other work done to this truck since I got it last year. I am furious that they took $1600 of my hard-gotten money and gave me crap!!! Raptor Transmission warped the spindle which holds the rotor evidently when they were removing it from the rear end! This is causing my tire to shake and causing the rattling noises, the scraping sounds, and causing the brake pedal to jump up and down when I try to apply the brakes. Dangerous!!!! I found out that the spindle fits inside the rear wheel axel and there is no way to see if it is good or bad because you have to drop the cover and it's surrounded by a lot of fluid. Also, my gear shift has to be replaced because there is too much "play" in it when shifting which wasn't an issue before they got it. The gear shift has to come from the dealership as it is not sold in Auto parts stores! Was this worth $1600? I think not and I want my money back!!!! read more

my truck started leaking and took it to the dealer. they wanted to charge me 2500 but I ended up taking it to Raptor. they were quick in fixing my leak which was my transmission line which they changed. the price was less than half of what the dealer was charging me. their work is top quality and I would recommend them to everyone I know. read more

I had another shop fix my rear main seal, they didn't do a good job and I had to add my transmission fluid leaking because of it. These folks were pretty quick with the repair. The only issue I had was I had oil/grease on my door panels (new), steering wheel (new), and the hood of my truck. And it smelled like a transmission shop in my cab. They then told me that my strut was bent and Ryan even showed me how bad off it was. He replaced them in a timely fashion and my car now drives better than when I first got it. I had the transmission rebuilt in my old 4X4 F150. Price was more than fair and the transmission works better than when the truck was new. I also knew I had a bad U-joint that I had just been putting off; they caught it and fixed it as well, and did it for about the same price I could have done it myself. They did what they said they were going to do, and for the price they said they would do it for. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them. This is the most horrible place!! I took my car here for a simple digonostic and they eras the codes so my car would not run to which I had to leave it there . I knew I need an ECM and waiting for 3 weeks to get my car back. my car worked one day and had it towed back for another 2 weeks. Maria looked me right in my face a lied about the car ran for 2 hours! really!! Another lie had to push to cancel my payment with snap who were great to do it with me only paying 100 dollars and they ate the loss with this bullshit ass company raptor. I ended up having Meyerland collision center fox my car .. I recommend no one take there cars or trucks there because you will be disappointed and pissed at the lies and games they play.Read the reviews on the company site and you'll see. this was the Worst car service I ever had sense moving here to Houston...PS. they offer a 12 month warranty to keep telling you that it's something else. This is a shit bag of a place, the owner Rene Robles is a rip off. I bought my car in for a rebuilt transmission and he only replaced 3 things and called it rebuilt which still did not fix the problem. I told him exactly what the problem was and he kept saying i needed something else just for me to spend more money when i already paid him 1300 dollars.
