I came here to get my car maintenance done because it's in the area close to where I live, so it was very convenient! The entrance to pull up your car to is a little tricky because I came from the opposite side. I'm not sure if they do appointments, but I came in as a walk-in. They were able to see me, and I think overall, I waited probably about 45 minutes from the time I got there, which isn't bad at all! Service was fantastic. They were very friendly and kept me updated with what I needed. They also had to do a special order for the oil for my car, to change it, but it didn't take very long. They even told me about how long it would take to get there. I felt like the price they gave me for everything that they did was very fair. They changed my oil and rotated my tires. So, I have been going to Stella Link Auto for a few years. Make sure you check things out after a few repairs that they do on your vehicle. The reason I say this is, I caught them in a huge lie. I was able to enjoy a day of clinic at the dealership that I take my car to twice a year. This recent visit told me a lot of what I was being lied to about. When taking my car to Stella Link and notifying them of something that they were supposed to have fixed which in total cost me over 5,000 dollars. The parts that my dealership named that I needed, were supposed to be the parts that were fixed a year ago by the Stella link mechanic Frank. The dealership even said if it was fixed correct it shouldn't need any maintenance this early on. I was supposed to take it back for an oil change to Stella Link and decided to get it free at my dealership for the offer they gave me two days prior to taking it to Stella Link to look at it. With the proof I have I should sue Stella Link Complete Auto for all the money I have lost through them since last year. Faisal whom seemed nice at first goes off on me on the phone just because I was letting him know not to fix my car and he got upset. He should not have gotten upset with me like that as I new I caught him in a lie sending me an invoice of all the things to get a oil change when he didn't know I had gotten an oil change at the dealership two day prior and also was shown all the new things added for this. I was flat out disrespected and lied to. Of course no one likes to get caught in a lie so I guess that is his way of losing good customers. For customers, Just know the first couple of visits there could possibly go great and then the taking advantage of a good customer starts as they know you will start trusting them. But you actually want a real fix and not a temp or no fix at all for your hard earned money. Be careful out there. Time to do what I have to do, as no one should be treated like this, especially when you have done nothing but protect yourself and your vehicle. I was told over the phone that even if someone was already there for an inspection, it would take at most 30 minutes. Luckily I went on an overcast morning, because you have to wait outside due to social distancing. Only one customer waiting for repairs is allowed to wait inside. I have been bringing my vehicle here off an on for about six years mostly for work on CV joints, axles, and brakes. Faisal is very professional and honest. They have even loaned me vehicles while mine is being repaired including an offer of their own personal vehicles (great customer service). They will recommend when it makes more sense to buy a small part for a repair rather than wait on an order when it is something the customer can easily do. The only reason I removed two stars is because I had a CV joint boot rupture after a few months and repaired elsewhere due to safety issues. I brought in my paperwork, but they did not honor the one year warranty on the part. I think it is not necessarily their fault the part broke, but they should have honored the warranty on the part even though I had to have the labor and a new part put in elsewhere at my expense. read more

Owned a car for about 4 years now, and this has probably been my best experience at a mechanics so far. Showed up without an appointment on a weekday afternoon for my state inspection and to get my tires rotated. Faisal was professional and efficient, asked me exactly what I wanted, told me the exact pricing, and gave me a time estimate. Got everything done in about 15 minutes. Not only that, he informed me the oil filter was loose (changed oil myself last time, oops) and checked my engine oil levels. Also let me know that there might be a leak in one of my tires. When I arrived, he recognized the vehicle and saw me with my oil and oil filter and got me checked in right away and had my car getting service started in less than 5 minutes upon arrival. Faisal even told me a couple of things to look out for, but also told me it wasn't urgent, and explained to me when I should address it.
