When Rushdi told me to pick up the car I went to pick it up and not even 3 minutes into the road car died in the middle of the street with my 2 year old. I got it towed back to the shop and once again when it was ready I picked it up took my 2 year old with me to pickup car and my car died in the middle of the street again with my daughter. I can not believe this guy gave me my car back without fixing it , saw my 2 year old and didn't say anything. Never come here. They will take your money and not fix your car. I found a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and alignment for this business. I made an appointment for 2 PM and showed up on time and was told it would be an hour. I sat patiently waiting for an hour and a half and then asked how my car was and how much longer my wait would be.. I was told it will be an additional 45 minutes. This puts me in the middle of 5 o'clock traffic on the wrong side of town. I'm not just a little bit mad. I am absolutely and totally livid. They should have told me that it was going to be 2 1/2 hours when I arrived, or even better... when I made the appointment. When I asked why would be an additional 45 minutes when I was only promised an hour, the only comment I got back was, "These things happen." The guy working on my car is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I now think they're going to screw up my car because I'm upset. I'm going to put this review on every single place I can find. I been needing to leave a review every since I got service done but 6 months later here it is! I paid $95 for a alignment, and idk what kind of alignment they did because my car still will drift to the left! I have new tires now and they're all the Same size. Also my engine light came on right after and my car was making a bad sound while running, it went off some days later. All these problems started as soon as I got service done and I'm still dealing with the alignment issue and I shouldn't have to worry about that for years. Went in for an alignment after a new power steering rack was installed. They destroyed the steering boot and cause a dead spot in my steering ( can turn the wheel 20° to the left and right before car actually responds to input ). I called them and they denied involvement completely. I took it there shortly after the rack was installed. I checked the rack after installation and it was working perfectly. Now the rack is destroyed and my car leaks. Going to be another expensive fix thanks to Houston Texas Auto Care. Unqualified technicians and lackluster service. read more

I feel sorry for employees! Man!!!!!!! I can't believe this place just ignored me like that. I just went there with my ZX14 for inspection. First I feel sorry for the employees, all 4 of them ignored me when I pulled up and the went from group discussions to their workstation in a matter of seconds. Then one of the hispanic guy came to me after 5 minutes of wait time and he was scared to death said "This is little laud for the boss". 2 minutes later the said boss came out and said only one word "I can't inspect this. It's too loud!". I don't really know if state of Texas gives exceptions to what kind of vehicle to inspect or not inspect when it comes down to partnering with the state. I am filling a complaint with the state. I personally don't recommend this business at all. I do have dealer license from the sate and I went through their terms and usage rights but I haven't noticed anything that has to say about discrimination. Obviously I had 2017 Ninja ZX14 with Laud noise but I can not help with the Laud noice. My advise is, don't go tooth's place at all to avoid time/money wasted for the service you need. read more

I called at 8:40 AM on a Friday morning to schedule an appointment for an oil change. I was told that they have walkins only. When he asked am I planning to purchase a Groupon, I replied yes but if you're not willing to take an appointment I will not buy it. He then proceeded to say all Groupon's must schedule an appointment but refused to give me an appointment without having first purchased the Groupon. With my experience you cannot get a refund with Groupon therefore I opted to not purchase the Groupon because the gentleman refused to schedule the appointment for me prior to the purchase. Zero stars! I took my car here ro be repaired Thursday October 21st. Paid $572.93. Once I got into my vehicle I saw what looked like cigarette burns on my driver seat. I told the owner and he advised that none of the mechanics were ever inside of my vehicle to do the damage. After some persistence he advised that he will check the cameras. He called back and told me to bring the vehicle back Monday and he will repair the interior damage caused by the mechanic. Sunday October 24th my car started to show the same issues it was before taking it to them. The check engine light came on again and the car was running poorly. I brought the car in Monday October 25th and he advised that it needed more work and that I had to pay MORE even though it had only been a few days after they said they fixed the issue but the issue Still remained and I'm expected to pay more?!? He also said there was nothing that he could do about the interior damage after he told me he would do something to correct this because his mechanic did in fact burn the inside of my car while smoking a cigarette. Now I am out of $572 with a vehicle with interior damage that's still not running properly. Please consider finding a better place to take your car! read more

I have been here multiple times for an oil change. Even with a tire rotation, I have never waited more than 30 minutes. No complaints.

I found my new go-to shop via Groupon and I am so glad I did! This warranted my first Yelp review ever. Rush, the owner, and his team provide exceptional and efficient service. I used a Groupon for an oil change and alignment, which was cheaper than any other I found in the city. The service was so quick and no one tried to sell me any extra unnecessary services while I was waiting. You can see your car through the shop windows as they service it, and the waiting area is so clean. Freddie fixed my truck alignment issues that were so bad I didn't even feel comfortable driving on the freeway. I had a cosmetic bumper issue the dealership could not even repair, and Brandon went above and beyond to fix it for me entirely! A week after my initial service, I called Rush after seeing an engine light turn on (unrelated to initial oil change, alignment, and rotation). They worked me in that same afternoon and diagnosed the issue within minutes. I am also using Houston Texas Auto to replace other truck parts, without the headache of a dealership and OEM prices. I happen to find Texas Auto Care by using Groupon for my first visit. When I got there I was quickly greeting by the owner. They took my car back and had the oil changed in no time even when they looked busy. I had some questions about replacing some lights in my wife's car. He said he could take care of it and charged a very reasonable price for pets and labor, but even better saves me time and the hassle of a normal place I had been going to. The owner told me I could also use the Groupon again for my other vehicle. I had been so pleased with them that I brought in my other car, got my tires rotated and oil changed, again in only 20 minutes or so. They told me 2 of my tires were balding which I knew they were and they said they could replace them for me and gave me their price which again for parts and labor was very good. I have definitely found my auto care shop because each time I go they are fast, friendly, and never try to up sell me on anything. They only provide me with their findings and are always willing to help if I decide I need them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality auto care. read more

I start coming to this location when it was Firestone and the staff was great so when I purchased another car I said why not take it to somewhere I was familiar with. Not paying attention that it was no long Firestone I went in and saw that the staff I was familiar with was no longer there. So I gave the new staff a chance, I bought four brand new tires, wiper blades, lifetime alignment, and a road hazard warranty which came out to be a total of $704. I thought the service was ok. When it was time for a oil change I called around looking for a good price synthetic oil for my car, so I called them to find out their price which was the same price as the dealership. While having the conversation with Rush he recognized who I was and said he would do it for me for $35. I bought my car in and got my oil changed believing and having faith that he did the right thing. Now it's time to take it back to get another oil change and I was delighted to take it back, until I checked my receipt and it says synthetic blend. I asked what happened to the full synthetic oil I was told I was getting he (Rush) told me he didn't tell me that and the conversation became a full disagreement. I asked for a corporate number he said they don't have one, I asked was he the owner he said no and wrote (Mustafa) on a piece of paper and said that's the owner and he don't have a last name or phone number. So I googled the company name and I see all the comments that says Mr. Rush is the owner. I thought I was getting great customer service but it turns out that the customer service is not so great.
