From the moment I walked in, Frank greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The store and garage were both clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. The next day, after I had the issues fixed, I brought my car back. Frank completed the alignment, test-drove it himself, and only then handed it back to me. His honesty, respect, and attention to detail really stood out. **Ladies if you're skeptical about bringing your vehicle into a shop, don't be. Frank is a true gentleman. I tried to be understanding and thought the first time was just a fluke with customer service. Then I went a second time with my partner and they were not ready for service at open time. My partner decided not to get her car serviced. The following time after that she took my car to Valvoline (terrible). Today, I decided to give them another chance. Third times a charm right? WRONG. I pulled up about 8:15am. An employee comes over and asked what I needed and I said oil change. He asked me to pull up behind a truck and then walked away. So I'm just sitting in the car waiting...... he didn't say to wait or he'll be right back. Then I see another employee pulling up and heading in. Walked right past me and then he walked out to their service area. Mind you, I'm still sitting in the car. This is definitely not the Jiffy Lube service I'm accustomed to. I'll never go back here again. I rather drive the extra mileage to another Jiffy with better customer service!

That's almost like a down payment on a new car. No thanks. I found these guys by word of mouth. Went I got there, they took in my car immediately. They called me less than an hour later and told me what exactly was wrong. Cost - $350. Their work came with a 90 day warranty. 7 months later and I am still pleased and am not having any AC issues! Second experience - I took my mom's Explorer for an oil change. She typically pays around $75 for a synthetic oil change, but here she only paid $45. Third experience - I had taken my car to get an oil change at a mechanic near my neighborhood. Those guys said I needed to replace my bearings. I believed them because honestly, I'm not too familiar with car parts and my car had been shaky and I didn't know why. I told them I couldn't afford the work that day. A few weeks later (this weekend) I took my car to these guys at Tri-Star and told them what the other mechanic said. They immediately took in my car and examined it. Long story short, I needed to change my tires and brakes - that was what was causing the shakiness. (Even though my tires looked good, they somehow got bubbles). They replaced my brakes for $160. I did have to go somewhere else to get tires. My car is no longer shaky!
