The staff helped me work through some issues from my adjuster and they were so polite about it. (It was actually, a hot mess) I believe his name is Tony. He was very professional dealing with these issues. Thanks Tony! (Oh, I pray that's his name...) The ladies at the front desk were also helpful in getting me a rent car. So far my SUV has been here for a few weeks and they send me updates on the progress almost every day! I really appreciate this. Due to part delays it is taking a little longer than they anticipated. When the tow truck took me and my car to this shop it was just not the best looking place. In the emergency I was in I let it go and called them the next day. The owner told me what was wrong and I was happy with the fact that he seemed to know what he was doing. So far so good. Fast forward 2 1/2 months and several calls that he made up excuses to not have my car ready I seriously knew the value of this location was poor. He would yell over the phone to me about my needs of my car. He would make excuses to me about why the parts weren't ready. He would cover over and over. Horrible service. I told him to put my car back together and I would tow it to the dealership. The dealership calls me and says "do you know you have transmission gears in the back of your car?" And I was floored. Champions Certified Car Care is not a place to go to for help. He kept making excuses because he didn't know how to fix my car and left gears in the back of my car. When the dealer called him and asked "why didn't you just tell him he needed a new transmission" the owner said "well I thought of that". Avoid this place!!!! Avoid it at all costs. Just go to your dealer. Pay the extra cost for the parts and get a warranty and peace of mind. I talked with AAA to get his AAA rating removed because nobody should go through this ever. On top of it all he said he wouldn't release my vehicle if I didn't pay $150 for a diagnostic fee when the law clearly states he can't hold a vehicle for longer than 60 days.

After I decided to repair my car here, he didn't respect the customer at all. - OVERPRICED, DONT CLARIFY ANYTHING, BEING RUDE WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS. My engine went hot and the coolant was leaking. I came to the shop based on its high rating on Google Maps. He did a diagnosis and said it is the water pump issue and asked for a labor fee of $600 to replace it. Upon mentioning a lower quote ($430) from another shop, I was informed of additional charges like diagnosis and towing if I chose to take my car elsewhere. Then he asked for a new labor fee of $500. The next day, he messaged me that another part, the coolant tube, is broken as well and needs a replacement. He charged another labor fee of $180 to replace that. Then I messaged back to ask if the water pump (his original diagnosis) is broken or not. He called me back immediately and asked me to not disturb him. Said something like "He is the best one out there", "I am not here to teach people", "I am well-educated". I am quoting some words from Sam when I was at his shop: (1) Sam: "Bring somebody who understands English and knows the car." (2) Sam: "I am 52. I have way more experience than you do. You gotta have to learn a lot of things. Because when you are working with professionals, you gotta shut up and listen to the people." Me: Is it professional to let a customer shut up? Sam: "Yeah, because the customer is dumb." After getting this horrible service, I found that there are many other customers receiving such bad service.
