Customer service is a big thing for me and the guys here were very polite and gentlemanly. They open all doors car and office, for each customer and ensured that we were aware of where the facilities were and also that coffee was available... Included in that $184 charge, I paid an additional charge for an oil filter, I paid a charge of $9.99 tax to cover the use of the company's equipment such as tools. I was taxed because the company used their tools to do the job. The additional quarts of oil was charged to me as well. A whopping $45 for three quarts of oil. Instead, I left with approximately $800 in damage. They chemically etched my headlights, gouged the paint protection film on my hood, chipped my infotainment screen, and somehow still couldn't even properly clean the wheels. When I returned, I was repeatedly told to come back later or the next day. After obtaining repair estimates, I simply asked for a refund and either reimbursement or their insurance information. Instead, I was told I was being "aggressive," ordered to leave, threatened with the police, and refused their insurance information. Rather than take responsibility, they chose to stonewall a customer whose vehicle they damaged. Now they'll have to deal with it through the legal system. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else.

For years I have always had been happy doing business with Texas Oil Express. Usually whenever I would go to any shop involving auto repairs and oil changes, every employee always looked annoyed and were always being rude just because you didn't know something about your car. The employees and even the manager were never like that with me whenever they gave me an oil change or when they had found something faulty going on within my vehicle. They had been the nicest and coolest people I ever met, and always looked forward to arriving when I needed an oil change. I remember coming after Christmas Day and was saddened that Texas Oil Express was gone. But was happy to hear that most of the employees transferred to Take 5 Oil Change which was only minutes away from the original building. From what I have been told months later, most of the employees and manager had been dropped or fired from Take 5. I was upset to hear the news this. Not to mention just right around March I had to get my oil change, I was not satisfied at all with how much the price was for my oil change was from Take 5. It was much more expansive than what I usually paid for in Texas Oil Express. When July had came around so I could change it again, I was planning to head to Take 5 but remembering not being happy about the price and service. I checked on Google and saw that Discount Oil Change Express had just opened, and even saw that they were doing business the same building I was familiar with. Franklin, the person owns Discount Oil, from what he told me was once an employee of Texas Oil Express and even knew the employees of it before it shut down. Around my stop I was planning to take the conventional oil change which was their cheapest. But I decided to take the high mileage one which is $29.99, which to me was a great deal. Franklin was very cool with me and him and his employee changing my oil was straightforward and quick to get my oil change. And what's even great as that most of my information from coming to the place was already under their records. Franklin was really nice as well as his employee working with him, and the service was excellent. They did everything that I enjoyed Texas Oil Express was doing before they closed shop, and I am happy that Franklin and rest of the staff have taken the building to do business. I highly recommend this place and wish to do business whenever I need an oil change or a state inspection.

My brakes were squeaking and they said they did not have my brake pads in stock, were able to order them and received them next day. He also mentioned that he didn't feel comfortable to install off market pads on my vehicle. The seating area is clean and tidy, they have a coffee machine, water cooler, and a vending machine for sodas if you desire. The service is great, the prices are extremely reasonable. I will return for future vehicle needs.
