I am giving this place five stars due to Cody and his great customer service. This place is about two hours away from me so I wanted as much information as possible before making the trip - I needed to make sure the car was good and I can lock the price I wanted. The timeline for the review is as follows and keep in mind that I had work on Friday and work until 12 pm on Saturday: 1) Thursday night/Friday morning - I messaged indiGO through its website 2) Friday morning - I received a call/text/email from Cody 3) Friday 2 pm - I got the price I wanted around 2 pm but I don't get off work until 6 pm (bummer because I wanted to go see the car ASAP) 4) Saturday - plan was to finish work, run some quick errands and be at indiGO between 3 pm and 5 pm ----- NOTE: I ended up not going because I got a deal closer to home. After I messaged indiGO regarding a vehicle I was interested in, I received a call, a text message, and an email from Cody. I responded to him via text; I asked for the OTD price and I told him I wanted to pay off the car in a one-time payment. He was very helpful with the breakdown of the cost and we negotiated the price through text. Once I mentioned my final OTD price, he asked me to call him and we ended up agreeing on what I wanted. What I liked was that there was NO pressure to finance. During the phone call, Cody had his manager (I believe his name was Jeff) on the line and they guaranteed the OTD. They also said they would put the car on hold since I was not able to go see the car until the following day; Cody asked me to call him when I'm on my way to see the car. On Saturday morning, I did some more research into the vehicle since its CarFax was missing some information, and after the research, I was still prepared to head out to indiGO after work. When I was almost done with work, I saw an email from a dealership closer to home that agreed to the price I wanted for a similar car with lower mileage. Around noon, Cody texted me to ask if I was still heading out and I replied no. Honestly, I felt super bad to say no because Cody was so nice and helpful during the whole process. If I did not end up with the deal closer to home, I would have definitely made the two hour trip to test drive/buy the car through Cody. Despite repeated assurances and a fedex tracking number that a check was in the mail, there has been no check 2 weeks after signed sales contract. This is financially irregular and is unacceptable. Brought my Range Rover Sport Supercharged in for it's one year service. Dropped off on a Wednesday at 7:30 a.m., and was told that I may have the car back the same day, but for sure would have it back Thursday. When I hadn't received any update from my service adviser Mark Belmonte, I called the dealership. The receptionist could not get anyone in service to answer, and assured me I'd get a call back briefly.... never did. Now Friday morning and no answer at the dealership at 8:11, and nobody answering in the service department which opens at 7:30 a.m. My service advisers "direct number" was never answered at anytime. Additionally, I was provided a 2018 Jaguar as a loaner with ZERO gas in it... I mean not even showing on the gas gauge!! Not only did we get a car that had 300+ miles on it... but they didn't give us what we paid for or was part of buying a expensive car came with!! And now you tell us we don't get " and alignment for free" because our last TECH on our 1st service turn it didn't tell us!! Oh by the way we took it in 3 weeks later than our 1 yr anniversary!!! The tires were wearing more because of the alignment and they are now trying to charge me 2yrs laTER for something that should of been FIXED A YEAR AGO! We called customer service -- nothing!! The service manager is doing nothing!! They aren't taking responsibility for someone dropping the ball a year ago..instead making us pay for another set of tires.. and brakes and alignment for a car that only has a " Andrew Jackson" of miles!! When I was in the market for a Rolls Royce, I linked up with Jamie Moore at Rolls Royce Rancho Mirage and she went absolutely above and beyond for me. Firstly , I want to explain why this is a 2 Star and not a 3-5 Star review I own a Jaguar Vanden Plas We have been Jaguar owners since the early 90's and we love them ! About a week ago ( late June 2019 ) a problem developed In that I was unable to start my Jaguar with either of its smart keys ! Very recently I had replaced my cars Battery so I assumed the message on my dashboard "key not Found" meant that I needed to replace the smart key battery ( in fact both batteries in my 2 smart keys ). I tried TEN BRAND NEW Batteries ! This was on Saturday ! After doing so I was "Still" unable to start my car , so on Monday I phoned Indigo Jaguar dealership in Rancho Mirage I was informed by service advisor Micheal La Brecque that I needed to have my car towed to the dealership to be assessed ! I phoned Triple A , and had the good fortune of having The Palms to Pines manager Patrick Currier Sent to me And I told him I was concerned about How my Jaguar would be able to be towed" without damaging it " since the button would not pop up ! Very long story shortened We phoned the "expert" Micheal La Brecque , for his guidance ! He did not have actual detailed knowledge of MY Jaguar Although he professed he did ! He told me that if the console had to be "taken Apart " It possibly would be damaged by cracking ! Following that upsetting and futile exercise the tow manager Patrick put into action "Rock Star" customer service He manually lifted the Jaguar and turned the wheels one by one until they were straight and rolled and pushed the car On - to the tow truck ramp ...... and he even phoned another driver to come on site and assist him All this took over 2 hours ! I was then informed that my car with less than 16,000 miles on it and maintained to perfection would Not be in danger of its console cracking AND furthermore Mr LaBrecque had insufficient knowledge of my particular model And was not interested enough to discover WHICH Model my car in fact was!! I don't EVER expect any one person to know everything but i do expect that someone have the professionalism and decency to CARE !!! and when a Jaguar owner is in distress and has done their utmost to resolve an issue with their car on their own , in the heat of the desert, in their garage ! Mr La Brecque "CHOOSE" NOT to consult his Jaguar technician for assistance , which he needed to do since HIS knowledge was insufficient AND INCORRECT !! In the midst of my struggle to have my JAGUAR towed safely Mr LA BRECQUE said to me " when YOU get It worked out give me a call ! Well I promise you , my car would Still be in my garage if it were not for the VERY decent And highly professional Towing manager who refused to abandon me ! It seems that when something like this presents itself there are two ways the dealership should assist: 1 A Jaguar tech with a "special tool ". takes a 7 minute Drive to my residence and releases my parking break in order to safely move my Jaguar! 2. That same technician can bring to the site a mobile computer which can achieve the same result ! Neither of these options were offered by the inept AND OR unconcerned service writer Mr La Brecque In addition he wasn't savvy about the location of my emergency break access location when he spoke of the possibility of needing to CRACK the console of the car ! Since Said access, is openly visible by lifting the console section "WITH ONE FINGER " Once my car arrived by tow and great effort and professional service by Patrick ( Palms To Pines towing ) I then dealt with Jaguars Daniel KONECK , who I found to be professional and extremely customer service oriented AND if I DO have occasion to NEED to deal directly with Jaguar of Rancho Mirage in future , it Shall be Daniel I'll consult with ! It will be interesting to see if any executive manager of RANCHO MIRAGE INDIGO JAGUAR CARS cares to communicate with me after this experience which was unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant SAVE my interaction with Daniel KONECK ! Note: any evaluations of this business posted before 2013 are now irrelevant. Desert European Motors was acquired last year by indiGo, which owns dealerships in Texas. The consequences, in my experience, have been skyrocketing charges and plummeting customer care. I brought my Jaguar, which has just 38,000 miles on it, into Desert European because the engine warning light had illuminated on my dash board. A diagnosis was recommended, which cost $500. I had to have a power steering hose replaced, for which four hours of labor were charged at $600, additional to $300 in parts. Four hours? Really? It was also recommended that I replace the gas tank for $2,500. The gas tank? That recommendation I did not take. I have lost trust in Desert European, although I have patronized them for eleven years. The new owner appears to be absolutely rapacious. read more

I saw him 3 months ago as I test drove the new jaguar and his demeanor and knowledge of the vechile really left an impression on me so much that I saved his card and would re approach him later. I did and that was the best decision ever. You know when you walk in a showroom it is as if everyone "pounces" (jaguar reference, huh ;)) on you to the point of being pushy, this is at EVERY other car dealer showroom. Eric was James Bond like... calm, cool & collected and gave us a test drive and told me about my vehicle TOP TO BOTTOM. Such a great experience! I showed up 2 1/2 months later and saw Eric and I got the car I wanted. I LOVE MY XF Never, ever have I been SOOOOO happy with a car choice. Props to your sales team and service team. I bid on a cayman on ebay and went over the reserve. They canceled the auction In the last four hours and claimed they sold it to someone during those last few hours. They clearly didn't want to sell it for the reserve price I went over so they lied about it to ebay and to me. The car still is up for sale on their website. (And back on ebay haha!) I should have known better, in their only feedback they pulled the same thing on someone else. Hey idiotic, lying dealer why don't you make your reserve price higher then you won't have to lie, lie, lie. I'm glad they showed their colors before I bought from them. Beware! Leased a lemon from Maserati Rancho Mirage. Car had a dangerous flaw in the software system. there was no fix for it and was told to drive it until there was a software fix. Imagine!! Your sitting at a red light and the light turns green and the car doesn't move. Poof the gear shifted itself into park while your foot was on the brake. If that wasn't enough no one answers the phone in service because the service technician is out sick. So the phone goes into voicemail and you have to wait days until that person comes back, There were numerous times I called during regular service hours and no one answered. Ring! Ring! Ring! Hello anyone want to answer??? I was told by a manager that that was not possible because they have 5 receptionists. So am I a liar!! Thank you for such a great experience!! My Bentley Arnage T was running rough first thing when starting out. I call Dennis in service department. We drive in 180 miles from Ventura, CA to Palm Springs every other week and Desert European Motorcars is the best place to have your car serviced. Dennis and his service specialists spent about 1 hour putting the car on their $85,000 computer and found that all was well, the car just had to warm up. They washed the car and said that there was no charge. Wow, that is the first time. Their parts manager, Wayne, remember me from ordering a windshield about 2 years ago and greeted me warmly. We spent about 10 minutes 'talking cars'. Great service, fair charges, and friendly people. A great place to have your car serviced. read more

I have another update. Apparently we were contacted by a new representative from Palm Springs Porsche and over several weeks promised the same things. Rear seat, owners manual and floor mats. After all the back and forth instead of just being honest we are still left with nothing. Now I have done my research and I can purchase all of the above items myself. You would think that a dealership which prides themselves on not only being the FLAGSHIP of Porsche but also a dealership in a small community would have better management. Not once did they offer to correct their errors by at least ordering the items at cost or even helping us get the promised parts for our car. I have been buying and leasing luxury cars since I was 20 and am now 72. I have never been to a dealership that must have meetings on how to ignore a customer. I leased my Jaguar in Riverside but brought it for it's first service to this sorry excuse for a dealership. After making an appointment and standing around looking for someone in service. I was told I was early and have a seat. later that day I receive a call that the car would not be ready until the next day. Now this was only for the first service and nothing more. Next day I stand around again but this time someone drives my car up with the driver door left open. This person walks inside and asks if that's my car. I said yes as he hands me the keys and walks away. I did manage to hunt someone down so I could have a receipt. The car was never washed and the mats had sand on the pedals and mat. Now I am near the end of the lease and will be getting the next Jaguar from Riverside or Mission Viejo. read more

A super friendly salesman named Brandon was eager to help...(he was awesome) He jotted all my information and gave it to the manger. After waiting for 15 minutes the offer came in. It was below what I was just offered in Riverside but, heck these guys wanted to earn my business, I live in Palm Springs now after making 3 purchases in the last 2 years from the "other" guys it was time to patronize here and I really wanted to give the, a chance. He said "if you want I will write you a check right now." I said "great!" We agree upon a price and then 5 minutes later offers me $2,000 less! Big mistake, I will tell all my other young rich friends in the valley and in yelp to make the drive to Riverside because this place is unprofessional and truly a disgrace to the Audi enthusiast and owners. I drove 2hrs after confirmed with the sales guy Michael Jackson that they hv a 718. However, when I got there by 2hrs driving, he told me they just sold the car. Why u dont info me within those 2hrs. He knows I was coming. Then I wish to order one from manufacture. I guess they may don't hv anymore allocations of the 718 for this year, so the quotation was crazy high. About 1.5 times more than my final one from Pasadena. I currently driving the boxster 2015，so I knew the reasonable price should be. A $60K car lease for 5000mi/yr only, 3-6k down and $1000+/mo with 700+ credit score, 3yrs leasing...U can lease by urself. Even by finance,the monthly rate was high enough to buy a big Range Rover. By purchase, I told him that I didn't need Navi, but he still put it on my build list and no any discount. I think they just can't order more cars from Porsche this year so they don't want my biz. But I was happy that I finally ordered my customized 718 boxster from Rusnak Pasadena with $3500 off discount. There hv a lot of dealers in LA area with more inventory avail Because they hv more customers. So they can do a much better deal than a desert only for rich local 35yrs old+ people dealer. read more
