Customer service. Actually caring about a client. Mercedes dealership is way down on the list of service and caring.

Terrible customer service. Two months out from purchase of a very expensive car, issues still unresolved.

Absolute first class dealership! I have purchased countless cars from them. From Range Rover to Porsche to Bentley to McLaren to Lamborghini. Austin is beyond amazing! No pressure. Brilliant product knowledge. An absolute pleasure to work with! Ian for delivery is top notch! Elena F&I - zero pressure to buy shit you don't need. Jason will not lose a deal! It is well worth the drive from Los Angeles. One doesn't have to deal with the LA dealers and the LA traffic! Indigo is more than competitive in pricing and far exceeds LA and San Diego dealers in service. read more

On July 1, 2023, I sold my Ferrari to pre-owned Ferrari Silicon Valley's sales manager, Tim Wood. Despite repeated assurances and a fedex tracking number that a check was in the mail, there has been no check 2 weeks after signed sales contract. This is financially irregular and is unacceptable. I will escalate this with both Ferrari NA. and the dealership's parent company, Indigoautogroup. read more

I am giving this place five stars due to Cody and his great customer service. This place is about two hours away from me so I wanted as much information as possible before making the trip - I needed to make sure the car was good and I can lock the price I wanted. The timeline for the review is as follows and keep in mind that I had work on Friday and work until 12 pm on Saturday: 1) Thursday night/Friday morning - I messaged indiGO through its website 2) Friday morning - I received a call/text/email from Cody 3) Friday 2 pm - I got the price I wanted around 2 pm but I don't get off work until 6 pm (bummer because I wanted to go see the car ASAP) 4) Saturday - plan was to finish work, run some quick errands and be at indiGO between 3 pm and 5 pm ----- NOTE: I ended up not going because I got a deal closer to home. After I messaged indiGO regarding a vehicle I was interested in, I received a call, a text message, and an email from Cody. I responded to him via text; I asked for the OTD price and I told him I wanted to pay off the car in a one-time payment. He was very helpful with the breakdown of the cost and we negotiated the price through text. Once I mentioned my final OTD price, he asked me to call him and we ended up agreeing on what I wanted. What I liked was that there was NO pressure to finance. During the phone call, Cody had his manager (I believe his name was Jeff) on the line and they guaranteed the OTD. They also said they would put the car on hold since I was not able to go see the car until the following day; Cody asked me to call him when I'm on my way to see the car. On Saturday morning, I did some more research into the vehicle since its CarFax was missing some information, and after the research, I was still prepared to head out to indiGO after work. When I was almost done with work, I saw an email from a dealership closer to home that agreed to the price I wanted for a similar car with lower mileage. Around noon, Cody texted me to ask if I was still heading out and I replied no. Honestly, I felt super bad to say no because Cody was so nice and helpful during the whole process. If I did not end up with the deal closer to home, I would have definitely made the two hour trip to test drive/buy the car through Cody. Ask for Cody if you are looking to buy a car through the indiGO Auto Group. read more

Brought my Range Rover Sport Supercharged in for it's one year service. Dropped off on a Wednesday at 7:30 a.m., and was told that I may have the car back the same day, but for sure would have it back Thursday. When I hadn't received any update from my service adviser Mark Belmonte, I called the dealership. The receptionist could not get anyone in service to answer, and assured me I'd get a call back briefly.... never did. Now Friday morning and no answer at the dealership at 8:11, and nobody answering in the service department which opens at 7:30 a.m. My service advisers "direct number" was never answered at anytime. Additionally, I was provided a 2018 Jaguar as a loaner with ZERO gas in it... I mean not even showing on the gas gauge!! Is anyone at this dealership paying attention to detail - I'd suggest no. read more

Wow!! Where do I start.. they changed staff like your underwear! Not only did we get a car that had 300+ miles on it... but they didn't give us what we paid for or was part of buying a expensive car came with!! This is not our first Land Rover but will be the LAST!!!! We were not advised what our car came with and to find out 2yrs later is WRONG!! And now you tell us we don't get " and alignment for free" because our last TECH on our 1st service turn it didn't tell us!! Oh by the way we took it in 3 weeks later than our 1 yr anniversary!!! Hello!! The car had 300+ miles to start! Shouldn't that count for ANYTHING!! It's not a normal terms!! Duh!!! They advised a year ago to get an alignment and wanted to charge us, yes charge us for something that was tooo be COVERED .., so we took time out of our busy schedule and holiday schedule mind you and took it to the repair shop and they ran tests and SAID IT WAS FINE NO ALIGNMENT NEEDED! So who's lying.. Land Rover? Trying to make me spend money to fix something that wasn't wrong or should of been part of my purchase! They insisted I needed tires after 1yr... that's crazy!! The tires were wearing more because of the alignment and they are now trying to charge me 2yrs laTER for something that should of been FIXED A YEAR AGO! We called customer service -- nothing!! The service manager is doing nothing!! They aren't taking responsibility for someone dropping the ball a year ago..instead making us pay for another set of tires.. and brakes and alignment for a car that only has a " Andrew Jackson" of miles!! We are paying soooo much a month.. our asked guy said bring our car in after 2yrs or 6 months sooner to trade in.. guests what!! He lied! Cause now they are telling us 3yrs!! I am soooooooo confused! I will NEVER BUY FROM THIS AUTO GROUP NOR A LAND ROVER AGAIN! Drive to OC .. better service!! Don't buy here!! read more

I would happily recommend this dealer to everyone seeking to find an exotic car dealership. Top quality service and financing that took all the hassle out a car car purchase. Thank you so much for the great experience! read more

This organization and it's management deserve a 6 Star Rating! Especially Mike Yale. They have an uncompromising commitment to excellence in every aspect of creating an extraordinary buying and post sale experience to their customers. I recently purchased a 2012 Aventador that was no longer under factory warranty. An unusual, and very expensive component failure occurred after the sale. And even though I was thousands of miles away from the dealership, the management at Lamborghini of Houston and the IndiGO Auto Group stepped in and arranged for 100% of the repairs to made on their tab! Extraordinary Customer Service!! Your organization has my pledge to always recommend you to everyone and my commitment to always purchase cars from the IndiGO group of dealers! Thank you for the Amazing customer service! read more

Rolls-Royce Rancho Mirage and Jamie are a stellar class act. When I was in the market for a Rolls Royce, I linked up with Jamie Moore at Rolls Royce Rancho Mirage and she went absolutely above and beyond for me. I first met Jamie at Monterey Car Week at the Rolls-Royce villa. Jamie has hands down provided one of the best Rolls Royce experience. Although we weren't able to find anything that matched my desired configuration, Jamie took the time to search nationwide for anything that may suit my needs. Jamie was always prompt with any questions I had and was always extremely courteous in all our correspondences. She would also keep me updated on any incoming new inventory, lease specials and also CPO inventory that matched my criteria. She was always very upfront with pricing and lease vs purchase scenarios. Throughout our conversations, not once was she pushy or aggressive in any way. With Jamie, it's about what you want as a customer and what fits best in your scenario. I highly encourage anyone looking for a new or used Rolls-Royce to give Jamie a call. read more

Firstly , I want to explain why this is a 2 Star and not a 3-5 Star review I own a Jaguar Vanden Plas We have been Jaguar owners since the early 90's and we love them ! About a week ago ( late June 2019 ) a problem developed In that I was unable to start my Jaguar with either of its smart keys ! Very recently I had replaced my cars Battery so I assumed the message on my dashboard "key not Found" meant that I needed to replace the smart key battery ( in fact both batteries in my 2 smart keys ). I tried TEN BRAND NEW Batteries ! This was on Saturday ! After doing so I was "Still" unable to start my car , so on Monday I phoned Indigo Jaguar dealership in Rancho Mirage I was informed by service advisor Micheal La Brecque that I needed to have my car towed to the dealership to be assessed ! I phoned Triple A , and had the good fortune of having The Palms to Pines manager Patrick Currier Sent to me And I told him I was concerned about How my Jaguar would be able to be towed" without damaging it " since the button would not pop up ! Very long story shortened We phoned the "expert" Micheal La Brecque , for his guidance ! He did not have actual detailed knowledge of MY Jaguar Although he professed he did ! He told me that if the console had to be "taken Apart " It possibly would be damaged by cracking ! Following that upsetting and futile exercise the tow manager Patrick put into action "Rock Star" customer service He manually lifted the Jaguar and turned the wheels one by one until they were straight and rolled and pushed the car On - to the tow truck ramp ...... and he even phoned another driver to come on site and assist him All this took over 2 hours ! I was then informed that my car with less than 16,000 miles on it and maintained to perfection would Not be in danger of its console cracking AND furthermore Mr LaBrecque had insufficient knowledge of my particular model And was not interested enough to discover WHICH Model my car in fact was!! I don't EVER expect any one person to know everything but i do expect that someone have the professionalism and decency to CARE !!! and when a Jaguar owner is in distress and has done their utmost to resolve an issue with their car on their own , in the heat of the desert, in their garage ! Mr La Brecque "CHOOSE" NOT to consult his Jaguar technician for assistance , which he needed to do since HIS knowledge was insufficient AND INCORRECT !! In the midst of my struggle to have my JAGUAR towed safely Mr LA BRECQUE said to me " when YOU get It worked out give me a call ! Well I promise you , my car would Still be in my garage if it were not for the VERY decent And highly professional Towing manager who refused to abandon me ! It seems that when something like this presents itself there are two ways the dealership should assist: 1 A Jaguar tech with a "special tool ". takes a 7 minute Drive to my residence and releases my parking break in order to safely move my Jaguar! 2. That same technician can bring to the site a mobile computer which can achieve the same result ! Neither of these options were offered by the inept AND OR unconcerned service writer Mr La Brecque In addition he wasn't savvy about the location of my emergency break access location when he spoke of the possibility of needing to CRACK the console of the car ! Since Said access, is openly visible by lifting the console section "WITH ONE FINGER " Once my car arrived by tow and great effort and professional service by Patrick ( Palms To Pines towing ) I then dealt with Jaguars Daniel KONECK , who I found to be professional and extremely customer service oriented AND if I DO have occasion to NEED to deal directly with Jaguar of Rancho Mirage in future , it Shall be Daniel I'll consult with ! It will be interesting to see if any executive manager of RANCHO MIRAGE INDIGO JAGUAR CARS cares to communicate with me after this experience which was unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant SAVE my interaction with Daniel KONECK ! Sincerely Lynn Roots Rancho Mirage July 2nd 2019 read more

Purchased a 2014 Cayenne GTS listed on eBay using the Buy It Now option from Porsche of Palm Springs. Informed that (even though the listing was posted less than 24 hours earlier) the car had been sold a week earlier (along with various other excuses) I had booked a non-refundable flight to take delivery of this car, and am now left empty-handed. I guess it's my turn to give them one star. Made an appointment 10 days ago to have a safety recall part replaced on my A4 Audi. I drove 40 minutes in torrential rain and flooding to arrive on time for my appointment. The service writer is checking me in and tells me they do not have the part and not sure when it will be. Are you kidding me! They couldn't of had the courtesy to call ahead and tell me! Not Very Happy! read more

Note: any evaluations of this business posted before 2013 are now irrelevant. Desert European Motors was acquired last year by indiGo, which owns dealerships in Texas. The consequences, in my experience, have been skyrocketing charges and plummeting customer care. I brought my Jaguar, which has just 38,000 miles on it, into Desert European because the engine warning light had illuminated on my dash board. A diagnosis was recommended, which cost $500. I had to have a power steering hose replaced, for which four hours of labor were charged at $600, additional to $300 in parts. Four hours? Really? It was also recommended that I replace the gas tank for $2,500. The gas tank? That recommendation I did not take. I have lost trust in Desert European, although I have patronized them for eleven years. The new owner appears to be absolutely rapacious. read more

THE MAN THE MYTH THE LEGEND : SALESMAN ERIC BROOKS SEE HIM! I cannot even begin to sing the praises high enough for jaguar salesman Eric Brooks. I saw him 3 months ago as I test drove the new jaguar and his demeanor and knowledge of the vechile really left an impression on me so much that I saved his card and would re approach him later. I did and that was the best decision ever. You know when you walk in a showroom it is as if everyone "pounces" (jaguar reference, huh ;)) on you to the point of being pushy, this is at EVERY other car dealer showroom. Eric was James Bond like... calm, cool & collected and gave us a test drive and told me about my vehicle TOP TO BOTTOM. Such a great experience! I showed up 2 1/2 months later and saw Eric and I got the car I wanted. I LOVE MY XF Never, ever have I been SOOOOO happy with a car choice. Props to your sales team and service team. Gregor, Chad , Alan and the awesome tech Paul all were TOP OF THE CLASS AND TOP NOTCH. Then again, it is Jaguar. read more

I bid on a cayman on ebay and went over the reserve. They canceled the auction In the last four hours and claimed they sold it to someone during those last few hours. They clearly didn't want to sell it for the reserve price I went over so they lied about it to ebay and to me. The car still is up for sale on their website. (And back on ebay haha!) I should have known better, in their only feedback they pulled the same thing on someone else. Hey idiotic, lying dealer why don't you make your reserve price higher then you won't have to lie, lie, lie. I'm glad they showed their colors before I bought from them. Beware! Update: joshua bott from the dealership did email me and apologized for mistakes made by their users in setting the reserve too low. I did appreciate that but I wish people would learn honesty trumps everything. read more

He has been friendly and courteous on every encounter and he is very knowledgeable of his craft. My Bentley Arnage T was running rough first thing when starting out. I call Dennis in service department. We drive in 180 miles from Ventura, CA to Palm Springs every other week and Desert European Motorcars is the best place to have your car serviced. Dennis and his service specialists spent about 1 hour putting the car on their $85,000 computer and found that all was well, the car just had to warm up. They washed the car and said that there was no charge. Wow, that is the first time. Their parts manager, Wayne, remember me from ordering a windshield about 2 years ago and greeted me warmly. We spent about 10 minutes 'talking cars'. Great service, fair charges, and friendly people. A great place to have your car serviced. read more

Leased a lemon from Maserati Rancho Mirage. Car had a dangerous flaw in the software system. there was no fix for it and was told to drive it until there was a software fix. Imagine!! Your sitting at a red light and the light turns green and the car doesn't move. Poof the gear shifted itself into park while your foot was on the brake. If that wasn't enough no one answers the phone in service because the service technician is out sick. So the phone goes into voicemail and you have to wait days until that person comes back, There were numerous times I called during regular service hours and no one answered. Ring! Ring! Ring! I have been to Desert European for the Porsche service department in five different occasions and consistently every time I go there they've done five star work on my Porsche. They do not discriminate whether you roll in a $30k or $300k car. I have a 2005 Porsche Boxster and service manager Steve Moorehouse has worked within my budget while still offering a world class service experience. They know she's my baby and treat 'her' as such. We are done at this point shopping for a car, and hopefully by the next go around for us we will have a better sales experience! I have another update. Apparently we were contacted by a new representative from Palm Springs Porsche and over several weeks promised the same things. Rear seat, owners manual and floor mats. After all the back and forth instead of just being honest we are still left with nothing. Now I have done my research and I can purchase all of the above items myself. You would think that a dealership which prides themselves on not only being the FLAGSHIP of Porsche but also a dealership in a small community would have better management. Not once did they offer to correct their errors by at least ordering the items at cost or even helping us get the promised parts for our car. This is definitely a stain on Trish dealership and a stain on all car sale persons everywhere because the industry has done nothing to improve on this horrible reputation. read more

Well here I am again writing my 3rd review...OK... I am in the market for a Porsche or S5. I own a 2013 A6 and gave the manager at the newly modern constructed showroom a chance to buy my car and make me an offer. A super friendly salesman named Brandon was eager to help...(he was awesome) He jotted all my information and gave it to the manger. After waiting for 15 minutes the offer came in. It was below what I was just offered in Riverside but, heck these guys wanted to earn my business, I live in Palm Springs now after making 3 purchases in the last 2 years from the "other" guys it was time to patronize here and I really wanted to give the, a chance. He said "if you want I will write you a check right now." I said "great!" We agree upon a price and then 5 minutes later offers me $2,000 less! Big mistake, I will tell all my other young rich friends in the valley and in yelp to make the drive to Riverside because this place is unprofessional and truly a disgrace to the Audi enthusiast and owners. Desert European Motorcars listed a vehicle I wanted on their website. I inquired on Jan 11, and after a series of emails and phone conversations, we agreed on a deal on January 14th. Salesperson agreed to pick me up from the airport as I would fly in from out of town to pick it up. I offered to put down deposit via Paypal or wire, however was told that it was not necessary at this point. On Jan 15th I was informed that the car had been sold to someone else! For those familiar with the Toyota commercial, I guess I needed to lick the car to really place my claim on it. What was even more aggravating than having the car sold out from under me, was that the GM Shad never answered three simple questions 1. how did it happen and could be prevented in the future 2. help me find a similar car in the Porsche network or 3. get creative on another car to make it worth my while. He never replied to emails, and only left voicemails for me...I was never able to get him live on the phone...always "in a meeting." Absolutely gutless and lacking in integrity. read more

Maybe you have had the experience of service department personnel advising you that you might receive a survey, wanting to be sure you give the highest ratings. Well, what happens when you do not receive service at all? My wife's 2008 Jaguar VDP had been in for service many times, routine and otherwise, and we have given the service advisor and dealership high ratings. Until now! We had an 8:20 a.m. appointment on January 7, 2013. We understand that due to a family matter our service advisor was not in the office that day. But, that is no reason for us to be ignored for nearly 20 minutes. No one approached us and we had to ask what was going on. We finally left after getting only - "someone will be with you" - from the guys who move the cars. This is the worst we have ever been treated at any dealership. And, guess what? We never heard from the dealership, even after sending a note describing our experience. Our car will never return to Desert European Motorcars. read more
