    Seamless experience! We called on a Monday with interest and in a car we found though the Porsche website and to see if it was still available. It was and we started the process to purchase. We provided a down payment to reserve the car and flew down to pick up the car to drive back the Saturday of that same week. The staff made the transaction so smooth prior to our arrival. They had a car pick us up from the airport. The staff spent a good amount of time showing us all of the bells and whistles of the vehicle and when the financial person was ready, it just took about 10 minutes to run through the documents. We were in and out within an hour! Their followup assistance was immediate when we reached out for the paperwork that we forgot to get hardcopies of.

    Same exact day they ran credit at Porsche vs bmw. God made sure I didn't make a bad decision !

    I had an unfortunate experience here at Porsche North Houston me and my husband had been looking for a second car for a while, and I had been eyeing the Porsche brand as I heard nothing but good things from my friends that own one so I decided to put in an inquiry online and that's how I came in contact with sales associate husna now we are text back-and-forth and schedule a time for me to come in and look at some Macans and Cayanne the Macan was not for me as it was too small, but couldn't find any specs that I liked in Cayanne so we decided that we would wait and if anything came up, she would let me know. a few months later I came in again, checked out some cars that had some of specs that I wanted, but not 100% there. so I decided to wait again fast-forward to this past month. I was looking on their website and I found this chalk panamara with red interior that I absolutely fell in love with. I text Husna and let her know that I was interested and set up a date to come see the car with my husband, I fell in the love with the car instantly and knew it was what I wanted. It definitely was on the higher side of our price range so we took some time to think but 48 hours later we text husna to send the link for the application. We filled it out and waited to hear back. We had to continuously call and check on the process until finance finally called us and let us know that they could not find any banks to finance us, we offered up some more suggestions on how we could get the deal done, even suggesting putting a significant amount of more money down and we were told that they would work on it and let us know as soon as possible we waited in the area as we do not live by the dealership and hours passed and we heard nothing. I text Husna to see what was going on with no response until after closing with a vague message about not being able to finance us and she would have finance call us tomorrow. that call never came, and I felt very pushed to the side and that they were not trying to help us and once they saw that we were a more difficult case they could care less to work with us or talk with us after months of communicating back-and-forth the customer service stopped at that point me and my husband are business owners so there are many different avenues we could have went to make this deal happen if we would've had more communication with finance or maybe a senior manager or senior finance team member we could've put anywhere from $20,000-$30,000 down and I'm not sure in what world that would not get a deal done. Austin was our finance guy, who never followed up or called us back. THAT VERY same day we went down the street to BMW North Houston and had the best car buying experience ever. In less then an hour we walked out with a brand new 2025 BMW 740i with all the bells and whistles! only 5k down, low interest rate and all our maintenance, windshield, tires/rims/brakes included in our monthly payment that was less then our target budget ! I understand the car I purchased was slightly cheaper but i dont understand how one dealership can make this experience so amazing and easy and get it done with no prior relationship and another cant ! This place is a waste of time and promises you all these things to get you in the door and when they can't fulfill and actually have to do a little bit of hardwork they just move on to he next. terrible customer service, we needed a second car so if they couldn't get it done on the Panamara a good sales consultant would try and work other options. but no not here. don't waste your time unless you just want to drop 100k and pay cash, because their finance team won't help you. Thanks BMW for getting us into a beautiful vehicle !

    I've purchased a lot of cars over the years and seldomly have I had good experiences. Porsche North Houston was one of the exceptions. My representative, Mario Cajic, was great to work with. He was humble, understanding and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the Porsche brand. He was more of a partner then a sales rep. I highly suggest asking for him when you're looking for a new car. The dealership was fabulous and tentative as well. The entire staff made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in. I cannot recommend this dealership more for all your Porsche needs. I traveled 3 hours to use this location rather then the two I had 20 minutes from me. That should tell you all you need to know. Thank you Porsche North Houston for an amazing experience.

    This place it's a joke. When you are looking to spend well over 100K on a car and have to wait over 45 minutes just to get someone to assist you, then you should run and give your money to someone who actually appreciates your presence. I won't even mention the lack of customer service I received afterwords.

    I had been wanting the Panamera for a while and decided to come in and look at the car and see if all my kids things would fit in it. I met with John Beneke and he was absolutely amazing! He knew everything about the car, and answered all my questions and concerns I had about the vehicle. He really took his time to explain the car and all it's features and I didn't feel rushed. The next day, the car was mine! John made it such an amazing experience I would highly recommend him! This is exactly what car buying should be.

    I had a great experience purchasing my car with Andrew K. I had been searching for nearly two years for a Porsche with a specific trim and options. One popped up on AutoTrader halfway across the country at a fair price (and even more options!) and I ended up purchasing it. Andrew helped allay my fears with good communication and photos and made the shipping experience pain-free. I love my car and I've driven it for over a year with no issues. Further, after an unpleasant service experience at my local dealer, Andrew went above and beyond by sending me the service records and walking me through what maintenance was performed recently and what was actually needed for the annual service. I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

    I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat from Tommie Vaughn Ford in Houston. The vehicle was…read moreadvertised online as "Ford Blue Certified," which includes inspection and warranty coverage. After the purchase, I was not provided any certification paperwork or warranty details. Shortly after, I was informed the truck had a coolant issue that could require a full engine replacement. When I returned to the dealership, I had to push multiple times and show proof of the listing before they acknowledged the certification. Even then, there was a delay in providing proper documentation, which raised concerns about whether the certification had actually been completed correctly. During the financing process, I was presented with paperwork reflecting a much higher total amount than expected (around $50k vs. approximately $39k discussed), which I had to question before proceeding. I was also presented with additional add-ons that I had to decline and have removed. In addition, the truck was not provided with a full tank of gas at delivery, and despite the situation, I was not offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Due to the condition of the vehicle, the lack of transparency, and the overall experience, I chose to return the truck. I recommend that anyone shopping here verify certification directly with Ford, carefully review all paperwork before signing, and request all documentation upfront. Do not rely solely on how the vehicle is advertised online.

For transparency, here's the timeline so far: - April 1: Dropped my car off at the shop - Received a text that my car was in the disassembly stage, and they would let me know if any hidden damage was found - April 9: Received a message that hidden damage was found and that I could reach out for more details - Rich updated me on the damages and let me know he would be sending the supplemental estimate to my insurance So far, my experience has been very good. My insurance took a while to send the supplement over to JJ, but once JJ Auto Body received it, they got started right away, which I really appreciate. I just wanted to keep you all informed on what's going on. JJ Auto Body has continued to impress me throughout this entire process. I've never dealt with a body shop before, so this is my first experience, and I have to say...the consistent communication and updates have been phenomenal. You all know how it is being without your car, especially in Houston...it really feels like you've lost a part of your daily life. So staying updated on the progress has been very comforting.
