After looking around extensively for a used car, I ended up here and I couldn't be more satisfied with this family run business. Carmax and other big chains are like a frustrating amusement park, but not this place. The employees at Encore are super friendly and professional, and they made the experience of buying a car fast and comfortable. Best of all, I got a great deal on my RAV4! read more

I bought a car from them last week. It was unusual because I live out of state. The deal was too great to pass up. Gad and Mustafa were very accommodating. They did a video walk around and were very forthright. Mustafa even pointed out a cosmetic part that was missing. When I arrived the both of them were very friendly. The whole process was painless with no high pressure sales tactics. I would buy again if were buying another car. I highly recommend Encore. read more

I'm not saying I had bad luck buying cars, but most of them were purchased immediately after the one I was in died. It can be a stressful time. I found the car I wanted at Encore Motors via an ad in AutoTrader that was only 2 days old. I got in touch with Gad and his team and the stress of this process disappeared. The vehicle was as advertised and even got an extended warranty which was a must have for me. I can't recommend them enough. Their inventory is growing and they are very nice people to deal with. read more

We purchased a car for here in November for one of our sons. I usually buy new or from a dealership, but the car was at an awesome price, almost too good to be true. I know a lot of people in Sonoma County so I did some research on the family that owns this car lot, and even had the VIN ran at the Ford dealership to see if there were an past or current issues with the vehicle. Everything came back good, so we decided to proceed with the purchase. During the paperwork signing, I learned the family of Encore lives in my neighborhood, just 2 street over, and we have a lot of mutual friends. The buying experience was very pleasant, and this family care about their customers. 3 weeks after the purchase, my son calls me and tells said the car wouldn't start... We had to jump start the car and I took it to my mechanic and I had the battery tested and it failed. I called Encore and asked if this was something they would cover under the 30 days guarantee they offered us. Unfortunately a battery is not (makes sense), and being that the car is 4 years old, it was time for the battery to be replaced anyways. I took the car to interstate batteries, Gad called down there to let them know i was coming in and I was given a discount on the battery and Gad offed to pay half of the cost of the battery and sent me a check. I would definitely purchase a car from this family again. Thank you Encore for making the buying process painless and easy, also for "after buying support" experience. read more

Incredible car buying experience. Was looking for a used car for my daughter and after months of looking we came across Encore. Found the car we wanted and Encore made it really easy. We even found something wrong with the car, something minor that could have easily been missed in an inspection, and Encore fixed it free of charge. (This was on an 8 year old car!). They ordered the part and reached out the next business day to schedule the fix. Encore is what used car shopping should be - an honest and upfront transaction. I can't recommend them enough. read more

I definitely recommend this dealership. read more

Superior service and assistance. I wanted a green vehicle and specifically wanted a Ford Escape Hybrid. The Ford Escape Hybrid was in great condition and they have put two new tires on the vehicle. I also was selling my current car to someone else (not a trade in) and they let me use their office to do this so I could drive away with my new car. Patience, advocacy for me with the banks and superior service in allowing me to do personal business while I was at their office! I recommend these folks highly :) Eileen read more

This family owned business is really the best! Listen to the reviews and make sure to check them out! They were never pushy on selling me a car and they answered all my questions with concise and helpful answers. I drove almost 2 and a half hours to check out a car and it turned out to be exactly like the pictures, absolutely beautiful and no problems at all! It was a great experience and not to mention the quality of the car for its price; it almost felt too good to be true! The journey to buy a perfect car is always difficult for everyone but Encore Motor-group genuinely made it a easy and amazing experience! I am truest blessed to have a found a dealership like this even if I had to drive 2.5 hours because it was worth every mile! read more

Went here to check out a clean Audi A3, unfortunately, it was already pending. I gave this shop 5 stars because Mustafa was a genuine nice guy, very informative and willing to help. He did not have that sleaze ball used car dealership demeanor. read more

Great team over at Encore Motors. No pressure to buy and they were very flexible with all of my questions. I test drove the car a few times, I had it brought to a shop of my choosing to have it inspected. I paid for that of course. I purchased the car and I'm really happy with it. The process with Mustafa, his father and their team was very professional and respectful. They never tried to rush me out the door. And they seem to be an honest and hard working business trying to sell good cars. I would definitely recommend Encore Motors. read more

I found this place for a friend who's car died in the middle of the lightning fires evacuations and the covid-19 situation. It really is a bad time to be without a good car, or any car for that matter. Gad at Encore Motors showed her a great car with low miles and a 5 year warranty. He was able to secure her a decent loan, and along with her available cash down, she drove it home! I'm so happy for my friend, and grateful for the honesty, kindness and patience she was shown at this dealership. If I ever needed a car I'd call these guys first. read more

I am a typical guy who shops around town to get a clean and honest deal, I have done my homework all around the Bay Area to get to this dealership and had the SUV I wanted, encore motor group, I am so glad I got to this place that I have never knew it even existed. The owner is an amazing happy guy style, he treats you like a friend and he sits down with you, offers you some good coffee and answer all of your questions and concern. I really like this dealership read more

I just bought a car through them, based on online reviews, it was clear that customers were very happy with their experience and now you can add me to that list. After doing a lot of research, and going to several other local dealerships, they were hands down the best. I did not feel pressured or like they were trying to get one over on me, as I felt with some other used cars salesmen. I came looking for a reliable car with high safety ratings at a reasonable price, and I got it all through them. I am very happy with our purchase. Encore Motor Group is a nice family run business that is looking for long term customers, which is smart. When we need a car in the future, or friends ask where we got our car, we'll point to them. read more

Came here to look at a few cars (after researching a ton online and reaching out to a few dealerships) and the staff here were GREAT! Mustafa and everyone there were very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable and super transparent. Great experience - highly recommend! read more

Trying to find a good, reliable car with decent mileage in this market is difficult at best. Excellent service from this great family business. Worked with two different sales reps who were both courteous, friendly, and prompt. We also got a great deal on exactly the car we wanted with very little markup. read more

Today I financed my first car... not my first car ever, but first ever financing and I came into this thinking it was going to be a nightmare. What ones nightmare ended up my dream come true. The Process: I sat in the office for less than two hours (keep in mind I'm quite the talker and Mustafa is a total charm) even with all of the side conversation!! This is crazy, right?! Smooth sailing through the whole process, I recommend getting your insurance transferred (obviously when you're financing make sure you're approved for the vehicle first). I called in advance to let them know I was arriving early and they were prepped and ready to go. The Car: I bought a 2016 Acura with 25k miles for the lowest price in BB. It was beautifully detailed and cleaned while I did my paperwork (construction is going on next to/behind the car lot and they didn't want to detail it earlier to ensure no particles came with me off the lot- FABULOUS move guys!) The car had been sitting in the lot (duh) but due to the duration they gave&installed a BRAND NEW BATTERY while I was there JUST IN CASE!!! The Service/Employees: Just wow. The best customer service I have had in a long time. Prompt responses, straight to the point AND TRANSPARENT! When you're going from work, to buy a car, then to school- this was important for me. This company has such a family feel to it and makes everything that much more comfortable if it wasn't already. I would highly without-a-doubt recommend to anyone looking for a new ride. If it's not on their lot, they will look for the car you want. If you're new to the finance game, they guide you without ripping you off or being uncomfortable. This is, by far the best vehicle purchasing experience I've done yet AND keep in mind I financed rather than all cash and it was beyond all measures. Thank you guys for being so easy to work with, I wiLl absolutely be back! read more

I traded in my "mom" car for a sporty coupe with a sunroof a few months ago. The team at encore gave me a reasonable price. They were friendly and easy to work with. I would refer them to others and purchase from them again. Thanks so much. read more

Amazing experience love my car purchase .. staff amazing especially Mustafa Highly recommend

Good people, good cars. I did a lot of research online and found the exact make and model I was looking for at Encore. Their price was competitive with other dealers (and private sellers), but what really stood out with Encore is the condition of their cars. I looked around the lot and their cars are definitely some of the cleanest around. The ten year old car I purchased is nearly spotless and is in much better condition than any of the others I've viewed around Houston. The employees are courteous, professional, and are zero pressure. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I'll check with Encore first. read more

At the suggestion of several friends I decided to take a look at some autos on Encores lot. There I ran across Mustaffa who was extremely informed and helpful in my search for another car. I bought a 2014 diesel Audi that I just love. The price was good and the car in excellent condition. His service is a definate must visit. Thanks Encore! read more

This family was very nice. They made the transaction fast as I was paying cash. The car was detailed and ready to go. I drove 2 hours to do this. The price was solid as I had to watch it a while. It dropped twice within a few weeks or so, I was glad I waited. My only real complaint was that I assumed I was paying the registration for a year, from the time I purchased it. I just received my tags and it appears the registration was not up do date. The $528 I paid for registration alone only covers me until July of this year. That's only 4 months- I'll owe another year of registration again. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance. Overall, I had a good experience and am happy with the car. read more

This was the best car buying experience of my life. Mustafa is AWESOME, as is the rest of the family. Great people. I drove all the way from Folsom (Sacramento area) and it was so worth it. We worked out a very fair price over the phone. There was no hassle, pressure, or BS. Straightforward and easy. Mustafa was extremely honest. He made the experience fun, and easy. Not painful where you think you're getting scammed like at a big automall. The cars here are priced really well, and this family business deserved your business. I'll definitely be back! read more

The Encore Motors is an incredibly professional and forthright car dealership (which the name car dealership and forthrightness may not strike anyone as synonymous bit in this case it truly is...). Mustafa and Issa are two incredibly forthright and classy fellows that are top notch in being penchents for keeping the customer first focus in everything they do. I STR9NGLY RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY OWNED CAR DEALDERSHIP TO EVERYONE. THESE GUYS ARE SUMPLY GREAT PEOPLE read more

I just completed purchase of a 2017 Honda Pilot from Elite Motors. I can honestly say that in all of my 66 years and purchases of many, many used cars it was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. This is a smaller lot and you might pass it on Santa Rosa Blvd. without really noticing it. But seek this place out. I found it through an ad on Auto Trader, but an experience with Gad and his uncle (owners) should not be missed. It is a family business. Laid back, no pressure at all. Gad said about pressure dealers that they don't do that: "Either you like the car or you don't. That's all." After receiving an attractive offer for my trade-in of an unseen paint deficiency, Gad's uncle told me that he had made the original offer and did not want to back on his offer. But the hood and roof needed repainted at a cost of $1500. So he offered to reduce his offer by only $500 instead of the whole $1500. I thought that was reasonable and generous. And it showed a level of professionalism not found in the larger, fancy (and higher priced) dealers in town. They have the most awesome computer program for sales and are very knowledgeable about the sales and DMV requirements. I was impressed! Gad and his uncle (so sorry, I don't remember his name) were so genuinely nice and friendly. The car was just what I wanted, I got a generous trade-in price for my truck, and the new car was priced lower than anywhere else. I love my Honda Pilot. They have some really nice and high quality cars there. Go there and look and you will not be disappointed! Thanks Gad (and uncle). read more

This place is probably one of the best dealerships I've ever been too. I've noticed they are a lot cheaper than most other dealers plusss they actually care about you and the car you are looking for. I've looked at a lot of other dealerships and they were really pushy telling me what car to buy and almost like as if they were forcing me BUT NOT THIS ONE!! Mustafa is the man! He gave me a really good deal on a 2013 jetta for less than the KBB dealer price and also I couldn't find a better deal than that! Not even Craigslist. This dealership actually cares about you and doesn't try to convince you to buy a car you wouldn't want. I test drove a couple cars and it was just a great experience with a smooth purchase. I promise I'll be back again to purchase another car for a great deal!! I saved so much of my hard earned money that all I can do is say thanks for making my day, week, month, hell... even my year :) definitely worth a visit. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. read more

I have soon much to say about this place! First off they are family owned business. Two brothers and their father who ALL treated me like family. I never felt pressured and i did NOT feel cheated here like the other places. I went to over 5 dealerships and when I arrived here i was worn out from all the salesman and the feeling of hopelessness because I didn't want to get burned by the financing or over pay for a car. This family let me look around and did not bother me yet did not ignore me either. I do not have the best credit at all (mid six hundreds), and was quoted at over 8-9% financing at each dealership plus each car at every other lot seemed over priced. They got it down almost half the percentage of financing at 5.99 and i said DEAL!! It doesn't end there... They already had the sale from me, and at the end they told me they can do even better and got it down to 5%!! They already had the deal closed at 5.99%, but they went the honest route and told me they got me approved for less when they got off the phone with the company approving me for the loan. Dealerships do not just make money off the cars, they make income through the interest on the loan as well and this family really took care of me. I love family owned businesses that are honest and hard working. It has been a week since I purchased my car and still no buyers remorse and everyone is amazed at the car I got for the price and the financing I was approved for! Thank You guys for making me feel like I won. My family and I will always come to you for any business. I am sincerely grateful. read more
